This study discusses about inflectional and derivational affixes in “Break the Glass Ceiling” TEDx Talks by Prilly Latuconsina. The objectives of this study are (1) to find out how many types of derivational and inflectional affixes in “Break the Glass Ceiling” TEDx Talks by Prilly Latuconsina (2) to analyze the formation process of derivational and inflectional affixes in “Break the Glass Ceiling” TEDx Talks by Prilly Latuconsina with the theory by Castairs and McCarthy (2018). The data of this study come from “Break the Glass Ceiling” TEDx Talks by Prilly Latuconsina. This study applies descriptive qualitative research to analyze the data. The result of the study shows that the writers find 106 data. There are 24 data for derivational affixes, 78 data for inflectional affixes, and 4 data for multifunctional affixation. The type of derivational that writers find are 3 adverbs derived from adjective, 1 noun derived from nouns, 4 nouns derived from adjectives, 9 nouns derived from verbs, 2 adjectives derived from verbs, and 5 adjectives derived from nouns. The type of inflectional affixes that the writers find are 19 forms of noun, 44 forms of verbs, 9 forms of pronoun and determiner, and 6 forms of adjectives.
