Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengedukasi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pentingnya mawas diri terhadap protokol Kesehatan dan juga memberikan penjelasan tentang bentuk penanganan dan upaya untuk mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19, era pandemi Virus Corona atau yang biasa disebut sebagai COVID-19. Selain itu Selain itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat memberikan kesempatan mahasiswa dalam menyampaikan pengetahuan dasar tentang protokol kesehatan yang telah diperoleh, dan mengajarkannya kepada masyarakat umum. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di tiga lokasi UMKM yang berbeda, yaitu: pada UMKM berlokasi di Jl. Tebet Barat Raya Jakarta Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi dan edukasi dengan metode ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pelatihan untuk mengurangi ketidaktahuan informasi dan kepanikan terkait virus COVID-19, kemudian kegiatan pengabdian juga dilaksanakan dengan pembagian masker medis dan hand sanitizer kepada UMKM tersebut. Diharapkan dengan menerapkan protokol Kesehatan dapat menurunkan tingkat penyebaran virus COVID-19.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect on the ease of use, trust and security of customer interest in using the Internet for tax payment transactions. The population of this study is all customers who have a savings account at Bank Mandiri Lemigas Jakarta Branch. Sample selection was done by using the Accidental Sampling method. with the method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression test in SPSS. The results of this study partially indicate that ease of use and security have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using Self Internet in tax payment transactions, while the trust variable has no effect on customer interest in using Mandiri Internet in tax payment transactions.

This research was conducted with the aim to assess empirically the effect of information systems, knowledge and dissemination of the effectiveness of the implementation of mobile banking. Criteria standard sample of 100 respondent, this kind of research is done using primary data. The study was conducted with the object of study is a customer of Bank Central Asia branch of Gajah Mada. The data collection was done by direct the respondent to come to Bank Central Asia branch of Gajah Mada. This study used quantitative research methods. Researchers using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. Results of research has been done on the system and the knowledge and dissemination of information on the effectiveness of the application of mobile banking at Bank Central Asia branch of Gajah Mada. Shows that the effect of information systems, knowledge and socialization positive influence on the effectiveness of the mobile banking application.

This research was conducted with the aim of empirically examining the effect of claims, premiums and bureaucracy on procedural accountability at the puskesmas in South Tangerang. The sample criteria that meet as many as 25 puskesmas, the type of research carried out is using primary data with the research object being BPJS users. The data collection was carried out by distributing research questionnaires directly to respondents by visiting the Puskesmas in South Tangerang City. The research method used in this study is the causal method. The researcher used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 tools. The results showed that claims and bureaucracy had no effect on procedural, while premiums had an effect on procedural accountability.

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt level, profitability, firm size, leverage, capital intensity and disclosure of corporate social responsibility on tax aggressiveness behavior in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015 - 2017 period as many as 117 samples of financial statements with using a saturated sampling technique (census), after verification of the manufacturing companies that meet the feasibility, which is processed by an analytical method using logistic regression test. The results showed that the level of debt, profitability, firm size, leverage, capital intensity and the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility together had a significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Partially, this study shows that capital intensity has a positive and significant effect on tax aggressiveness. While the level of debt, profitability, company size, corporate social responsibility does not have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

This study aims to see the influence of investment decisions measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER) and dividend policy measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on company value measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The sample of this study consisted of 11 companies included in the LQ-45 group listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses classical assumption tests (nomality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test) and hypothesis with multiple linear regression test which shows that all variables used have been free of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and all these variables are normally distributed. In addition, this study used SPSS version 21.00. The results of this study show that partially investment decisions have a significant effect on company value and dividend policy does not have a significant effect on company value. However, simultaneously all independent variables in this study have a significant effect on the value of the company.

Every company wants to have employees with high performance levels. Work Motivation and Leadership Style are considered very influential on Employee Performance. Providing Work Motivation and Leadership Style properly in accordance with sacrifice and competence to employees can improve the performance of the employees themselves. This research was conducted at PT Sahabat Jaya Grafika, Kota Harapan Indah, North Bekasi which aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and leadership style and to find out which factor between the two is very influential in improving employee performance. The author, in this study, used descriptive quantitative research methods, using correlation and regression analysis, with a sample size of 30 respondents. While the data used in this study are data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires filled out by randomly selected respondents. Furthermore, the author uses the SPSS version 22 application as a data processing tool. The results of the study, after going through the data analysis process, obtained the results that work motivation has a significant and strong influence on employee performance, namely with a determination coefficient value of 39.2% and leadership style has a significant and strong relationship with employee performance, namely with a determination coefficient value of 45.4%. Both variables have a significant influence on improving employee performance, namely with a coefficient of determination of 45.4%, and the other 54.6% comes from other factors not examined in this study. The results of the analysis also obtained a regression equation: Y=12.693+0.069X1+0.737X2. The company must pay close attention to employees and the company if it is more consistent and continues to develop in all lines so that employee work results can increase and be able to increase employee loyalty to the company.

The research was conducted with the aim of testing the effect of payment systems, ordering systems, and delivery systems on online shopping fraud. The sampling method is carried out using the snowball method or sampling which is getting bigger with each withdrawal because it gets references from respondents. The data for this study were obtained from people who use a number of online shopping sites in the Depok area, which were obtained with a total of 100 respondents from various circles. The observation period was carried out from August 2020 to February 2021 on a number of respondents who often use online shopping sites such as: Bukalapak, Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Akulaku and so on. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with SPSS tools through validity and reliability tests before testing the hypothesis. The results of the study concluded that the payment system used, the ordering system, and the delivery system had a significant positive effect on the potential for online shopping fraud. aims to identify and analyze the occurrence of fraud on online shopping sites that are predicted to occur through payment system factors, ordering systems, and delivery systems on a number of online shopping sites observed in this study.

The Covid 19 pandemic, which is an epidemic for the world, has a significant effect not only on the industrial sector, the economy, but also on the education sector. With the limited communication and learning media that existed at the beginning of the pandemic, it created a series of problems that had an impact on the quality and timeliness of study completion, not only at the undergraduate level but also at the masters and doctoral levels who experience delays due to not comprehensively understanding the strategy of writing scientific papers correctly. This activity is carried out with the aim of helping all parties, especially students who are in the process of preparing their final project. The results of the activities have a positive influence in helping students understand the writing of the final project. Online loans (pinjol) are increasingly widespread, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. People who are experiencing economic difficulties are also trying to find alternative loans to meet urgent needs. The attitude of vigilance must also be increased in applying for this loan because many illegal loans are not registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). All communities, including students, need to be careful not to get caught up in the detrimental effects of illegal loans. This community service activity is expected to increase the knowledge of the participants about online loans so that they can help overcome public ignorance, especially for housewives about using online loan applications, so they can be smart in choosing and deciding to borrow funds online. This activity was carried out for 1 (one) day, namely on November 4, 2021 in the multipurpose room of residents around Duri Kosambi Cengkareng Village. The implementation method is done by giving lectures and interactive discussions. All participants gave a positive response about the socialization activities provided.
