Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini, diskursus terhadap kajian gender merupakan persoalan penting untuk digali dalam berbagai perspektif khususnya dalam pemikiran barat dan Islam. Gender selama ini marak berkembang, lebih-lebih mendapatkan perhatian penting sehingga kemudian gender mengalami dinamika yang cukup signifikan untuk dirumuskan melalui upaya kesungguhan para cendekiawan-cendekiawan Muslim dan pemikiran barat untuk menguarikan kembali terhadap isu gender sekaligus pembelaan terhadap perempuan. Fokus penelitian ini melihat beberapa aspek mendasar yang menjadi pokok-pokok permasalahan yang dikaji adalah dekonstruksi tafsir ayat-ayat gender dalam perspektif pemikiran feminisme barat dan Islam yang dianalisis sebagai pembahasan sekaligus menjawab problematika penelitian tersebut. Jenis penelitian adalah pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) yaitu menganalisis data dalam berbagai keragaman yang termuat berbagai jurnal, buku, artikel sebagai bahan mendukung dalam merumuskan jawaban penelitian ini. Secara garis besar yaitu konsep gender merupakan peran penting untuk melindungi perempuan dalam aspek posisi perempuan untuk merealisasikan keadilan berbasis gender. Dekonstruksi tafsir ayat-ayat berbasis gender dilakukan sebagai upaya penting untuk menghilangkan budaya partriarkhi, karena perempuan statusnya sebagai mahluk yang utuh memiliki peran dalam sejarah peradaban manusia. (Objektivis Netral Gender) semata-mata melindungi perempuan baik dari aspek biologis, perbedaan, psikologis, untuk memperjuangkan keadilan dan kesataraan gender. Sehingga feminisme sebagai jalan alternatif untuk berjuang menyuarakan persamaan hak antara laki-laki dan perempuan kemudian tidak menyebabkan ketimpangan dan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan.

Abstract

This research was aimed to analyze the business process of product purchase and product receipt on small and medium retail enterprises. The most of problem that appeared on Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) was lack of awareness to fix and improve the business process, because the appropriate business process could help the development of organization. The illustration of business process used Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). BPMN could really help the making of business process to be understood easier by the users and could be analyzed, so it produced improvement suggestions on the business process in order to achieve business effectiveness. This research was a qualitative research, which the research data was collected through observation and interview techniques in PO Dolopo Grosir which was one of the biggest wholesale shops in Madiun District. The research result referred the deficiency on the business process of product purchase and product receipt in PO Dolopo Grosir. The deficiencies on this business process could be risky to cause problems such as error of purchase decision, forgetfulness of product return, and less strict checking standard on product receipt process.

Abstract

The Aneka Industry sector in 2019 recorded the worst performance. This research aimed to examine the effect of leverage on profitability and the roles of asset management and earnings management as a mediating effect at Aneka Industry Companies in Indonesia. The population of this research was 665 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), and the sample used was 225 for the 2016-2020 period. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)-PLS. The results showed that leverage had a significant negative effect on asset and earning management and a non-significant effect on Profitability. Both asset management and earnings management had a significant positive impact on Profitability. Meanwhile, asset and earnings management successfully mediated the effect of leverage on Profitability. Not many studies have examined the relationship between leverage, asset management, earnings management, and profitability. This research also tested a large sample size to represent conditions in Indonesia. This study recommends that the company maintain the condition of asset management and reduce earnings management.

Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly impacted various fields, including audit practice. A notable advancement is the ATLAS application, an electronic working paper designed to assist auditors in filling out work papers. This research aimed to examine the application of ATLAS and assess its effectiveness in the financial statement audit process at KAP Hari Purnomo & Jaswadi. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with auditors. The findings revealed that KAP Hari Purnomo & Jaswadi had comprehensively implemented the ATLAS application, covering all stages from pre-engagement, risk assessment, and risk response to reporting. The ATLAS application proved effective, as it streamlined and facilitated auditors' work in inputting audit data. The integration of all audit stages within the ATLAS application demonstrated its efficiency and effectiveness in the financial statement audit process, making it a valuable tool for auditors at KAP Hari Purnomo & Jaswadi.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah serius yang terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia adalah meningkatnya kasus perundungan atau bullying. Data pada tahun 2023 menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 87 kasus perundungan yang terjadi di sekolah. Angka-angka ini merupakan jumlah kasus perundungan yang terlapor dan berhasil didata oleh KPAI. Diyakini, jauh lebih banyak lagi kasus real yang terjadi di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, perlu penjadi perhatian khusus bagi pemerintah dan pihak-pihak terkait untuk menekan angka kasus perundungan yang terjadi di sekolah. Salah satu program pemerintan terkait dengan pencegahan kasus perundungan di lingkungan sekolah yang melibatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pengimpelementasiannya yaitu program Roots. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan sosialisasi program Roots bagi siswa di SMPN 1 Terara Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada hari rabu, 31 Januari 2024 dan diikuti oleh 32 siswa yang merupakan pengurus osis di SMPN 1 Terara. Kegiatan sosialisasi secara umum dilakukan dalam 4 (empat) tahapan yaitu; (1) pemilihan siswa sebagai agen perubahan, (2) penyampaian materi, (3) pelatihan membuat materi kampanye, dan (4) membentuk struktur organisasi. Seluruh kegiatan berjalan dengan baik. Sebanyak 100% peserta menyatakan bahwa mereka siap melakukan pencegakan perundungan di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to create an Accounting Information System (AIS) application that can be accessed using a smartphone. The object of the study is PT Orangiro Makmur Jaya (OMAJA POWER). This company is one of the startups that focuses on electrical. This type of research is Research & Development (R&D) with the Analysis, Design, Development (ADDIE) model. The results of this study are the testing of the feasibility of the application by material experts resulting in an average value of the feasibility percentage of 98% which means that the application is very feasible to implement. Next are the results of the testing of the feasibility of the application by media experts with an average value of the feasibility percentage of 100% which means that the application is very feasible to implement. Then the percentage of user satisfaction based on the Performance indicator reached 4.90%, and on the Information and data indicator 4.92%. Meanwhile, the Economic indicator obtained a percentage of 4.95%. Then on the Control and security indicator, the level of satisfaction shows a percentage of 4.94%. Next is the Efficiency indicator showing a percentage of 4.93%. The Service indicator shows a percentage of 4.92%. So, based on this percentage, it can be concluded that the existence of an AIS using the PIECES Framework is very satisfying for users.

Abstract

Coal bottom ash and cattle manure can be used as soil ameliorant. The application of coal bottom ash and cattle manure can improve the soil chemical properties, such as pH and the amounts of available nutrients in soil. The objective of the study was to understand the effect of coal bottom ash and cow manure application on soil chemical properties and heavy metal contents in soil and mustard (Brassica juncea).  A pot experiment was conducted in a greenhouse, including three treatment factors, i.e. age of coal bottom ash (fresh, 4 months and 2 years), dose of coal bottom ash, i.e. 0, 40 and 80 Mg ha-1, and dose of cattle manure, i.e. 0 and 10 Mg ha-1. The results show that the application of coal bottom ash and cattle manure increased the pH and the amounts of total-N, available-P and exchangeable cations (K, Ca and Mg) of the soil. The application of coal bottom ash increased the amounts of Pb, Cd and Co in the soil, but did not increase the amounts of Pb and Co in mustard, while the application of cattle manure increased the amount of Cd both in soil and mustard.  Keywords: Coal bottom ash, cattle manure, heavy metal, mustard, soil ameliorant

Abstract

Abstrak: Perencanaan keuangan keluarga tidak hanya penting bagi mereka yang berpenghasilan besar saja, namun juga diperlukan oleh mereka yang berpenghasilan terbatas. Tidak semua orang dapat dengan mudah mengelola keuangan keluarga karena mengelola keuangan memerlukan ketrampilan dan disiplin yang tinggi, karena pendapatan keluarga jumlahnya relatif terbatas, sementara kebutuhan hidup manusia sangatlah banyak dan beragam. Pengelolaan keuangan keluarga lebih banyak dilakukan oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga, oleh karenanya pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) kali ini terfokus pada pemberian pelatihan kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga tentang bagaimana merencanakan keuangan keluarga secara efektif dan efisien… Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan anggota PKK dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga berbasis aplikasi “Sikapi Uangmu”. Kegiatan pelatihan cara mengelola keuangan keluarga ini diikuti oleh 20 orang ibu-ibu pengurus PKK Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang dengan memanfaatkan program aplikasi komputer yang dbuat oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) “Sikapi Uangmu”. Umpan balik yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada peserta menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dari sisi metode sebesar 69,23%, materi sebesar 75,4 dan pelaksanaan sebesar 91%. Pelatihan juga berhasil menumbuhkan motivasi dan keinginan peserta untuk memanfaatkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh selama pelatihan untuk melakukan perencanakan keuangan keluarga (79%) dengan menggunakan aplikasi “Sikapi Uangmu” (21%).Abstract: Family financial planning is very important; not just for those with high earnings; people with limited incomes also need it. Due to the relatively limited family income and the wide range of human needs, managing family money demands a high level of skill and discipline, which not everyone can readily possess. Because women handle the majority of family financial management, this time's Community Service (PKM) program concentrated on teaching housewives on how to efficiently and successfully organize their families' finances. Twenty moms who are PKK administrators from Dau District, Malang Regency, participated in this activity. They received training on how to handle family finances using the "Sikapi Uangmu" computer application program, which was developed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Survey responses revealed that participants were generally satisfied with the way PKM activities were implemented (69.23%), the material (75.4%), and the execution (91%). Additionally, the training was successful in boosting participants' willingness and desire to use the "Sikapi Uangmu" program to organize family finances (79%) using the knowledge they had learned (21%).

Abstract

This study examines the influence of prophetic leadership on educational quality in Islamic higher education institutions, specifically Ma'had Aly and Ma'had al-Jami'ah, using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Through an analysis of 26 articles published between 2015 and 2025, this study aims to answer three main questions: how is prophetic leadership conceptualized from an Islamic educational perspective, how it impacts educational quality, and effective implementation strategies. The results indicate that prophetic leadership, rooted in the values ??of shiddiq (belief), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (discipline), and fathanah (prophetic conduct), plays a crucial role in creating a spiritual atmosphere, shaping character, and strengthening a management system based on Islamic values. These values ??have been shown to improve academic and spiritual quality, discipline, and institutional loyalty. Identified best practices include exemplary leadership, the integration of prophetic values ??into the curriculum, spiritual training for educators, and the revitalization of values-based governance. This study emphasizes the importance of adopting a transformative and values-oriented leadership model in addressing the gap between the ideal goals of Islamic education and the reality on the ground. Theoretically, this study provides a conceptual synthesis linking prophetic leadership to improving educational quality. Practically, it provides strategic recommendations for institutional leaders. The findings also open up opportunities for further research that empirically tests the implementation of this model in a broader institutional context. Thus, prophetic leadership presents itself as a contextual, adaptive, and integrative leadership model to strengthen the quality assurance of Islamic education. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan profetik terhadap mutu pendidikan pada lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam, khususnya Ma’had Aly dan Ma’had al-Jami’ah, dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Melalui analisis terhadap 26 artikel yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu 2015–2025, kajian ini bertujuan menjawab tiga pertanyaan utama: bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan profetik dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap mutu pendidikan, serta strategi implementasi yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan profetik yang berakar pada nilai shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, dan fathanah, memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan atmosfer spiritual, membentuk karakter, dan menguatkan sistem manajemen yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Nilai-nilai tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas akademik dan spiritual, kedisiplinan, serta loyalitas kelembagaan. Praktik terbaik yang teridentifikasi mencakup keteladanan pemimpin, integrasi nilai profetik dalam kurikulum, pelatihan ruhiyah bagi pendidik, serta revitalisasi tata kelola berbasis nilai. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya adopsi model kepemimpinan yang transformatif dan berorientasi pada nilai dalam merespons kesenjangan antara tujuan pendidikan Islam yang ideal dan kenyataan di lapangan. Secara teoretis, studi ini menyusun sintesis konseptual yang menghubungkan kepemimpinan profetik dengan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Secara praktis, kajian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi para pemimpin lembaga. Temuan ini juga membuka ruang untuk penelitian lanjutan yang menguji implementasi model ini secara empiris dalam konteks kelembagaan yang lebih luas. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan profetik hadir sebagai model kepemimpinan yang kontekstual, adaptif, dan integratif untuk memperkuat penjaminan mutu pendidikan Islam.
