Abstract

This research  aimed to study the effectiveness of the function of the village head in the implementation of development in tompotana village, mappakasunggu sub district, takalar regency. This study used qualitative research and support with secondary data. By using di rect observation and interviews with informants, the results of the study showed that the village head in the implementations of this could be seen from the di rection of the goal in which the implementation of village develovment, most of them had achieved the objectives as determined starting from the delivery period. Aspects of the implementation of the development in tompotana village only took approximately one year of implementation and also reached the predetermined target which had started from the aspect of integration of  the village head also provided direction to always succeed in development and adjusts what the village head did from every implementation of  village development always shrinked with the needs of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in class VI State Elementary School 01 Durian Tinggi, because so far classical learning models have not been able to improve student learning outcomes. Data collection is carried out by observation, tests, and observation sheets. The results of the observations are then analyzed and made as an action planning material in the next cycle and then processed in order to draw conclusions. Based on preliminary observations, the initial data obtained about student learning outcomes is that 4 people get very good grades, 7 people get good grades, 20 people get pretty good grades and 1 person gets bad grades. Then the average grade obtained is 73.125. After being implemented in the first cycle, 10 people got very good grades, 15 people got good grades, 6 people got good grades and 1 person got bad grades. The average score of students in cycle I was 78.75. And after implementing the second cycle, 12 people get very good grades, 21 people get good grades, and no one gets good enough grades and less grades. The average score of students in cycle II is 83.98. Based on the results above we can conclude that student learning outcomes have experienced a very good improvement.Implications of the results of Classroom Action Research (CAR) by using the Demonstration method can improve the students’ learning outcomes and also have a positive effect on the activities of class VI students of SDN 01 Durian Tinggi.

Abstract

Types of constitution in the perspective of Dustur Saudi Arabia is the main problem of the study. Article 1 of the Saudi Arabian State states that the State of Saudi Arabia is the daulah of Islamic Arabia, its religion is Islam, its constitution the Book of Allah Ta'ala and the Sunnah of His Messenger. The existing provisions show that the constitution according to Dustur Saudi Arabia is diverse, has dynamics and intensity. The purpose of the study is to uncover the intensity of the constitution. Normative legal research is used as a method with an approach to the substance and intensity of law. The results of the study revealed that the constitution according to Dustur Saudi Arabia has a great variety with superior intensity. The variety is Nizham Al-Asasi lil-Hukm, The Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the Median Constitution. This varieties have a very close and inseparable relationship. the al-Kitab is at the highest and strongest level, followed by the Sunnah, Dustur Medina, and Nizham Al-Asasi lil-Hukm. Saudi Arabia's dustur has an intensity that is in line with maqashid al-shari'ah which includes the protection of all aspects of world life and the hereafter. The novelty is the Book of Allah was the first and foremost written constitution in the world. The conclusion is that the intensity of the constitution according to the Dustur Saudi Arabia is very strong and highest level. The al-Kitab and the Sunnah are absolutely references in formulating, establishing, and implementing the constitution and all the rules.

Abstract

The study aims to discover the idea of legal intensity in the context of the harmonization of God's rule into Constitutional Law. The method used is qualitative. The results showed that the idea of legal intensity in the context of harmonising God's rule into Constitutional Law is necessary. The harmonization is in line with the theory of the purpose of the law for the benefit of servants in the world and the hereafter. Constitutional law during the Prophet Muhammad SAW is the best example. The legal intensity regulates how to achieve a better life, specifically constitutionality. When the country's laws are of superior quality, then Allah Swt will prosper the country. The provisions in Article 29 Paragraph 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945 state that the state based on the One True God in substance contains the principle of tawhid by God's rules. Students' views on harmonising God's rule into Indonesian Constitutional Law generally agree with the idea of legal intensity. The idea of legal intensity among them has universal criteria: the path of God Almighty's rule, sincerity, gratitude, bound by promises to God, with God, fitrah, quality of law, scientific responsibility, Adat basandi syara' syara' basandi kitabullah syara' mangato adat mamakai. Students agreed because the idea of legal intensity was very good and influential in realizing the state's goals.Penelitian bertujuan untuk menemukan gagasan intensitas hukum dalam konteks harmonisasi aturan Tuhan ke dalam Hukum Tata Negara. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gagasan intensitas hukum dalam konteks harmonisasi aturan Tuhan ke dalam Hukum Tata Negara sangat diperlukan. Harmonisasi tersebut sejalan dengan teori tujuan hukum untuk kesejahteraan hamba di dunia dan akhirat. Hukum tata negara pada masa Rasulullah SAW merupakan contoh terbaik. Intensitas hukum mengatur cara mencapai kehidupan yang lebih baik, khususnya tentang konstitusionalitas. Ketika hukum negara berkualitas unggul, maka Allah Swt akan memberkahi negara tersebut. Ketentuan dalam Pasal 29 Ayat 1 Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 menyebutkan bahwa negara berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa secara substansi mengandung prinsip tauhid oleh aturan Tuhan. Pandangan mahasiswa tentang harmonisasi aturan Tuhan ke dalam Hukum Tata Negara Indonesia umumnya setuju dengan gagasan intensitas hukum. Gagasan intensitas hukum di antara mereka memiliki kriteria universal: jalur aturan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, ikhlas, syukur, terikat oleh janji kepada Tuhan, bersama Tuhan, fitrah, mutu hukum, tanggung jawab ilmiah, Adat basandi syara' syara' basandi kitabullah syara' mangato adat mamakai. Mahasiswa setuju karena gagasan intensitas hukum sangat bagus dan berpengaruh dalam mewujudkan tujuan negara.

Abstract

This study is situated within the context of developing an understanding of legal research based on religious principles within the framework of the divine constitution. The focus of this research is on the reconstruction of legal research according to religious teachings, emphasizing the relationship between law, Allah, the Prophet, and ulil amri. The aim of this study is to uncover and describe the reconstruction of legal research based on the divine constitution, and to formulate the principles that should guide legal research in accordance with religious teachings. The research method used is a normative legal approach with an intensity-based analysis, utilizing secondary data as the primary source of information. The findings of this study indicate that the reconstruction of legal research according to the divine constitution requires conducting research with sincerity, consistency, and adherence to the principles of Allah and the Prophet’s teachings. The solution to resolving disputes in legal research is to return to the divine sources. The concepts of iqra’ and fatabayyanu serve as foundations for avoiding ignorance in legal research. Legal research should be conducted with pure intent, based on valid evidence, and involve ijtihad, a method passed down by the Prophets and Apostles to the scholars. Those who are unable to engage in ijtihad must follow the muttabi’, and it is forbidden to become a muqallid.

Abstract

Pressure ulcers are a serious health issue commonly found in patients with prolonged bed rest, particularly stroke patients. These wounds pose a risk of infection, increase morbidity and mortality rates, and prolong hospitalization. One natural therapeutic alternative increasingly used is Aloe vera gel, known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties and ability to accelerate tissue regeneration. The aim of this community service project was to determine the effect of Aloe vera application on changes in the severity of pressure ulcers in hospitalized patients. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The subjects were all stroke patients with pressure ulcers at H. Adam Malik General Hospital, Medan, totaling 20 individuals selected through total sampling. The intervention involved applying Aloe vera gel once daily during the treatment period. The instrument used was an observation sheet for ulcer grading based on standard pressure ulcer scales. Data were analyzed using the paired t-test to assess changes in ulcer severity before and after the intervention. The results showed a significant improvement in pressure ulcer grades after the application of Aloe vera. Prior to the intervention, 15% of patients had grade 4 ulcers; post-intervention, no patients remained in grade 4. Meanwhile, the percentage of patients with grade 3 ulcers increased from 25% to 40%, indicating tissue recovery and wound healing progression. Statistical analysis yielded a p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant effect of Aloe vera application on the severity of pressure ulcers. In conclusion, Aloe vera application has a positive effect on pressure ulcer healing and can be considered a practical and affordable herbal therapy alternative. It is recommended that the wider community, especially families caring for bedridden patients, consider using Aloe vera in the care of mild to moderate wounds, while continuing to consult healthcare professionals.

Abstract

Range of Motion Exercise (ROM) are used to increase peripheral perfusion with the aim of facilitating adequate oxygen diffusion and adequate supply of nutrients to the wound area and for the process of repairing wound tissue in the legs of diabetes mellitus patients. The aims to determine the effect of lower extremity range of motion (ROM) training on improving blood circulation in the legs of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Aceh Singkil District Hospital. This Study design uses quasi experimental using a one group pre-test post-test design approach. The Study sample was 35 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon sign rank test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant effect on the blood circulation in the legs of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients before and after being given lower extremity Range of Motion (ROM) training with a value of p = 0.000, the average value before lower extremity ROM training was 1.28 with a minimum value of 1.00 and maximum 2.00. and after being given lower extremity ROM exercises the average value was 1.94 with a minimum value of 1.00 and a maximum value of 2.00. From the results of this Study, it is hoped that nurses at Aceh Singkil District Hospital can apply lower extremity exercises to reduce the risk of complications from peripheral vascular disease, especially in diabetes mellitus sufferers.
