Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh cita rasa, suasana toko dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Bambu Ungu Resto. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data kuantitatif  yaitu data  yang diperoleh dalam bentuk angka atau bilangan. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, data sekunder diperoleh dari data atau studi pustaka terdahulu. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Bambu Ungu Resto.Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah rumus Lemeshow populasi tidak diketahui dengan toleransi 10% sehingga diperoleh 97 responden. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Cita Rasa berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Suasana Toko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Cita Rasa, Suasana Toko, dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 48.7%.

Abstract

The digital era presents new challenges for working mothers in the formal sector, who face the complexity of multiple roles. On the one hand, they are required to demonstrate high performance and adapt to technology-based work systems, while on the other hand, family responsibilities remain a top priority. This situation often leads to digital role conflict, cyber fatigue, and excessive workload, which ultimately have a negative impact on work engagement. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital role conflict, cyber fatigue, workload, and boundary management skills on work engagement, with emotional agility as a moderating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The sample consisted of 200 working mothers in the formal sector in Medan City, selected using the Lemeshow formula. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that digital role conflict (β = -0.31; p = 0.004), cyber fatigue (β = -0.27; p = 0.012), and workload (β = -0.22; p = 0.028) have a significant negative effect on work engagement. In contrast, boundary management skills (β = 0.37; p = 0.000) and emotional agility (β = 0.30; p = 0.001) show a significant positive effect. Moreover, emotional agility was found to play a moderating role that strengthens work engagement amid digital pressures.

Abstract

This study examines how organizational justice, cultural sensitivity, and information transparency influence the positive work attitudes of persons with disabilities, with stigma perception incorporated as a moderating variable. The research aims to deepen the understanding of how organizational and social dynamics interact in shaping inclusive employment practices. Using quantitative explanatory design, the study employs covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data were obtained from 100 respondents with physical disabilities working in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), private companies, social service organizations, government institutions, and educational settings across Medan, Binjai, and Langkat. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire was administered, and the data were analyzed in R Studio using the lavaan, semPlot, and psych packages. Instrument validity and reliability were assessed through CFA, AVE, CR, and HTMT, while model fit was evaluated using CFI, TLI, RMSEA, and SRMR. The findings reveal that organizational justice (β = 0.62, p < 0.01), cultural sensitivity (β = 0.48, p < 0.05), and information transparency (β = 0.55, p < 0.01) each have a significant positive effect on positive work attitudes. The moderation analysis shows that stigma perception weakens the influence of organizational justice and cultural sensitivity yet strengthens the effect of information transparency. Descriptive results further indicate that although stigma remains a substantial barrier, respondents still demonstrate generally high levels of positive work attitudes.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and the rapid growth of e-commerce have significantly transformed consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z, who are highly connected to social media. Exposure to promotional content, digital trends, and the convenience of online transaction has the potential to encourage impulsive and hedonic shopping behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media exposure, hedonic shopping motivation, and trust in e-commerce platforms on the online purchasing behavior of Generation Z in Medan City. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to Generation Z individuals who actively use social media and engage in online shopping. Data analysis was conducted using statistical techniques, including descriptive analysis as well as partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results indicate that social media exposure, hedonic shopping motivation, and trust in e-commerce platforms have a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z, both partially and simultaneously. These findings suggest that higher level of social media exposure, hedonic shopping motivation, and trust in e-commerce platforms are associated with a stronger tendency toward online purchasing behavior among Generation Z in Medan City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and risk perception on the use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Lima Puluh District. This research is motivated by the increasing digital transformation in non-cash payment systems; however, the adoption rate remains uneven, particularly in semi-urban areas. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 MSME respondents using purposive sampling techniques and analyzed using SPSS through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that partially, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has a positive and significant effect on QRIS usage, while financial literacy has a positive but insignificant effect, and risk perception does not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, all variables have a significant effect, with a coefficient of determination of 62.3%. These findings indicate that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are the main factors driving QRIS adoption. Therefore, efforts to increase QRIS usage should focus on enhancing ease of use, perceived benefits, and user experience within the digital payment ecosystem.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital telah mendorong perubahan pola bisnis yang menuntut Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Namun, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam literasi digital, pemanfaatan media sosial, dan strategi pemasaran berbasis digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital dan adaptabilitas pelaku UMKM dalam menghadapi dinamika ekonomi digital melalui pelatihan digital marketing dan branding produk. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9–10 Mei 2026 di Desa Pasar Bengkel, Kecamatan Perbaungan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai dengan melibatkan 11 pelaku UMKM dodol sebagai peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Training and Mentoring Approach yang meliputi observasi dan identifikasi kebutuhan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pendampingan praktik, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana promosi dan komunikasi bisnis. Selain itu, peserta berhasil membuat dan mengoptimalkan akun bisnis digital yang dapat digunakan untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong terbentuknya pola pikir yang lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan bisnis sehingga mendukung peningkatan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM dalam menghadapi dinamika ekonomi digital.
