Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh inovasi pelayanan, fasilitas, dan harga terhadap kepuasanpenumpang PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Medan. Metode penelitian menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 100 penumpang yang dipilih melalui teknik accidentalsampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 25 melalui regresi linier berganda. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan, fasilitas, dan harga berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Uji tmembuktikan masing-masing variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan, sementara uji Fmenunjukkan pengaruh bersama yang signifikan dengan nilai Fhitung 1211,206 > Ftabel 3,09.Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,987 menunjukkan bahwa 98,7% variasi kepuasanpenumpang dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sedangkan 1,3% dipengaruhi faktor laindi luar model

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh inovasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasankonsumen di Restoran Ayam Penyet Jakarta (APJ) Cabang Ringroad Medan. Persaingankuliner yang ketat menuntut strategi efektif, namun APJ masih menghadapi fluktuasipengunjung serta keluhan terkait menu, kecepatan penyajian, keramahan, danketidaksesuaian pesanan. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan 95 sampel menggunakankuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan inovasi (thitung=7,155) dankualitas pelayanan (thitung=4,819) berpengaruh positif signifikan. Secara simultan,keduanya berpengaruh signifikan (Fhitung=295,594) dengan kontribusi 86,2% terhadapvariasi kepuasan konsumen. Temuan menekankan pentingnya inovasi produk, teknologi,serta peningkatan pelayanan ramah, cepat, dan bersih untuk meningkatkan kepuasan sertaloyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepemimpinan terhadapkepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Kelurahan Labuhan Bilik, Kecamatan Panai Tengah.Permasalahan utama adalah rendahnya kualitas pelayanan, kepemimpinan yang kurang efektif,serta rendahnya kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif denganpopulasi seluruh masyarakat Kelurahan Labuhan Bilik sebanyak 3.498 orang. Sampel berjumlah98 responden ditentukan melalui teknik acak sederhana menggunakan rumus Slovin. Datadianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan persamaan regresi Y = 2,895 + 0,234X1 + 0,321X2 + e, yang berarti kualitaspelayanan dan kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkepuasan masyarakat. Uji parsial menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikandengan thitung = 3,994 > ttabel = 1,98827, sedangkan kepemimpinan juga berpengaruh positifsignifikan dengan thitung = 5,635 > ttabel = 1,98827. Uji simultan menghasilkan Fhitung =48,316 > Ftabel = 3,09, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,494. Hal ini menunjukkanbahwa 49,4% kepuasan masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan kepemimpinan,sedangkan 50,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model penelitian.

Abstract

Introduction: Financial performance is a critical indicator of corporate health and operational efficiency. PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk., as one of Indonesia's leading food processing companies, has exhibited fluctuations in its financial ratios during 2019-2023, necessitating an empirical investigation into the relationships between liquidity, solvency, and profitability metrics. Purpose of the Study: This research aims to examine the impact of liquidity ratio (Current Ratio) and solvency ratio (Debt to Asset Ratio) on profitability ratio (Return on Assets) at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. during the period 2019-2023, both partially and simultaneously. Materials and Methods: This quantitative study employed secondary data from audited financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23, with classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The sample consisted of annual financial data over five consecutive years (2019-2023). Results: The partial test (t-test) revealed that Current Ratio significantly and positively influences ROA (t-value = 3.409 > t-table = 2.353, p = 0.032). Similarly, Debt to Asset Ratio demonstrates a significant positive effect on ROA (t-value = 3.578 > t-table = 2.353, p = 0.042). The simultaneous test (F-test) confirmed that both ratios collectively impact ROA (F-value = 4.223 > F-table = 19.30, p = 0.217). The adjusted R² value of 0.635 indicates that 63.5% of ROA variance is explained by the independent variables. Conclusions: Both liquidity and solvency ratios significantly influence profitability at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Enhanced liquidity management and optimal capital structure contribute positively to asset utilization efficiency and profit generation. These findings provide empirical evidence for financial decision-making and strategic planning in the food manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study explores the contribution of green knowledge and servant leadership to green innovation, with green self-efficacy acting as a mediating variable, within the context of hospitality enterprises in the Toba Caldera Geopark region. It aims to examine how green self-efficacy mediates the relationship between green knowledge, servant leadership, and green innovation, addressing an empirical gap in geotourism-related studies in Indonesia.Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 80 hospitality employees operating in the Toba Caldera Toba Caldera Geopark area using structured questionnaires. The relationships among the variables were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).Research Findings: The findings show that both green knowledge and servant leadership significantly and positively influence green self-efficacy. Furthermore, green self-efficacy is confirmed as a significant mediator in the relationship with green innovation. The indirect effects mediated by self-efficacy were found to be stronger than the direct effects, emphasizing the role of psychological confidence in fostering employee-driven innovation.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the literature on sustainable hospitality management by highlighting the role of self-efficacy in green innovation models. It also expands the understanding of how green knowledge and servant leadership interact to promote environmentally friendly behavior in hospitality enterprises.Practical Implications: The study underscores the need for hotel management to enhance environmental training programs and adopt a servant leadership style that encourages green initiatives. It provides practical strategies for improving sustainability efforts in hospitality businesses, especially in geotourism destinations.Research Limitations/Implications: The study is limited by its geographic focus on the Toba Caldera Geopark region, and its findings may not be directly applicable to other regions or sectors. Future research with a broader sample and across diverse geotourism contexts is needed to generalize the results.
