Abstract

The supply of goods is one of the important business process in every retail company, to ensure the stocks availability in each store. The slow and inaccurate and errors in the demand and receipt of stocks report are the interrupting factors in the supplying process, thus in this research an information system for supplier was built to make it easier for companies and suppliers in obtaining reports quickly and accurately. In this research, the process and stages of research are carried out sequentially from the system requirements analysis, planning and designing system, implementation, and system testing. The system was built in a web form using Flask framework and Python programming language. In the test conducted by potential users, the tested application received a good response with a percentage of 96.67% users strongly agree that the system can ease the supplying process. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the information system for supplier built using the Flask framework is able to answer problems that occur in the supplying process

Abstract

Usaha kecil di bidang kuliner kini banyak bermunculan sebagai tren usaha alternatif menghadapi kemajuan jaman. Setiap lokasi memiliki perbedaan potensi yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penjualan produk kulinernya. Dibutuhkan strategi untuk mengetahui potensi lokasi usaha agar usaha dapat berjalan dengan baik. Salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan teknologi Geographic Information System (sistem informasi geografis). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberi kemudahan dengan melihat potensi lokasi membuat usaha kecil di wilayah Kelurahan Salatiga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif pada bidang sistem informasi yang meliputi beberapa tahapan, antara lain pengumpulan data, reduksi data, analisa data, dan pengujian. Program ini berintegrasi dengan sistem informasi geografis yang dapat diakses dengan mudah secara umum melalui perangkat komputer. Hasil uji program ini menunjukkan hasil yang baik yang ditunjukkan dengan tingkat keberhasilan melalui pengujian dengan nilai rata-rata 85% (di atas 50%). Ini menunjukkan program yang dibuat telah berhasil.

Abstract

Dinas Perhubungan Kota Salatiga adalah sebuah instansi dalam lingkup pemerintah Kota Salatiga yang berkaitan dengan transportasi. Pada saat ini sistem pengelolaan pendataan pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Salatiga masih belum terstruktur dan sistem pencatatan data pegawai masih menggunakan Excel kemudian datanya disimpan ke dalam arsip atau dicetak. Penggunaan sistem yang lama, tentunya masih kurang tepat sasaran karena akan kurang efektif dan efisien dalam proses pendataan pegawai, sehingga datanya akan mudah hilang. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari solusi terkait masalah ini, yaitu dengan membuat sistem informasi pendataan pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Salatiga berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode Waterfall dengan tahapan-tingkatannya adalah, Requirement, Design, Implementation, Verification, dan Maintenance. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian calon pengguna memakai skala Likert menghasilkan poin rata-rata dari poin indeks sebesar 85,58%, dimana aplikasi ini mendapatkan respons yang baik dari calon pengguna dan aplikasi ini dapat digunakan oleh user untuk mengolah data pegawai dengan baik, terstruktur dan efisien dalam proses pendataan pegawai.

Abstract

Artificial Neural Network is a supervised learning method for various classification problems. Artificial Neural Network uses training data to identify patterns in the data; therefore, training phase is crucial. During this stage, the network weight is adjusted so that they can recognize patterns in the data. In this research, a neuroevolution approach is proposed to optimize artificial neural network parameters (weight) Neuroevolution is a combination of evolutionary algorithms, including various metaheuristics algorithms, to optimize neural network parameters and configuration. In particular, this research implemented particle swarm optimization as the artificial neural network optimizer. The performance of the proposed model was compared to backpropagation, which uses gradient information to adjust the neural network parameter. There are five datasets used as the benchmark problems. The datasets are iris, wine, breast cancer, ecoli, and wheat seeds. The experiment results show that the proposed method has better accuracy than the backpropagation in three out of five problems and has the same accuracy in two problems. The proposed method is also faster than the backpropagation method in all problems. These results reveal that neuroevolution is a promising approach to improving the performance of artificial neural networks. Further studies are needed to explore more benefits of this approach.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan peluang untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan efisiensi bagi para pelaku bisnis. Perusahaan XYZ, salah satu perusahaan retail terbesar di Indonesia dengan 16.490+ gerai beroperasi di Indonesia, merespons perkembangan tersebut dengan melakukan migrasi aplikasi Operation Application System (OAS) yang menggunakan Oracle Form ke Python. Teknologi Oracle sudah tidak relevan lagi dikarenakan biaya lisensi yang tinggi dan hanya dapat beroperasi pada satu platform saja. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, framework Flask dan Pandas digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk membangun sistem reporting pada aplikasi OAS berbasis web pada modul Penentuan Kuantitas Maksimum (PKM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Model Lima Tahap (Mantap) yang terdiri dari Penelitian Pendahuluan, Pengembangan Model, Validasi Model, Uji Efektivitas Model, dan Diseminasi. Waterfall digunakan sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Hasil Pengujian dengan Unit Testing menunjukkan sudah tidak ada bug dan sudah tidak ada error pada validasi textfield TAG dan textfield tanggal. Pengujian dengan Black Box menunjukkan hasil valid sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi ini memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Kelebihan dari sistem yang dibangun menggunakan Python dengan framework Flask dan Pandas ini adalah pembaharuan teknologi, dapat dioperasikan di berbagai platform, dan pemangkasan biaya karena tidak perlu biaya lisensi.

Abstract

PT. Jasa Raharja is a state-owned company engaged in accident insurance services, located in Kuningan, south of Jakarta. At this time, PT. Jasa Raharja does not yet have an accident information application to monitor traffic conditions. Of course, technological developments have made it possible for the agency to have an accident information application while at the same time being able to find out the location of the accident. Based on the existing problems, this research was conducted to find a solution to the existing problem by designing an accident information application that can report accidents through Android-based communities using Java. This study applies the waterfall method with the stages of requirement, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. Based on the test results for prospective users using a Likert scale, it obtained a value of 85.2% with statements that strongly agreed. Through the acquisition of the Likert scale value, it means that the application designed can help the public distribute information on accidents that have occurred and can satisfy potential users of the application

Abstract

The village administrative center, or Village Government, is located in rural areas.Data management must be handled carefully and accurately to be beneficial in implementing government policies or programs. Information dissemination in the village is still not effective. The purpose of this research is to provide assistance to the village government in carrying out its duties and providing useful information to the community. The benefits that can be obtained through this research are that with the creation of this information system, the village government can get an overview of the benefits if the information system is made with its full functionality. The research method used is the Waterfall method, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and user interface creation using Figma. The system application is built using the Laravel framework, Php, MySql database, and Visual Studio Code application.The population in this study is the Pagergunung Village Community with a sample of 30 people. The results of this study indicate that after conducting functional testing using the Black Box method, all functions run perfectly, achieving a success rate of 100%. User experience testing with three parameters shows that 87.66% of respondents agree that the application shows good performance, 85.99% of respondents agree that the application is easy to use, and 84.88% of respondents are satisfied with the application that has been built. It can be concluded that the creation of an information system using the Laravel framework can help and facilitate the tasks of village officials and provide useful information to the community.

Abstract

To encourage consumption and demand for MSME products in the form of goods and services, Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (DinKopUKM) of Salatiga City is taking steps by organizing activities that will provide stimulus in the form of gifts in the form of goods and gifts in the form of shopping vouchers. To expedite this program, an integrated aid distribution system was built, one of the applications in which is a web-based Aid Distribution Monitoring Application. This application functions to monitor voucher distribution. The application was built using the CodeIgniter framework and consists of six main features. The applications that have been built are tested using black box testing and user acceptance testing methods. From the testing process, it was found that the functional application was running as expected and users strongly agreed that the application that was built made it easier to monitor the distribution of aid to MSMEs.Kata kunci: Monitoring Aid Distribution; Web; Blackbox Testing; User Acceptance Testing; MSMEs AbstrakUntuk mendorong terjadinya konsumsi dan kebutuhan akan produk-produk UMKM baik berwujud barang maupun jasa, Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Salatiga (DinKopUKM) melakukan langkah dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan yang akan memberikan stimulus berupa hadiah berwujud barang dan hadiah berwujud voucher belanja. Untuk memperlancar program ini, maka dibangunlah sistem distribusi bantuan terintegrasi dimana salah satu aplikasi didalamnya adalah Aplikasi Monitoring Distribusi Bantuan berbasis web. Aplikasi ini berfungsi untuk melakukan pemantauan distribusi voucher. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan terdiri dari enam fitur utama. Aplikasi yang telah dibangun diuji menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan user acceptance testing. Dari proses pengujian, didapatkan bahwa fungsional aplikasi telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan pengguna sangat setuju aplikasi yang dibangun memudahkan proses monitoring distribusi bantuan kepada UMKM.Kata kunci: Monitoring Distribusi Bantuan; Web; Blackbox Testing; User Acceptance Testing; UMKM

Because it requires innovation or a change to support a variety of private activities, for example in church services and sunday school songs. The innovation can use smaartphone technology, because it is then made an Android-based application system with the purpose and purpose can produce a smartphone application that can be used and used to help in worship activities. In this study is planned the design of Android application with the help of Android studio and with the aid of firebase as the method of making this application, it is hoped this research can help the devotion in the church who still use the Nyanyian Rohani, such as the Kidung Jemaat, as well as help the youth as a learning and aiding tool in playing music and others
