Abstract

Penelitian ini akan mengangkat fenomena mengenai stres yang dialami oleh mahasiswa tahun pertama di Kota Yogyakarta.  Penyebab dari stres tersebut dari berbagai macam faktor diantaranya tuntutan yang berbeda dari lingkungan perguruan tinggi, jauh dari orang tua, tuntutan untuk mandiri, masalah keuangan dan lain-lain.  Mahasiswa yang mengalami distres akan diberikan suatu intervensi yaitu Terapi Yoga Ketawa.  Yoga Ketawa merupakan terapi gabungan antara yoga dan terapi ketawa yang diciptakan oleh seorang dokter India yang bernama Dr. Madan Kataria.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi – eksperimen.  Desain yang digunakan adalah one group pre - posttest.  Terapi Yoga Ketawa dilakukan sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan.  Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh adanya peningkatan skor coping strategies dari pretest ke arah posttest, selain itu dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh angka signifikansi 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa Terapi Yoga Ketawa efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat distres pada subjek penelitian.     Kata Kunci: Distres, Terapi Yoga Ketawa.

Abstract

Sex education in early childhood is still considered a taboo subject so it has never been taught. Even though children must have enough information in order to protect themselves from sexual harassment and violence. Not only parents, the teacher as the second parent for children has a big role in providing education and information about sexual education. Therefore, as a preventive measure, training is needed to increase the knowledge of teachers about sex education in early childhood and good delivery methods so that it can be easily accepted by children. The method used is lecturing and practice directly with roleplay on how to deliver sex education to children. In addition, roleplay is also done by using puppets. The training participants numbered 22 teachers and employees. After being given training, 77.2% of teachers and staff understood that psychoeducation on the importance of sexual education for children needed to be provided as a preventive measure against the prevention of sexual violence against children. 63.6% of teachers are willing to convey to their students. While the rest claimed to be embarrassed and felt they were not ready to deliver material related to sex education.

Abstract

This research is about mood disorders (Bipolar) in the city of Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta has a place for bipolar survivors namely BCI (Bipolar Care Indonesia knot Jogja). Some therapeutic efforts that have been made show that the effectiveness of therapy depends on self-acceptance of ODB (people with bipolar disorder). If ODB still cannot accept that he is diagnosed with bipolar disorder, it will be difficult to be able to accept various types of therapy both psychotherapy and pharmacism. The subjects involved in this study were 10 people. People with ODB are given positive thinking training that is expected to provide a more positive change towards self-acceptance. This research uses a quasi-experimental method. The design used is one group pretest-posttest design. Positive thinking training was conducted six times. Based on the results of the study obtained an increase in positive thinking scores from pretest to posttest. In other words, Positive Thinking Training is effective for increasing self-acceptance of ODB.

Abstract

Bipolar disorder is a psychiatric disorder in which the sufferer has episodes of mania and depression. The difference between bipolar disorder and those who don't suffer from bipolar disorder is that people with bipolar disorder will feel sad or happy without the need for a clear reason. Bipolar survivors can still move normally under stable conditions. However, the negative community stigma of mental disorders make it difficult for bipolar survivors to find work and become unproductive. Bipolar survivors only get education related to mental health and pharmacy all this time. Bipolar survivors need education about development and empowerment. Then training is needed that provides education to bipolar survivors on motivation in entrepreneurship. The result is increased understanding of participants in managing emotions, motivation, opportunities and business innovation. In addition, participants also succeeded in preparing business plans.

Abstract

Husband's infidelity is one of the existence of the cause of domestic violence resulting in low self-acceptance wife. LaTahzan forgiveness therapy aims to help the wife as the victim of violence to be able to break loose from negative feelings, improving both themselves and condition became more positive, and find a new purpose in life to get closer to Allah SWT as a God. Subjects in this study amounted to three wives who are victims of violence and infidelity. Data was collected through action research approach and use the scale self-acceptance, observation and interviews. Measurement of self-acceptance scale is performed three times that are before the intervention, after an intervention, and follow up by two weeks post intervention. The data used quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative analysis is used, based on measurements on a scale of self-acceptance. Qualitative analysis was conducted based on the outcome document of observations and interviews during the assessment phase to the follow-up phase. The results showed that the La-Tahzan Forgiveness therapy can provide a change towards a better subject in an effort to increase self-acceptance wife who experienced domestic violence.Keywords: La-Tahzan Forgiveness Therapy, domestic violence, Self-Acceptance,Infidelity

Abstract

Student required to optimally contributed in social llife to fulfil the expectation and trust from community. Being active in organization was a form of the student contribution as agent of change. In this study, researchers will provide emotional intelligence training to several individuals that indicated has a low self-motivation. There are 30 subjects to be examined in this study that will be randomly selected. Then, the subject will be given emotional intelligence training for approximately 5 meetings.The result of this study show that there is self-motivation improvement by the research subjects after being given emotional intelligence training, which was indicated by an increase in the post-test score on the subject when compared to the score in the pre-test, from score value of 56 to 74. With this change in score value it means that emotional intelligence training effective in increasing self- motivation in research subjects.

Abstract

Mental health in adolescence vulnerable to decline during the covid-19 pandemic. They are the next generation of the nation, where the success of a country can be seen from the quality of the nation, adolescents have a big role as agents of change. This research focused on knowing the effectiveness of Islamic Hypnotherapy in reducing stress in adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research design used two groups, namely the control and experimental groups. The research subjects were 58 adolescents who indicated stress with high and very high scores based on the DASS scale survey. The data analysis method used is nonparametric statistical analysis with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to test the differences in the pre-test and post-test conditions in one group and Mann Whitney U Test to test the differences between the two groups, using SPSS 21 for Windows. The results showed that p = 0.004 which means p < 0.05. This shows that there is a difference between the experimental group and the control group. Islamic Hypnotherapy can have a stress-reduction effect of 53.74. So it can be concluded that Islamic Hypnotherapy is effective for reducing stress in adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic.
