Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher teaching methods and student interest on student learning motivation, with student satisfaction as a mediating variable. Learning motivation is a crucial factor in student academic success. Innovative and interesting teacher teaching methods, as well as high student interest in the subject matter, are strongly suspected of being able to increase learning motivation. Furthermore, this study examines the role of student satisfaction with the learning process as a mechanism that connects the influence of teacher teaching methods and student interest on learning motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to students at Tambak Baya State Elementary School.Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results of the study are expected to provide empirical insight into the importance of effective teacher teaching methods and fostering student interest in increasing learning motivation through increasing student satisfaction in the learning process. The practical implications of this study are expected to provide input for teachers and schools in designing more effective learning strategies to increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between teachers' teaching styles and students' learning motivation, considering the mediating role of students' academic achievement at Bulakan 1 Elementary School in Cilegon City for the 2024/2025 academic year.This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method.The research sample consists of 60 students who were purposively selected.The instruments used included a questionnaire on teacher teaching styles, student learning motivation, and academic achievement data taken from the second semester report cards.Data were analyzed using multiple regression tests and path analysis with the help of SPSS.The research results show that there is a positive and significant correlation between teaching style and student learning motivation.Additionally, academic achievement has proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between teaching style and student motivation.Thus, the teacher's teaching style contributes both directly and indirectly to students' learning motivation through the improvement of academic achievement.This research recommends the importance of improving the quality of teaching styles as a strategy to support students' motivation and academic achievement sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in strengthening the character of elementary school students in Serang City through the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5). The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation across several public elementary schools in Serang. The results indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum provides flexibility for teachers to integrate character values—such as independence, mutual cooperation (gotong royong), and Banten’s local wisdom—into the learning process. The primary challenges faced include the adaptation of teaching modules and inconsistent character assessment methods. Overall, however, the Merdeka Curriculum is effective in enhancing students' ethical awareness and social behavior within the school environment.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan manajemen pendidikan. Teknologi digital seperti sistem informasi manajemen, learning management system, dan analitik data berperan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas tata kelola pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran teknologi digital dalam fungsi manajemen pendidikan yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review terhadap artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang dipublikasikan pada rentang tahun 2010–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, memperkuat koordinasi organisasi, serta meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan dan mutu pengelolaan pendidikan. Namun, implementasi teknologi digital masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan kompetensi digital, kesenjangan infrastruktur, resistensi terhadap perubahan, serta isu etika dan privasi data. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia agar pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam manajemen pendidikan dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan.
