Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pembinaan profesionalisme guru untuk menyiapkan dan menghadapi tantangan perubahan kurikulum dan teknologi. Perubahan kurikulum yang sangat lazim terjadi di Indonesia dari zaman ke zaman adalah demi penyempurnaan dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Perkembangan zaman yang begitu pesat terutama teknologi digital. Maka guru harus disiapkan profesionalismenya agar mampu beradaptasi terhadap perubahan-perubahan tersebut. Guru professional memenuhi kualifikasi akademik dan menguasai kompetensi pedagogik, professional, sosial, dan kepribadian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan tantangan prubahan kurikulum dan teknologi dan bagaimana pembinaan profesionalisme guru agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan kurikulum dan teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber relevan seperti buku dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembinaan profesionalisme guru yang efektif dan efisien dengan mempertimbangkan hasil analisis karakter dan prototipe guru. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu model pendekatan pembinaan profesionalisme guru dapat diimplementasikan dengan fleksibel sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan setiap individu akan berimplikasi pada meningkatnya profesionalisme guru yang signifikan terkhusus dalam beradaptasi dengan perubahan kurikulum dan teknologi.Kata kunci: Pembinaan, Profesionalisme Guru, Perubahan Kurikulum, Teknologi

Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively describe the role of religious program management in fostering religiosity, including the values and character of students at YPI Ar-Rahman in Kediri City, with a focus on planning, implementation, and evaluation. The research design used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study methodology, which involves an in-depth examination of phenomena. The research results indicate that the religious program is systematically designed through coordination between the RKT and KSP teams, with main programs such as Dhuha prayer, congregational Zuhr prayer, and Wafa completing Quran reading and writing. The implementation of the program receives full support from teachers and the foundation, and demonstrates active student involvement. Teachers' exemplary behavior was proven to have a strong impact on students' religious motivation. Program evaluations were conducted periodically to adjust implementation to students' academic needs. Through structured, flexible religious programs supported by good role models and evaluation, students' religious character can be optimally developed. Based on these implications, religious programs are contextually considered as a medium for incubating the religious character of students in educational institutions.

Abstract

This study examines the strategic planning of madrasas and the challenges faced by madrasas in the digital era. Strategic planning is a way for madrasas to face challenges in the digital era well. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study research method. Data was obtained in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation of the Flagship MI of AL Azhaar. The results of this study show that MI Unggulan Al Azhaar as an Islamic educational institution faces various problems and challenges in the digital era. MI Unggulan Al Azhaar continues to make breakthroughs to be able to adapt and improve its existence in the digital era. The author concludes that strategic planning is the basis for madrasas in carrying out challenges in the digital era, but it also needs to be followed by digitally capable human resources.Keywords: Strategic Planning, Challenges, Madrasah, Digital Era

Abstract

This article examines the integrative paradigm in the management of human resources (HR) of Islamic education, which combines the values of monotheism and professional competence. The research method used is library research, with the process including analyzing various literature related to human resource management, Islamic education, and integrative paradigms. The results of the study show that the integrative paradigm emphasizes the development of human beings, namely individuals with a balance of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. The application of this paradigm involves the integration of Islamic values such as trust, justice, and deliberation in every aspect of HR management, from recruitment to career development. Challenges in the implementation of this paradigm include resistance to change and lack of understanding of the concept of integration. The solutions offered include comprehensive training and development, as well as the formation of an organizational culture that supports Islamic values. This article concludes that the integrative paradigm is a relevant approach to manage Islamic education human resources in the era of globalization, with the aim of improving the quality of educators and education personnel with noble character. This study formulates three fundamental principles of the integrative HR paradigm, namely the foundation of monotheism, morality-based professionalism, and orientation to Kamil people. Practically, these principles serve as a strategic guide for education managers to transform human resource management from just an administrative function to a process of building superior character and noble character.
