Abstract

A small-scale industry group, "Anugrah," in Gampong Deah Raya, Banda Aceh, is facing challenges in producing processed skipjack tuna. Their conventional sun-drying method leads to inefficient production, with a long processing time of 3-5 days and inconsistent product quality. To solve this, a community empowerment program is proposed, centered on the innovative Smart IoT Drying System. This system is designed to monitor temperature and humidity in real-time, which will accelerate the drying process and ensure better, more consistent product quality. The program also includes training on product diversification and digital marketing to build the business capacity of the partner group. It is hoped that this program will boost production efficiency, expand market reach, and significantly increase the income of the coastal community in Gampong Deah Raya.

Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in media creation and learning assessment of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) has a significant impact on the quality of learning. Using AI, innovative and exciting content can be created to improve learning quality. AI can also be used to make IPAS learning more interesting, interactive, and effective, such as the application of Augmented Reality-based technology and automatic online issue correction and real-time feedback. This material was featured in the International Commitment to the Community (PKM) activities carried out by the academic sharing community (KABA) in Takengon Central Aceh, Indonesia. The exposure of this material is expected to help teachers create innovative and exciting learning media by using AI in IPAS learning, especially in media creation and assessment. Using AI in IPAS learning is also expected to make learning more interesting, interactive, and effective as well as strengthen student character education. With dedication to the community, it is expected that the use of AI in learning IPAS can help improve the quality of education at the local and national levels.

Abstract

Innovation and digital transformation today play an important role in affecting various aspects of people's lives, including in the social, cultural, economic, and political spheres. Advances in information and communication technology have changed the way people interact, communicate, learn, and work.  Various virtual communities are emerging, enabling individuals to connect through digital media to share information, exchange ideas, and build relationships unlimited by distance and time. (Widyaningrum, 2021). Digital transformation has also affected the productivity and performance of organizations, including UMKM, where the use of digital technology can help boost productiveness and profitability. However, the process of digital transformation also requires changes in organizational behavior and culture. By leveraging digital technology, organizations can be more flexible, efficient, and innovative, which can ultimately improve competitiveness and long-term profitability

Abstract

Kesehatan mental menjadi topik yang semakin penting dibicarakan mengingat banyaknya persoalan yang dihadapi generasi X, termasuk masalah kesehatan, sosial, ekonomi, dan psikologis. Literasi kesehatan mental diperlukan agar generasi X dapat memahami, mengelola, dan mempromosikan kondisi kesehatan mental mereka secara efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pentingnya literasi kesehatan mental bagi generasi X. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi kesehatan mental dapat membantu generasi X dalam mengelola kondisi kesehatan mental mereka, meningkatkan ketangguhan, dan memahami pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental. Selain itu, literasi kesehatan mental juga berkontribusi dalam mengurangi stigma dan diskriminasi terhadap isu-isu kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) 2030, khususnya dalam konteks literasi siswa di era digital. Transformasi literasi siswa memainkan peran kunci dalam mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21 yang didorong oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali pentingnya transformasi literasi siswa sebagai upaya mendukung pendidikan berkualitas dan pencapaian SDGs, dengan fokus pada bagaimana integrasi teknologi dapat mengubah cara siswa mengakses, memproses, dan menggunakan informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengkaji berbagai inisiatif dan praktik terbaik dalam mengembangkan literasi digital di berbagai negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa dapat memperkuat keterampilan berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi, yang esensial dalam pendidikan abad ke-21. Selain itu, penggunaan sumber daya digital secara tepat dapat memperluas akses pendidikan dan mengurangi ketimpangan sosial, sejalan dengan tujuan SDGs untuk mencapai pendidikan yang inklusif dan merata. Penelitian ini juga membahas tantangan dan peluang yang muncul dalam implementasi literasi digital di sekolah-sekolah dan bagaimana kebijakan pendidikan dapat mendukung proses transformasi tersebut.

Abstract

This paper examines the transformative role of technological innovation in Arabic language education as a strategic means of community empowerment. It investigates how integrating educational technologies within Arabic teaching contributes to broader sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly in fostering social inclusion, economic opportunity, and environmental consciousness. Employing a qualitative literature-based methodology, the study synthesizes recent advancements in mobile learning, AI-assisted platforms, and paperless educational tools. Findings suggest that when adapted with cultural sensitivity and sustainability objectives, Arabic language technologies can drive inclusive development and support marginalized communities. Recommendations are offered for educators, policymakers, and developers aiming to enhance the impact of Arabic language education in the digital age.

Abstract

The integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine Learning (ML) offers significant potential in developing the Smart School concept. IoT technology enables real-time data collection from various devices within the school environment, while ML analyzes this data to provide valuable insights. This study explores the role of IoT in monitoring aspects such as student attendance, energy consumption, and school security, alongside the application of ML to enhance operational efficiency and learning quality. The outcomes of this integration include resource optimization, early problem detection, and personalized teaching-learning processes. The paper also evaluates challenges such as data security and technological infrastructure and provides recommendations for effective implementation. With a holistic approach, this research aims to guide schools in adopting smart technologies to support more effective, secure, and sustainable education.
