Abstract

The optimization of social media in public transportation facilities such as public buses is increasingly being improved. So far, empirical research that examines the role of Social Media Marketing Activity (SMMA), Brand Awareness (BA), and Purchase Intention (PI) in one model at the same time in the perspective of Uses and Gratification Theory (UGT) is very limited. This study aims to examine the role of SMMA as an antecedent to BA and PI, as well as the contribution of BA as a moderator to the influence of SMMA on PI in the UGT perspective. This study obtained 262 answers from respondents who are intercity and interprovincial bus users and actively use Facebook as social media to get information about Public Buses. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a convenience sampling approach. The hypothesis that has been proposed in this study is entirely accepted with the direction of influence being entirely positive. This study reveals that SMMA is able to provide alternatives in answering user needs, the optimization of SMMA can trigger the dual role of BA as an internal and external factor in increasing the PI of public buses.

Abstract

Resilience in transportation systems is increasingly critical as climate change intensifies the frequency and severity of natural disasters. This study aimed to synthesize existing research on strategies that enhance transportation resilience by examining infrastructure, policy frameworks, technological innovations, and socio-economic conditions. A narrative review methodology was employed, with literature collected from Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar using targeted keywords such as transportation resilience, natural disasters, infrastructure resilience, and disaster recovery. Inclusion criteria emphasized peer-reviewed empirical and modeling studies published between 2010 and 2025 that directly addressed transportation resilience. The review finds that strengthening physical infrastructure through adaptive design, improved drainage, and advanced engineering reduces vulnerability to floods and earthquakes. Policy frameworks and inter-agency collaboration provide systemic coordination, while technological innovations—including Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and digital twin simulations—significantly enhance predictive capacity and accelerate recovery operations. However, socio-economic disparities remain a central challenge, with developing nations facing extended recovery periods due to limited resources and fragile infrastructure. Cross-country comparisons underscore the importance of aligning resilience strategies with local contexts while promoting global knowledge exchange. Methodological limitations in the literature highlight the need for more interdisciplinary approaches that integrate technical, social, and policy dimensions. Overall, this review demonstrates that a multidimensional approach combining infrastructure reinforcement, governance reforms, technological innovation, and community engagement is essential to strengthen transportation resilience. These findings carry important implications for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers seeking to develop sustainable and adaptive transport systems in the face of escalating disaster risks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, information quality, accessibility, and facilities on passenger satisfaction at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The population of this research includes all passengers or users of Terminal 3, with data collected from January 2023 to December 2023. The sample consists of 182 respondents selected through purposive random sampling. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire, and data analysis is conducted using SPSS software through classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that service quality, information quality, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction, while accessibility does not have a significant impact. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of Terminal 3 continue to improve service quality, provide more accurate and relevant information, and ensure that facilities remain well-maintained and modern. Future research is encouraged to expand the scope of the study by adding other relevant variables, such as security aspects or the use of technology in airport.

Abstract

Early childhood character education is very important in shaping children's morals and personalities. One of the character values that need to be instilled is honesty, which is the basis for building a positive attitude and integrity. This study aims to analyze the application of the Role Playing method in instilling the value of honesty in early childhood at RA Darurrasyid Pameungpeuk. The Role Playing method was chosen because it allows children to learn through direct experience, so that they can understand the meaning of honesty better. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques to collect data from teachers and students. The results of the study showed that the Role Playing method was effective in improving children's understanding of the value of honesty. Children become more aware of the importance of being honest in everyday life, both at school and at home. In addition, this method also helps improve children's social interaction, self-confidence, and communication skills in expressing their feelings and opinions openly. Thus, the application of the Role Playing method can be an effective strategy in character education in early childhood education institutions. This study is expected to contribute to educators in developing interactive learning that is fun and meaningful for early childhood.

Abstract

Pengambilan data dilakukan setiap 5 menit selama 180 menit dan ketika sistem mengalami cut in – cut off.
