Abstract

Kepemimpinan Rasulullah Muhammad SAW merupakan model kepemimpinan profetik yang berakar pada nilai-nilai luhur Islam, seperti Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, dan Fathanah. Nilai-nilai ini tidak hanya mencerminkan dimensi spiritual, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap praktik kepemimpinan yang efektif dan etis dalam berbagai konteks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik kepemimpinan profetik Rasulullah SAW serta relevansi dan konvergensinya dengan model kepemimpinan transformasional modern, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan, organisasi sosial, dan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka, yang dianalisis secara tematik untuk menemukan hubungan antara nilai-nilai profetik dan dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Rasulullah SAW memiliki kesesuaian konseptual dengan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan transformasional modern seperti pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspiratif, stimulasi intelektual, dan perhatian individual. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan model kepemimpinan Islam yang kontekstual dan aplikatif di era kontemporer, serta mendorong integrasi nilai-nilai profetik dalam pelatihan kepemimpinan dan kurikulum pendidikan Islam

Abstract

Character education in the modern era is a crucial foundation in shaping a generation that is not only intellectually superior, but also has strong moral, ethical and personality integrity. In the context of changing times, especially in the midst of the rapid development of digital technology and globalization that brings a variety of external influences, character education acts as a counterweight in directing moral behavior and decision-making. This study aims to identify relevant approaches and methods in implementing character education for today's generation through a literature review of various scientific journals. The results show that effective approaches in character education include value cultivation, cognitive moral development, value clarification, learning by doing, and a comprehensive approach that involves all aspects of education as a whole. Methods such as modeling, dialogue, habituation, simulation, storytelling, and integration of character values in every aspect of school activities have proven to be able to internalize these values deeply and sustainably. Furthermore, the success of character education is strongly influenced by the active involvement of various elements such as educators, parents, and the wider community, coupled with the wise use of information technology and the preservation of local wisdom values as the nation's cultural identity. The new contribution of this study lies in the mapping of character education approaches and methods that link the dynamics of the modern era with the involvement of local values, an aspect that has rarely been fully discussed in previous research. Therefore, character education that is systematically designed, structured, and sustainable is the main key in shaping a resilient, noble, and ready young generation to face complex challenges in the modern era

Abstract

Principle Islamic educational democracy is imbued with the principles of democracy in Islam. This article discusses the importance of educational democracy in the Islamic context, which aims to ensure equal education for all individuals regardless of their for all individuals regardless of background. This research is motivated by the crucial role of education in the humanization and development of individual potential, in line with the goals of national education. The aim is to analyze the implementation of democracy in Islamic education, focusing on the principles of inclusion, participation, justice, and equality. The method used is library research, which involves collecting, analyzing literature research, which involves collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from various written sources. The discussion of this article covers democracy in Islam, the role of Islamic education as a foundation for democratic education, and the implementation of democratic Islamic education through integralistic, humanistic, pragmatic models of education. models of integralistic, humanistic, pragmatic, and culture-based education.
