Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dimasa pandemik ini yaitu omset selama 3 bulan terakhir mengalami penurunan, stock pakan ikan sedikit dan harga pakan naik, teknik pemasaran terbilang sederhana dengan menunggu pengepul datang kelokasi, kurangnya aspek permodalan dan belum pernah didanai oleh pihak bank ataupun koperasi, belum adanya manajemen dan administrasi bisnis yang baik dalam pengelolaannya.  Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan menggunakan teknologi system Bioflok untuk menghemat air, ramah lingkungan dan efisien terhadap pakan serta hasil produksi meningkat. Tujuan dari program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberdayakan UMKM dimasa pandemi dengan memberikan alternatif solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu memberdayakan teknologi Bioflok dan teknik membantu proses sumber permodalan untuk perluasan usaha melalui pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana. Adapun Metode yang dipakai dalam pencapaian tujuan yaitu merancang bentuk, meng,aplikasikan system, proses pembinaan yang selanjutnya diiringi dengan pelaksanaan pembuatan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana.  Dalam hal pelaksanaan kegiatan pembuatan kolam bioflok dapat terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan yang direncanakan dimana tim pelaksana kegiatan melaksanakan tugasnya dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana sebatas pada pemberian contoh kasus cara menyusun atau langkah-langkah penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kata Kunci : bioflok; manajemen keuangan; pemasaran. ABSTRACTDuring this pandemic, business partners are facing difficulties, which is the sharpest decline of turnover for the last 3 months, lower fisheries feed stocks and rising feed ingredient prices, simply marketing techniques only waiting collectors come to the location, lack of capital aspects and have never been funded by banks or cooperatives, yet the existence of good management and business administration in its management. Researcher offereda solution by using Biofloc system technology to save water, environmentally friendly and efficient in feed ingredients and increase production yields. The purpose of this community empowerment program was to empower MSMEs during pandemic by providing alternative plans to solve current problems, namely empowering Biofloc technology and techniques to process capital sources for business expansion through simple financial reports.The method used in achieving this goal was to design the form, apply the system, coaching process along withcreating simple financial statements. In order to construct biofloc ponds properly according to initial plan, therefore the implementing team performed their task and the preparation of simple financial reports was limited in providing examples of cases on how or steps to prepare financial statements. Keywords: biofloc; financial management; marketing

Abstract: The training activities are based on the collaboration between the dedication team and Mandiri Bank. All activities are sponsored by Mandiri Bank. The purpose of this activity through Mandiri Bank is to foster civil servants who are about to or nearing retirement to take part in hydroponic cultivation training. In this case, Mandiri Bank provides facilitation in terms of providing funding for those who want to develop a hydroponic plant cultivation business. The activity was carried out in the North Lombok Regency Regent's Office Hall. The method of implementing the activities carried out is in the form of training on hydroponic plants along with teaching aids to facilitate understanding of hydroponic plant cultivation. The activity was made as interesting as possible, considering that the activity was carried out during the day so that a quiz or some kind of game was held to encourage the participants. In addition, the contents of this hydroponic cultivation training provide a guide regarding opportunities for business development and/or being able to cultivate hydroponic plants in the yard of the house for daily consumption. The enthusiasm of the participants was very good, as seen by approximately 50% preferring hydroponic cultivation to train other than hydroponic cultivation such as catfish and moringa cultivation.

Abstract

Korporasi ini acapkali terjadi melampaui batas-batas wilayah negara. Korporasi saat ini murni diakui sebagai suatu subjek hukum pidana yang dapat melakukan suatu tindak pidana, namun pengaturannya hanya terbatas pada undang-undang diluar KUHP termasuk Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2013 tentang Pencegahan Dan Pemberantasan Perusakan Hutan yang telah mengatur pula korporasi sebagai subjek hukum pidana, mengkaji suatu tindak pidana illegal logging yang dilakukan oleh korporasi, nantinya akan terlihat seberapa besar dampak yang akan ditimbulkan dari tindak pidana tersebut. Dari berbagai fenomena yang ada, korporasi ternyata memiliki peran potensial dalam terjadinya tindak pidana illegal logging. Tindak pidana illegal logging yang dilakukan oleh korporasi merupakan suatu tindak pidana yang dikategorikan sebagai tindak pidana perusakan hutan, dikarenakan dengan terjadinya tindak pidana ini maka hutan yang seharusnya dilindungi dan dijaga namun sebaliknya dirusak dan mengakibatkan kelestarian dan ekosistem hutan menjadi terganggu. dalam penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan normative dan konseptal. Pengaturan pertanggungjawaban korporasi dalam tindak pidana illegal logging diatur dalam pasal 82 sampai pasal 105 yang dimana apabila pengurus korporasi bertanggungjawab atas tindak pidana maka korporasi juga mampu untuk bertanggungjawab. Korporasi dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dalam tindak pidana illegal logging dilihat dari adanya hubungan kerja maupun hubungan lain dalam lingkup korporasi. Pidana yang diancamkan kepada korporasi dapat berupa pidana pokok yaitu denda dan pidana tambahan yaitu penutupan seluruh atau sebagaian perusahaan.

Abstract

This article will explain that international trade is part of the customs system and takes place in the customs area. Customs is a special type of crime that is regulated by a separate law outside the Criminal Code. Customs is a special criminal offense regulated by law outside the Criminal Code (KUHP). This special customs criminal law is regulated in a separate law outside the general criminal law contained in the Criminal Code. This special criminal offense is regulated in law outside of general criminal law separately, and rapid progress in the field of information and communication technology has led to the development of modern transactions via electronic media. Advances in information and communication technology, which have led to the development of modern transactions via electronic media, in connection with increasingly rapid technological advances, will of course give rise to a new social order. Recognized evidence (KUHAP) of course also makes digital or electronic evidence difficult to accept, as well as proving the defendant's guilt on the grounds that digital evidence has not been fully regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), forms of action that can be categorized as criminal acts in the field of customs, and the legal force of proof using electronic evidence. This research uses normative methods, namely, conducting research on problems through an approach to legislation by examining statutory regulations.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide education to MSME actors related to Online Selling Strategies in the International Market so that there is added value and profitability for MSME business actors in Gerogol Village. The target of service is MSME actors who are registered and already have a business license in Gerogol Village. Problems are solved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparations were made by conducting preliminary interviews to find out the conditions in the field regarding the basic problem of non-development of MSMEs in Gerogol Village. The implementation was carried out by providing counseling on how to create added value for the businesses of each MSME actor in Gerogol Village. Evaluation of activities is carried out for each stage by collecting and concluding data from each stage of the activity. The results of the Online Sales Strategy in the International Market counseling activity for MSMEs in Grogol Village, West Lombok, show a high level of enthusiasm from MSME actors because there are new opportunities to increase business scale and profits.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi kelompok mitra Bengkel yaitu meningkatnya harga pakan ternak sehingga berbagai alternatif lain untuk membuat pakan ternak sendiri dengan cara budidaya Maggot merupakan salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk menambah pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam melakukan budidaya Maggot. Maggot memiliki kandungan nilai protein yang tinggi untuk pakan ternak. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan desa Midang Kecamatan Gunung Sari dengan cara ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Hasil pengabdian yaitu tingginya antusias kelompok mitra Bengkel dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Melalui pelatihan dapat memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan sampah sebagai pakan dalam budidaya Maggot. Selanjutnya Maggot digunakan sebagai alternatif pakan ternak. Target yang diharapkan dari pelatihan budidaya Maggot disini yaitu kelompok mitra bisa mengelola limbah sampah untuk budidaya Maggot dan dapat menghemat biaya pakan ternak hingga 30%.
