Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and location on customer interest at Jihan Product Workshop. In the face of an increasingly competitive workshop industry, improving service quality and selecting the right location have become crucial factors in retaining and attracting customers. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 117 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Method With The Help Of SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of the analysis show that both service quality and location have a positive and significant effect on customer interest. These findings indicate that optimal service and a strategic workshop location can increase customers’ interest in using the service offered by Jihan Product Workshop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Indomaret di Kecamatan Setu, Bekasi, sebagai kontribusi terhadap pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam industri ritel. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei dan teknik sampling jenuh, data dikumpulkan dari 105 karyawan di 11 desa melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner selama periode observasi tahun 2024. Instrumen diuji menggunakan SPSS 26 dan dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda serta uji t dan F . Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, stres kerja, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan nilai F-hitung 105,483 > F-tabel 2,699 dan signifikansi 0,000.. Temuan menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan aspek psikologis dan perilaku kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja.
