Abstract

ABSTRACT Background of the Research: The cultural diversity in Indonesia is one of the treasures that needs to be understood and appreciated by the younger generation. In this context, literature and language play an important role as tools to educate the youth in understanding and appreciating cultural differences. Purpose: This research aims to explore the role of literature and language as a means to educate the younger generation in understanding cultural diversity in Indonesia. Methodologies: This study employs a qualitative approach with subjects consisting of students and teachers from several schools. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and direct classroom observations. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis. Principal Results: The findings indicate that the teaching of literature and language significantly enhances students' understanding of cultural diversity, as well as develops character, empathy, and tolerance among the youth. The use of local literary works and regional languages has proven to strengthen students' cultural identity. Major Conclusions: The study concludes that literature and language are effective tools in building cultural awareness and reinforcing national identity amidst existing diversity .Contributions to the Field: This research provides significant contributions to the development of educational curricula in Indonesia and serves as a reference for educators and policymakers in formulating better teaching strategies. Abstract

Educational administration plays a crucial role in managing resources and improving operational efficiency in schools. With the growing demand for better school performance, optimizing administrative strategies is essential. Purpose: This research explores educational administration as a resource management strategy to drive operational efficiency and enhance school performance. Methods: A mixed-methods approach was used, combining qualitative and quantitative data collected through surveys, interviews, and focus groups involving school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders. Results: The study found a positive correlation between effective resource management and operational efficiency, leading to a 25% increase in student achievement in schools that implemented structured strategies. Conclusions: Effective educational administration as a resource management strategy is vital for operational efficiency and better school outcomes. Collaboration between administrators and teachers and integrating technology are key success factors. Contributions: The research offers insights for education leaders and policymakers on the importance of resource management to improve school performance, serving as a foundation for better administrative policies and practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan sebagai implementasi mata kuliah Administrasi Pendidikan di MI Daarul Hikmah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2025 oleh mahasiswa semester lima Fakultas Tarbiyah, Prodi PBA, INISA Bekasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa administrasi kesiswaan telah berjalan cukup baik dan sistematis. Seluruh siswa terdaftar dalam sistem DAPODIK, meskipun pencatatan manual masih dilakukan sebagai arsip. Layanan siswa difasilitasi oleh staf khusus bidang kesiswaan dan BK, sementara pengembangan siswa difokuskan pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Islami seperti tahfidz, pramuka, dan seni Islami. Pelaksanaan PPDB berjalan tertib dan transparan, namun masih terkendala daya tampung dan promosi sekolah. Secara umum, praktik administrasi kesiswaan telah mencerminkan prinsip efisiensi, akuntabilitas, dan keterbukaan, meski perlu peningkatan dalam digitalisasi data dan komunikasi publik.

Abstract

This research is driven by the critical role that sewing course centres play in enhancing local fashion creativity while preserving cultural heritage through the education of practical skills. The purpose of the study is to examine how Juliana Jaya, as a sewing course centre, contributes to the development of local fashion creativity and community empowerment. The methodology employed is qualitative research, utilising a case study approach, which involves participants, instructors, and local stakeholders as the sample. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and review of course documents. The principal results indicate that Juliana Jaya effectively integrates modern sewing skills with local cultural values, creating a learning environment conducive to creative exploration and fashion innovation. The major conclusion highlights the centre’s central role in preserving cultural identity while promoting the growth of the local creative economy. This study contributes by providing a community empowerment model and strategies for integrating cultural technology in local fashion education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan administrasi personel sebagai implementasi mata kuliah Administrasi Pendidikan di TK Islam Qolbus Salim. Fokus observasi meliputi lima aspek utama: administrasi kepegawaian, rekrutmen dan penempatan, absensi dan kehadiran, pengembangan kompetensi, serta penilaian kinerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan guru, serta analisis dokumen administrasi sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan administrasi personel telah berjalan cukup baik meskipun masih dilakukan secara manual. Sekolah telah memiliki arsip data guru yang tertib, melakukan rekrutmen berdasarkan pengalaman dan kedekatan sosial, serta aktif berkolaborasi dengan IGTK dan Dinas Kependidikan dalam pengembangan kompetensi. Namun demikian, ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti belum adanya sistem digital, keterbatasan waktu pelatihan, dan belum tersedianya instrumen baku penilaian kinerja. Secara keseluruhan, administrasi personel di TK Islam Qolbus Salim mencerminkan penerapan teori administrasi pendidikan yang relevan dengan konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam.
