Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between extracurricular activity management and students’ academic learning motivation at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang. The background of the research highlights the importance of effective extracurricular management as an integral part of character education and the holistic development of student learning motivation. The research employed a quantitative correlational method using a survey approach. The sample consisted of 100 randomly selected students from grades X and XI across various vocational programs. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using Pearson’s correlation technique revealed a positive and significant relationship between effective extracurricular management and students’ academic motivation (r = 0.512, p < 0.05). The findings indicate that the better the management of extracurricular activities, the higher the students’ academic learning motivation. Therefore, schools are encouraged to continuously improve the planning, implementation, and evaluation of extracurricular programs as a strategic effort to enhance students’ academic performance holistically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji indikator penyebab kelambanan rotasi jabatan serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP). Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang merupakan PNS LKPP yang belum mengalami rotasi jabatan lebih dari lima tahun. Data juga dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelambanan rotasi jabatan disebabkan oleh tiga indikator utama, yaitu: (1) adanya ketergantungan pimpinan terhadap pegawai tertentu yang dianggap memiliki kompetensi dan pemahaman yang tinggi terhadap proses bisnis unit kerja; (2) kekhawatiran terhadap penurunan kinerja jika pegawai dengan rekam jejak baik dirotasi; dan (3) hambatan struktural administratif dalam proses persetujuan rotasi. Dampak dari kelambanan rotasi mencakup kejenuhan kerja, penurunan motivasi, minimnya inovasi, stagnasi karier, hingga munculnya konflik kepentingan yang dapat memicu risiko integritas. Hal ini pada akhirnya berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja organisasi, terutama dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen rotasi jabatan yang tidak adaptif menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat pengembangan kinerja pegawai. Diperlukan reformulasi kebijakan rotasi berbasis kompetensi serta sistem digital yang dapat memantau dan mengevaluasi masa jabatan secara berkala. Rekomendasi lainnya adalah perlunya peran aktif unit SDM dalam mendorong rotasi sebagai strategi pengembangan organisasi dan individu secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk membangun tim pengajar yang solid dan profesional di TK Islam Al-Kamal, Kedaung-Pamulang. Dalam rangka menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang optimal, PKM ini memfokuskan pada peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam berkolaborasi, komunikasi efektif, serta profesionalisme pengajaran. Pelatihan dilakukan secara daring selama lima hariberturut-turut, dimulai dengan studi awal untuk memahami kondisi dan tantangan di lapangan, dilanjutkan dengan survei preferensi untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pengembangan diri guru. Sesi pelatihan mencakup materi tentang kerja tim, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, metode inklusif, serta manajemen kelas dan dinamika siswa. Pendekatan interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok dan studi kasus digunakan untuk memperkuat penerapan praktis konsep-konsep tersebut dalam situasi nyata. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui sesi tanya jawab dan umpan balik peserta. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa program PKM berhasil mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, yaitu terciptanya tim guru yang lebih solid, terampil, dan mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang positif serta mendukung perkembangan siswa. PKM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak berkelanjutan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di TK Islam Al-Kamal

Abstract

This community service project aims to enhance the transparency and accountability of Ramadan donation fund management at local mushollas. In many communities, religious institutions play a pivotal role in distributing social assistance, especially during the holy month of Ramadan. However, the absence of standardized financial governance often leads to inefficiencies and a lack of trust from the public. This program introduces structured financial management strategies, including documentation systems, transparent reporting mechanisms, and human resource training, to improve the effectiveness of social fund distribution. Through participatory workshops and practical tools, this initiative supports musholla administrators and volunteers in adopting accountable financial practices. The results indicate an increased awareness among committee members, improved documentation procedures, and more open communication with congregants regarding fund allocation. The success of this program underscores the importance of financial literacy and governance in maintaining the integrity of religious social activities.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Forum Kampus UMKM Kuningan program in fostering entrepreneurial characteristics and competencies among its members. As a community-based initiative, the forum strengthens local micro and small enterprises through training, mentoring, and peer learning. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with the CIPP evaluation model, Bygrave’s 10D framework, and the KSA model, data were collected by interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. Findings indicate the program is generally effective: it addresses members’ real needs, engages competent facilitators despite limited resources, promotes participatory learning, and generates positive impacts on mindset, business practices, and networks. Key entrepreneurial traits—Dreams, Doers, and Destiny—showed significant growth, while financial literacy (Dollars) remained a challenge. Competencies improved across knowledge, practical and digital marketing skills, and attitudes such as confidence, discipline, and adaptability. Overall, the forum demonstrates effectiveness as a community-based entrepreneurship development model that strengthens the local MSME ecosystem.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan sebagai wujud implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya dalam aspek pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan karakter kepemimpinan Islami santri dalam mengelola organisasi pesantren secara efektif dan profesional. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh santri meliputi kurangnya pemahaman mengenai struktur dan fungsi organisasi, lemahnya koordinasi antaranggota, serta belum optimalnya penerapan nilai-nilai manajemen Islami dalam aktivitas organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi antara ekspositori dan inquiry, yang melibatkan kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, simulasi, dan diskusi interaktif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari, yaitu pada tanggal 25–27 Oktober 2025 di Pondok Pesantren Al Ihsan Baron Bogor, dengan melibatkan 17 peserta santri ikhwan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman santri mengenai struktur organisasi, pembagian tugas, penyusunan program kerja, serta penerapan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Islami seperti ikhlas, amanah, dan ukhuwah. Berdasarkan hasil survei evaluasi, diperoleh rata-rata skor 3.5–4.6 yang menunjukkan kategori Baik hingga Sangat Baik. Indikator tertinggi terdapat pada “Pemahaman Kepemimpinan Islami” dengan skor 4.59, disusul “Materi Mengandung Nilai Islam” dengan skor 4.53. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan PKM memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi, kedisiplinan, dan kesiapan santri dalam berorganisasi. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat sinergi antara Universitas Pamulang dan lembaga pesantren dalam pembinaan karakter dan pengembangan kepemimpinan generasi muda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of visionary leadership of school principals, organizational culture, and teachers’ emotional intelligence on the improvement of teacher performance in public elementary schools. The research employed a correlation study method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers in the Pondok Aren subdistrict. The results indicate that visionary leadership, organizational culture, and teachers’ emotional intelligence significantly affect teacher performance, both individually and simultaneously. Visionary leadership provides direction and motivation, organizational culture creates a positive and professional work environment, while emotional intelligence helps teachers manage emotions and enhance social interactions with students and colleagues. These findings highlight the importance of developing leadership, organizational culture, and emotional intelligence as strategies to improve educational quality.
