Abstract

The Center for the Assessment and Development of Agricultural Technology (BBP2TP) is an institution in the field of the study and development of agricultural technology. BBP2TP already has a web-based application called Local Food Friendly (RAPAL). The purpose of this research is to develop the RAPAL application by adding features to accommodate and disseminate information related to training services as well as search features for a training product or service. The search feature is based on keywords, raw materials, city or district, and type of product. The method used in the development of this application is the prototype method, which consists of communication, a quick plan, quick plan modeling, prototype construction, deployment, and feedback. The result is that the catalog and search features in the RAPAL application can help provide easy access for users to search for information regarding local food products and training services.

Abstract

Handphone adalah perangkat telekomunikasi elektronik yang memiliki kemampuan yang sama dengan telepon kabel konvensional, namun perbedaannya adalah telepon seluler dapat digunakan dimana saja dan dapat dibawa kemana saja serta tidak perlu terhubung dengan jaringan telepon menggunakan kabel seperti wireless. dan nirkabel. Tujuan dari telepon seluler adalah untuk memudahkan komunikasi antara orang-orang yang terbiasa menerima panggilan telepon dan dapat mengirim atau menerima pesan singkat. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, keragaman keunggulan, fitur, merek, dan tipe ponsel yang ada dapat membuat masyarakat kesulitan untuk memilih ponsel yang sesuai dengan kualitas, kebutuhan, dan budget belanjanya. Hal ini dikarenakan kebutuhan manusia sangat banyak dan beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis handphone terbaru dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Mamdani agar masyarakat tersebut dapat memilih handphone yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Metode logika Fuzzy Mamdani dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani ketidakpastian data. Input fuzzy yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu kecepatan prosesor dan kapasitas daya baterai. Proses fuzzifikasi dilakukan untuk menentukan variabel masukan dan nilai keluaran untuk menghasilkan suatu nilai untuk penentuan kelas handphone. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode fuzzy Mamdani dapat digunakan untuk mengontrol penentuan grup ponsel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semakin rendah nilai pada kecepatan prosesor, maka kecepatan prosesor dapat digolongkan sebagai lambat. Begitupun sebaliknya dimana semakin tinggi nilai pada kecepatan prosesor, maka kecepatan prosesor dapat digolongkan sebagai cepat. Selain itu, semakin rendah nilai pada kapasitas daya baterai, maka kapasitas daya baterai dapat digolongkan sebagai rendah. Begitupun sebaliknya semakin tinggi nilai pada kapasitas daya baterai, maka kapasitas daya baterai dapat digolongkan sebagai tinggi

Abstract

This research aims to overcome the challenge of excessive temperatures in hydroponic gardens by implementing a temperature and water temperature control system. The main problems identified were excessive temperatures in the hydroponic environment and the need for effective methods for monitoring and controlling the water temperature in the garden. This research focuses on overcoming excessive temperatures by using a misting system that can provide efficient water use and maintain water temperature and temperatures in accordance with ideal standards for hydroponic plants. In addition, this research seeks solutions to accurately monitor the temperature of hydroponic garden water and build a control device that allows remote regulation to achieve ideal environmental conditions. Implementing this solution is hoped to increase the productivity and health of hydroponic plants in an optimal environment. Data collection and analysis were conducted to obtain a Mean Square Error value of 1.33, indicating that the average square model prediction error was 1.33 degrees. The Root Mean Squared Error value of 1.15 indicates that the root mean squared model prediction error is 1.15°C, and the r-squared value obtained is 0.86, indicating that this regression model can explain 86% of the observed air temperature variations.

Abstract

Ikan hias, baik dari jenis air tawar maupun laut, telah menjadi salah satu komoditas yang populer di kalangan masyarakat. Memelihara ikan hias bukan hanya sekedar hobi, tetapi juga dapat menjadi sumber pendapatan. Dengan meningkatnya minat terhadap ikan hias, muncul tantangan dalam hal pemeliharaan dan informasi terkait spesies yang berbeda. Aplikasi fisHomie dirancang untuk memperkaya informasi terkait ikan hias sekaligus mempermudah komunikasi antar penggemar ikan hias. Aplikasi ini berperan sebagai ensiklopediadigital yang menghubungkan komunitas pecinta ikan hias melalui fitur-fitur informatif dan forum diskusi interaktif. Sehingga memungkinkan para pengguna berbagi pengalaman, tips perawatan, dan foto atau video ikan hias mereka. FisHomie dikembangkan sebagai aplikasi lintas platform yang menghubungkan versi web dan mobile melalui penggunaan API. API ini berfungsi sebagai jembatan untuk mengintegrasikan data antara halaman admin berbasis web, yang dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database menggunakan MySQL. Sedangkan aplikasi mobile dikembangkan di Android Studio dengan bahasa pemrograman Java.

Abstract

Dried bamboo leaves were chosen as a planting media for strengthen nutrients and improve soil drainage. Before being processed into fertilizer, the dried bamboo leaves will be chopped first. The problem that exists is that the chopping of dried bamboo leaves is still manually using a knife and scissors so it is quite time consuming and less effective. Making a dry bamboo leaf chopper with Arduino uno to chop dry bamboo leaves with a limit switch sensor so that it can rotate and stop the chopper blade automatically. The process of making this tool uses a method, namely, design to design hardware, software, and casing design, manufacture, namely the implementation of the design, and testing to carry out the testing phase of the tool so that the tool runs according to its purpose. The manufacture of this tool consists of hardware components which include Arduino uno, limit switch, DC motor, BTS7960 motor driver, step down LM2596, and power supply as well as software using Arduino IDE. The result of making a dry bamboo leaf chopper with Arduino uno is that it can chop dry bamboo leaves according to the purpose. This tool can chop up to 50 grams of dry bamboo leaves. Suggestions in making this tool are development by adding automation when the container is full and the tool automatically runs as well as increasing the duration of counting on the tool.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of robotic technology in the digital era has significantly impacted various industries, including poultry farming. One of the challenges faced by farmers is the manual collection of eggs, which poses risks of breakage and potential fraud in egg count records by workers. To address this issue, Quackbot, an AI and Internet of Things (IoT)-based egg-fetching robot, has been developed. This robot integrates YOLOv8 as an AI model to accurately detect eggs and an IoT system that allows farmers to monitor the number of collected eggs in real-time. The development of this robot follows the HDLC method, which includes Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Maintenance. The robot is designed to move autonomously to collect eggs and return to its basecamp once it reaches maximum capacity. This system enhances efficiency, safety, and transparency in egg collection, reducing losses and increasing farm productivity.

Abstract

This study examines the determination of garment production quantities at PT. Istana Garmindo Jaya using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. Garment companies often face challenges in setting optimal production targets due to various complex factors such as fluctuating market demand and unstable raw material availability. The Fuzzy Mamdani method is employed to address this issue by generating accurate target production outputs. The research findings indicate a balance of control between production quantities, market demand, and raw material inventory. However, the differences between manual calculations and those using MATLAB software suggest that the determination of production quantities is still suboptimal and requires further improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web dan mobile sebagai solusi manajemen peternakan kuda yang efektif dan efisien. Melalui pendekatan Research and Development (R&D), aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu peternak dalam mengelola data kuda, petugas, jadwal pemeriksaan, jadwal pacu, serta mendapatkan informasi tambahan melalui fitur asisten kuda. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan Metode Agile dengan arsitektur Microservices untuk memastikan fleksibilitas dan kemudahan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna (peternak) dalam mengelola data kuda secara terpusat dan mudah diakses melalui perangkat komputer maupun smartphone. Fitur-fitur yang disediakan, seperti penambahan data kuda, data petugas, jadwal pemeriksaan, jadwal pacu, serta fitur asisten kuda, memberikan kemudahan bagi peternak dalam mengelola peternakan kudanya. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam manajemen peternakan kuda serta memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi informasi di bidang peternakan.

Abstract

Turning on the lights in the room is still done manually by pressing the light button. Switches, as electrical devices, are used to turn lights on or off. There are many innovative ways to make human tasks easier, one of which is by using motion sensors that replace manual switches. This research uses a motion sensor as a control to flow or cut off electric current without any physical contact between the user and the device being controlled. This research is the development of an ESP32-based system as a Wi-Fi module that integrates sound technology, automatic lights, and food ordering buttons connected to the Blynk application. This research is designed to provide innovative solutions in organizing the environment and services of a food court. The sound system is implemented through the ESP32 to record and play sound as needed. Automatic lights use PIR sensors to detect movement and control lighting automatically. The food ordering button integrates with the Blynk app allowing real-time monitoring of button activity to manage orders more effectively. The test and evaluation results show that this research succeeded in achieving its objectives well. This system can increase user comfort, energy efficiency, and provide monitoring through the Blynk application. Further analysis can be performed to improve functionality and adapt this system to specific user needs. Keywords: Blynk, ESP32, Lights, Monitoring, Motion Snesor. ABSTRAKUntuk menyalakan lampu di dalam ruangan masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menekan tombol lampu. Saklar, sebagai perangkat listrik, digunakan untuk menghidupkan atau mematikan lampu. Ada banyak cara inovatif untuk mempermudah tugas manusia, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan sensor gerak yang menggantikan saklar manual. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensor gerak sebagai kontrol untuk mengalirkan atau memutus arus listrik tanpa adanya kontak fisik antara pengguna dan perangkat yang dikendalikan. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan sistem berbasis ESP32 sebagai modul Wi-Fi yang mengintegrasikan teknologi suara, lampu otomatis, dan tombol pemesanan makanan yang terhubung dengan aplikasi Blynk. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi inovatif dalam pengaturan lingkungan dan layanan sebuah food court. Sistem suara diimplementasikan melalui ESP32 untuk merekam dan memutar suara sesuai kebutuhan. Lampu otomatis menggunakan sensor PIR untuk mendeteksi gerakan dan mengontrol pencahayaan secara otomatis. Tombol pemesanan makanan terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Blynk yang memungkinkan pemantauan secara real-time dari aktivitas tombol untuk mengelola pesanan dengan lebih efektif. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dengan baik. Sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna, efisiensi energi, dan memberikan pemantauan melalui aplikasi Blynk. Analisis lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan fungsionalitas dan menyesuaikan sistem ini dengan kebutuhan spesifik pengguna.

Abstract

The research focuses on implementing an automatic door lock system based on face recognition using the ESP32-Cam microcontroller and integrating it with the Telegram platform. The system is designed to enhance security at Proactive Robotic by leveraging IoT technology for office door access control. System design began with needs analysis and identification of existing security issues which do not integrate with other smart home systems at the institution. Development methods included hardware and software design, circuit schematic creation, PCB production, and physical assembly. System testing ensured facial detection, recognition, and essential solenoid operation in varying lighting conditions. Test results showed the system accurately recognizes registered faces under standard lighting, automatically unlocks doors, and sends real-time notifications via Telegram. However, system accuracy under low-light conditions needs improvement, as well as enhanced user data security to protect stored information privacy. This research contributes to developing IoT and face recognition-based security applications. The system successfully implements cutting-edge technology to improve physical security and access management in office environments, laying the foundation for future advancements in security technology.
