Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web dan mobile sebagai solusi manajemen peternakan kuda yang efektif dan efisien. Melalui pendekatan Research and Development (R&D), aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu peternak dalam mengelola data kuda, petugas, jadwal pemeriksaan, jadwal pacu, serta mendapatkan informasi tambahan melalui fitur asisten kuda. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan Metode Agile dengan arsitektur Microservices untuk memastikan fleksibilitas dan kemudahan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna (peternak) dalam mengelola data kuda secara terpusat dan mudah diakses melalui perangkat komputer maupun smartphone. Fitur-fitur yang disediakan, seperti penambahan data kuda, data petugas, jadwal pemeriksaan, jadwal pacu, serta fitur asisten kuda, memberikan kemudahan bagi peternak dalam mengelola peternakan kudanya. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam manajemen peternakan kuda serta memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi informasi di bidang peternakan.

Abstract

Sektor peternakan di Indonesia berkontribusi besar terhadap ketahanan pangan, khususnya dari komoditas sapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran teknologi digital dalam membantu manajemen peternakan sapi melalui studi komparatif dua aplikasi Android yakni My Cattle Manager dan CowMaster. Keduanya memiliki fitur pencatatan data ternak, kesehatan, keuangan, serta pengingat otomatis. Hasil studi menunjukkan lima kebutuhan spesifik peternak, yaitu akses offline gratis, estimasi bobot tanpa alat digital, pelaporan terstruktur, manajemen pakan terjadwal, dan kompatibilitas dengan perangkat berspesifikasi rendah. My Cattle Manager unggul dalam fitur offline, silsilah ternak, dan langganan sederhana. CowMaster menonjol dalam estimasi bobot berbasis morfometri dan manajemen pakan berbasis usia dan berat, meski fitur premiumnya terbatas. Keduanya belum mendukung integrasi IoT maupun kecerdasan buatan. Pemilihan aplikasi sebaiknya disesuaikan dengan skala usaha, preferensi visual, kemampuan berlangganan, dan fitur yang dibutuhkan. Fitur silsilah dan pengelompokan ternak hanya tersedia di My Cattle Manager, sedangkan estimasi bobot dan manajemen pakan hanya ada di CowMaster.

Abstract

This study was conducted by applying Black Box testing using the Equivalence Partitioning method to validate the functionality of the PERKASA website, a digital consultation platform in the fisheries sector designed to support fish farmers. The research was carried out in a controlled testing environment with a focus on several main features, namely expert consultation, account login, account registration, articles, and user profile editing. The Equivalence Partitioning method was used to categorize inputs into classes representing valid and invalid conditions. Each test case was executed to determine whether the system produced outputs that matched the expected results. A quantitative approach was applied to compare the actual outcomes with the predefined expected values. Test results showed that out of 54 scenarios, 46 performed as expected, resulting in a functional validation rate of 85,19%. Meanwhile, several other scenarios showed discrepancies in specific input validation. Validation was performed on both client and server sides to ensure data integrity and an optimal user experience. These findings demonstrate that Equivalence Partitioning can serve as a useful method for supporting the development of new websites such as PERKASA, while also contributing to future research on web based information systems.

Abstract

K-Pop songs function not only as entertainment but also as a medium for conveying emotional messages and representing meanings closely related to listeners’ experiences. The song “HELLO” by ZEROBASEONE is a ballad that represents feelings of encounter, emotional attachment, and belief in destiny, particularly within the context of a group formed through a survival program and bound by a limited activity period. This study aims to analyze the representation of encounter and destiny in the lyrics of “HELLO” using Ferdinand de Saussure’s semiotic approach. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through lyric documentation and analyzed using the concepts of signifier and signified. The results reveal that the lyrics of “HELLO” construct the meaning of encounter as an emotionally charged moment filled with anticipation, which gradually develops into awareness of mutual attachment and culminates in the belief that the relationship is part of an inevitable destiny. The word “hello” is represented not merely as a greeting, but as a symbol of beginnings, continuity, and resistance to separation. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that “HELLO” represents encounter and destiny as emotional meaning constructions shaped by language, experience, and social context, reinforcing the role of music as a medium for expressing collective emotions between ZEROBASEONE and their fans.

Abstract

Reduksi noise merupakan tahapan krusial dalam pengolahan citra digital. Hal ini karena reduksi noise dapat menurunkan kualitas visual dan akurasi analisis citra. Permasalahan utama dalam reduksi noise adalah memilih metode filtering paling efektif untuk jenis noise tertentu dengan tetap mempertahankan detail dan tepi objek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas Gaussian Blur, Median Filter, dan Bilateral Filter dalam mereduksi Gaussian noise dan salt and pepper noise, serta mengevaluasi kualitas visual citra hasil filter melalui penilaian subjektif. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dimana citra uji (grayscale) diolah dengan ketiga filter dan diukur menggunakan tiga metrik objektif yaitu Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR), Mean Squared Error (MSE), dan Structural Similarity Index (SSIM). Kemudian penelitian dilengkapi dengan survei penilaian visual oleh responden.
