Abstract

Islamic microfinance institutions are financial institutions that carry out operational activities based on sharia principles. One of them is the Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT), this institution serves savings and funding to the middle and lower communities by picking up the ball. With this system, it will be an opportunity for human resources (SDI) who are less loyal and responsible with their institutions to commit fraud or irregularities. Therefore, this study aims to find out how triangle fraud affects the occurrence of fraud in BMT. The research method uses independent path analysis with a sample of 84 respondents from the marketing department, supervisors, and financing managers. The results of this study are that Rationalization and pressure have a positive and significant effect on the occurrence of fraud, while the opportunity does not have an influence on the occurrence of fraud.

Abstract

Jepara merupakan salah satu daerah yang menjadi produsen arang kayu. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakt dengan skema Program Pengembangan Produk Ekspor (PPPE) ini bekerjasama dengan UMKM mitra yang memproduksi arang kayu yaitu Pirates dan Golden Black. Permintaan produk kedua UMKM mitra berasal dari Timur Tengah, Australia dan paling banyak dari Eropa. Namun permintaan dari negara-negara Eropa sering tidak terpenuhi karena berbagai kendala yang dihadapi mitra. Pada tahun pertama kedua mitra sudah diberikan alat produksi yang diharapkan dapat menambah kepasitas produksi berupa pembangunan tungku pembakaran arang. Akan tetapi kedua mitra juga belum bisa memenuhi semua permintaan karena masih adanya kendala dalam aspek produksi yaitu belum dimilikinya alat pengering yang dapat dioperasikan dalam segala cuaca dan memiliki kapasitas yang besar. Oleh karena itu pada tahun kedua program ini memberikan tambahan alat produksi berupa oven untuk proses pengeringan arang setelah melalui tahap pencetakan. Selanjutnya dilihat dari aspek manajemen, kedua UMKM belum memahami dan mengaplikasikan sistem administrasi perpajakan, oleh karena itu tim pengabdi memberikan pelatihan administrasi perpajakan. Diharapkan setelah dilaksanakannya program pengabdian pada tahun kedua ini, UMKM mitra dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi sehingga dapat memenuhi permintaan yang ada serta pemilik UMKM sadar akan pajak yang harus dibayarkan oleh setiap wajib pajak yang nantinya sebagai kontribusi dalam menciptakan keadilan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara merata. Kata Kunci : Arang Kayu, UMKM, Produk Ekspor, Jepara

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee retention. With saturated sampling technique, the entire population of 121 employees at PT. SSF was used as the research sample. The data collection used a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling approach with the Partial Least Square tool. The results showed that organizational culture has no effect on job satisfaction. However, this study found that work environment partially affects job satisfaction, organizational culture partially affects employee retention, work environment partially affects employee retention, and job satisfaction partially affects employee retention. This study also examines the indirect effect on employee retention which proves that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work environment and employee retention. The implication of the results of this study is that a comfortable work environment is an element that must be met as a company's effort to retain employees. However, the company's retention efforts will be more successful if the work environment can increase job satisfaction to make employees feel more comfortable working in the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berguna untuk menguji dampak keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) serta lingkungan kerja di perusahaan UD. JATI MAS yang berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi total mencakup seluruh karawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan UD. JATI MAS dan total sampel berjumlah 58 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan nonprobability sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah model eksternal dan model internal dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan model Structural Equation Modeling. Penelitian ini menemukan dampak positif signifikan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) serta lingkungan kerja pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja terbukti tidak berdampak terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) serta lingkungan kerja terbukti memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Disiplin kerja belum ditemukan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dengan kinerja karyawan, demikian juga antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of supervision and sanction on work discipline throught motivation as an intervening variable. The sample used was 66 employes at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus. Data collection uses a questionnaire method which is distributed directly to responden. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Partial Least Square 4.0 software. The research results show that supervision has a significant effect on motivation, but other results say that sanction have no effect on motivation. Supervision has a significant effect on work discipline, sanction have no effect on work disiplin, and motivasion has a significant effect on work discipline. This research also tests the indirect effect on work discipline which proves that motivation mediates supervision of work discipline. The result of this research are that the better the supervision, the better employee work discipline will be, but efforts to improve work discipline will increase if motivation can increase supervision so that employees will be more disciplined.

Abstract

Pasar modal Indonesia merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Bahkan ekonomi modern tidak dapat berdiri tanpa pasar modal yang kuat, berdaya saing global, dan terorganisir dengan baik. Selain itu, pasar modal juga digunakan sebagai indikator pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara. Hal inilah yang membuat Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1 memperkuat strateginya dalam mengembangkan minat masyarakat untuk berinvestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan minat investasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research) melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala kantor dan staf trainer Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi pengembangan minat investasi yang dilakukan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1 adalah strategi sosialisasi dan edukasi serta menggunakan media sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Role, Professional Competence of Teachers and Motivation on Teacher Performance of SMK in Kedung District, Jepara Regency. The population of this study is vocational school teachers in Kedung District. From this population, the researcher took all samples using the saturated sample technique as many as 82 teachers. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Furthermore, the analysis tool used by Smart PLS. The results of this study are that Leadership has no positive and insignificant influence on teacher performance, Leadership has a significant positive influence on motivation, Professional competence has a significant positive influence on teacher performance, Professional competence has a significant positive influence on motivation, Motivation does not have a significant positive influence on teacher performance, Leadership does not have an insignificant influence on teacher performance Along with motivation as a mediation variable, Professional competence does not have an insignificant influence on teacher performance along with motivation as a mediating variable

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of green transformational leadership and green training on sustainable performance through the mediating role of employee green behavior at CV. Kalingga Keling Jati, Jepara. This study adopts a quantitative approach with data collection through the distribution of structured questionnaires to employees of CV Kalingga Keling Jati, Jepara. To analyze the direct and indirect relationships between variables, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used. The results of the analysis show that the variables studied green training and green transformational leadership have a significant effect on improving employees' green behavior, which ultimately leads to improved sustainable performance. These findings emphasize the importance of environmental training and green leadership in overcoming the challenges faced in achieving corporate sustainability goals. The study also states that the application of environmental values in training and leadership programs has an important role in aligning industry practices with global sustainability goals. Therefore, companies that want to contribute to sustainability should give priority to the development of green training programs and leadership styles that are effective in driving environmental transformation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of computer self-efficacy, competence, and work environment on the performance of UNISNU Jepara educational staff. This study uses quantitative methodology involving 62 educational staff as samples, with data collected through questionnaires and distributed directly to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square 3.0 software. The results showed that computer self-efficacy and competence have a significant influence on the performance of educational staff. Meanwhile, the work environment does not directly affect performance but has a significant influence on competence. This indicates an indirect effect of the work environment on performance through competence. Further findings also tested age as a control variable for computer self-efficacy. These results indicate that increasing computer self-efficacy is in line with improving the performance of educational staff. However, efforts to improve performance will be more effective if supported by competency development and a supportive work environment so that the performance of educational staff can reach a more optimal level. Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediation effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between motivation and employee performance. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The population of the study to be observed is all employees of PT. UMAFINDO totaling 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is the nonprobability sampling technique which is included in saturated sampling, so that all employees are sampled. The analysis technique used in this analysis is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) and the tool used is SmartPLS 3. Empirical findings show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation does not affect employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Work motivation does not affect employee performance through organizational commitment.
