Abstract

Mutu pendidikan adalah satu hal yang penting untuk selalu ditingkatkan dari masa ke masa. Hal ini merupakan salah satu cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah dan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Masyarakat sekitar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan pelaksanaan atau implementasi, pengawasan dan evaluasi program peningkatan mutu Pendidikan yang ada di SMA IT ICBS Payakumbuh. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sementara itu, untuk teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Ketua MGMP, Komite Sekolah dan Pengawas yang ada di SMA IT ICBS Payakumbuh. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Peningkatan mutu pendidikan disusun dan direncanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah melalui penyusunan program sekolah sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah yang ada di SMA IT ICBS Payakumbuh. (2) Pelaksanaan atau implementasi dari program yang dibuat untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dilakukan dengan cara menjalankan seluruh program sekolah yang telah disusun seperti: pemberian tugas dalam kegiatan intrakulikuler dan ekstrakulikuler, memberi motivasi penuh kepada guru-guru yang ingin dan akan melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, mengadakan seminar dengan mendatangkan narasumber luar, mengadakan rapat dan evaluasi rutin setiap minggu, bulan, dan tahun, serta mengoptimalkan peran Komite Sekolah (3) Program peningkatan mutu pendidikan wajib diawasi oleh Kepala Sekolah kepada seluruh elemen sekolah pada awal dan akhir semester.

Abstract

Pendidikan bukan hanya tentang pembelajaran keilmuwan di dalam kelas, melainkan juga pembentukan karakter, sifat, dan kepribadian pada peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan manajemen yang berbasis sosiologi pendidikan untuk memperkuat karakter, sifat, dan kepribadian peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk menggali lebih dalam lagi tentang bagaimana sosiologi pendidikan berperan dalam pembentukan karakter, sifat, dan kepribadian peserta didik melalui manajemen pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah khazanah pengetahuan tentang fungsi sosiologi pendidikan didalam peningkatan karakter, sifat, dan kepribadian peserta didik melalui manajemen pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosiologi pendidikan yang dibalut didalam manajemen di suatu lembaga pendidikan dapat membentuk karakter, sifat, dan kepribadian peserta didik dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai tertentu pada peserta didik. Di samping itu, penting pula mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keluhuran budi pekerti di dalam kurikulum yang diterapkan di sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Hal ini dilakukan agar karakter , sifat, dan kepribadian peserta didik dapat dibentuk dengan mudah dan terarah.

Abstract

The current leadership of the school principal cannot be said to be good. This can be seen from the performance which is not yet optimal. The leadership of the school principal plays an important role, but some school principals are unable to carry out their duties well. This will of course greatly influence school activities which have an impact on the quality of education. This research aims to analyze the leadership of school principals in improving the quality of education. This type of research uses rivew literature using 6 articles. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that the leadership of school principals who have changes can improve the quality of education. Change by looking for innovative programs, improving student management in school culture, and disciplining them. The principal's leadership is formed by his character which provides a sense of comfort to the entire school community. A good school principal is able to foster a school culture and discipline, become a work partner, create cooperation between all school members to form a friendly and purposeful school environment. In this way, the leadership of the school principal can improve the quality of education in the institution where he serves..

Abstract

In implementing education, the curriculum occupies a strategic position in determining the quality of educational output. In addition, in its development the curriculum must pay attention to the existing foundations such as the philosophical foundation, psychological basis, sociological basis and also the basis of science and technology. The curriculum is always changing according to changes that occur in society which are also the impact of the curriculum itself. The curriculum is not static, but dynamic and is constantly influenced by changes in the underlying factors. In developments and changes in the curriculum, it is intended to be better than the previous curriculum. In its implementation, this study uses a qualitative research type with a literature study method, where this method is used to get the main answers to problems in the urgency of the curriculum development foundation. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, which intends to explore and clarify an existing phenomenon or social reality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the basic concepts of education financing and its implications for improving the quality of education. This research uses the Library Research method. The results showed that improving the quality of an educational institution / institution is the hope and desire of the community who use educational services. Therefore, to make this happen, various strategic efforts have been made by the government and the community as managers and education stakeholders. Among them, what the government is doing is designing national education standards. Based on the law national education system Number. 20 of 2003 there are 8 national standards, which aim to improve the quality of an educational institution. Based on government regulations, one of the eight national education standards is a financing standard. Education financing is the most important and inseparable thing in education management activities. So, among other things, the government policy is to roll out BOS funds at the school level If it is accountable, it will increase the credibility of the educational institution. If it is credible, it will automatically improve the quality of the educational institution.

Abstract

This paper discusses the evaluation of educational programs in learning in schools where the implementation of education as part of educating the life of the nation must receive full attention from policy makers in this country, as stated in article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, amendment 4 that every citizen country has the right to education. The main goal of education is to develop human beings from an intellectual, emotional and spiritual perspective. In terms of its objectives, the output of education should be able to produce human resources who have advantages in terms of intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Education must be able to answer the challenges of the development of science and technology which is accompanied by a flow of information that is increasingly developing rapidly. The writing of this article uses the method of literature analysis (library research), namely the study of various scientific sources such as articles in both national and international journals and books that are in accordance with the themes and titles discussed. The literature analysis method makes the writer to read and find sources of reading material that are appropriate to the themes being discussed or are relevant. In this case the method of literature analysis is an appropriate and effective step.

Abstract

Career development in an era of ambiguity is becoming increasingly important in the modern era of uncertainty and rapid environmental change. The ever-changing business, social, and technological environments pose new challenges for individuals seeking to develop their careers. This research aims to identify career development strategies in the face of an ambiguous work environment, as well as to explore the concepts and practices of career development that exist in this era of ambiguity. This research uses the literature method or literature study, which is by utilizing various literature sources to obtain data. A qualitative approach was chosen because the data produced is in the form of descriptions or words. The results showed that career development is very important in the era of ambiguity, and each individual needs to integrate flexibility, adaptability, and understanding of uncertainty in their career development strategy. With a deep understanding of ambiguity and the ability to adapt, individuals can maximize their career potential in this era of change. Organizations can also support employees by creating an environment that enables growth and development amidst rapid change.
