Abstract

This journal examines the factors that have the potential to cause delays in the implementation of the Dempsey Hill residential housing construction project, North Citraland, Surabaya. Projects managed by CV. Tirta Kusuma has a target of completion in 10 months, but there are indications of delays that affect the schedule and costs. This study aims to identify and analyze the dominant factors causing delays, such as project management, material procurement, and human resources. The methods used include observation, questionnaire distribution, and literature study. The results of this analysis are expected to provide recommendations to improve time management, resource efficiency, and control of future construction projects. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that project delays are primarily caused by material delays and errors in work execution, as concluded based on the results of factor analysis.

Abstract

Abstract - Digital marketing strategies are crucial factors in improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in the era of globalization. Dusun Pijenan, a batik producer in Bantul Regency, faces challenges in marketing its products. Reliance on conventional marketing methods has limited the market reach of batik MSMEs in Dusun Pijenan. Currently, 80% of batik MSME sales in Dusun Pijenan rely on resellers, while only 20% come from direct buyers. This situation results in lower selling prices to resellers, thereby limiting business revenue. Therefore, a digital marketing training and mentoring program has been designed to assist batik MSMEs in Dusun Pijenan in optimizing digital technology to enhance market potential and competitiveness. This mentoring activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which directly involves MSME actors in the planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies. Several factors, such as limited technological knowledge, difficulties in managing digital marketing accounts, and a lack of personnel to manage digital platforms, pose challenges that need to be addressed during the mentoring process. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in visibility and customer interaction through the creation of digital marketing platforms, such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business. Additionally, the growth in online visitors from the creation of digital platforms was successfully implemented by the seven batik MSMEs in Dusun Pijenan. This mentoring program demonstrates that digital marketing can enhance the market potential and competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This paper discusses the Evaluation of the Existing Structure of the Graha Building of PT Petrokimia Gresik. The building was constructed on December 6, 2021, and handed over on June 28, 2023. However, in August 2025, cracks were discovered in the rear section of the building. These cracks were found in areas such as the staircase access from the 1st to the 2nd floor, the head office's room, and on beams across several floors. Consequently, a special identification of this damage is required, encompassing visual inspection, concrete surface hardness testing, concrete core sampling, and analysis using SAP2000. Therefore, a technical study is necessary to analyze the structural strength of the existing building. Based on the structural system analysis, the selected strengthening methods are: Adding new post columns using IWF 250 x 250 sections, Injecting the concrete cracks, Strengthening the cantilever beams using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP). Furthermore, risk mitigation for these work methods is required to ensure the project implementation can be completed safely.

Abstract

This journal aims to study a comprehensive methodology involving Deterministic Seismic Hazard Analysis (DSHA), site-specific ground motion selection, spectral matching, and nonlinear dynamic analysis on Beribis Kendeng Waleri Fault. Seven strong ground motion records were selected from the PEER NGA-West2 database and spectrally matched to the target response spectrum derived from DSHA parameters. Local site effects were incorporated through a site response analysis using detailed subsurface soil data, which classified the site as Class E (very soft soil). The resulting surface-level acceleration time histories were used in nonlinear time history analysis to assess structural performance.

Abstract

Katakunci: analisis fatik, analisis statik, dermaga petikemas, Harbour Mobile Crane, Palmgren-Miner ABSTRACTThe 20-year-old Tarakan Container Wharf is planned to accommodate additional Harbour Mobile Crane (HMC) loading. This study evaluates the static and fatigue performance of the existing wharf by integrating visual inspection, Non-Destructive Testing, core drilling, SAP2000 modelling, Wöhler/S-N curves, and Palmgren-Miner damage accumulation. The minimum core compressive strength of 24.63 MPa was adopted as a conservative material parameter. Static evaluation indicates that the beams and 450 mm slab remain adequate, whereas the 350 mm slab is inadequate. Fatigue analysis shows that the concrete of the 350 mm slab fails with D = 5,443,281.091, while the 450 mm slab and beam satisfy the fatigue limit with D values of 0.6047 and 3.177 × 10⁻⁸, respectively. HMC operation should therefore be limited to acceptable areas or supported by load redistribution and local strengthening.Keyword: fatigue analysis, static analysis, container wharf, Harbour Mobile Crane, Palmgren-Miner
