Abstract

This community service aims to provide education to MSME actors related to Online Selling Strategies in the International Market so that there is added value and profitability for MSME business actors in Gerogol Village. The target of service is MSME actors who are registered and already have a business license in Gerogol Village. Problems are solved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparations were made by conducting preliminary interviews to find out the conditions in the field regarding the basic problem of non-development of MSMEs in Gerogol Village. The implementation was carried out by providing counseling on how to create added value for the businesses of each MSME actor in Gerogol Village. Evaluation of activities is carried out for each stage by collecting and concluding data from each stage of the activity. The results of the Online Sales Strategy in the International Market counseling activity for MSMEs in Grogol Village, West Lombok, show a high level of enthusiasm from MSME actors because there are new opportunities to increase business scale and profits.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture, professional commitment and innovative behavior on teacher job satisfaction at SMPN 7 Pujut in 2023. This research consists of 3 independent variables namely organizational culture (X1), professional commitment (X2) and innovative behavior (X3). and the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction (Y). The population in this study was 34 and the sample in this study was 34 respondents at SMPN 7 Pujut. Data was obtained by distributing 34 questionnaires and 36 statement items. Data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, professional commitment and innovative behavior have a significant effect partially, and simultaneously organizational culture, professional commitment and innovative behavior have a significant effect. The most dominant influencing variable is organizational culture with a regression value of 0.760.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the factors that influence the performance of PT employees. Madani National Capital in Sekotong sub-district. So that the variables in this study consisted of 2 (two) independent variables namely Training (X1), Motivation (X2) and the dependent variable Performance (Y). The population of this research is all employees of PT. PNM in Sekotong sub-district. The total sample was 33 respondents, samples were taken using non-probability sampling techniques. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. PNM online via the WhatsApp application with the Google Form link and conduct interviews. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that training has a partially significant effect on performance and motivation has a partially significant effect on performance. So it can be concluded that the training and motivation variables simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, the motivation variable has the most dominant influence on performance. The results of this study also show that the independent variables (Training and Motivation) are able to explain the dependent variable (Performance) as much as 78.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variables of this research.
