Abstract

The graph G = (V, E) is the ordered set of sets in which V is the set null node and E is a set of arcs. Labeling on graph G is determination of node and arc values or both with certain rules. Labeling graceful is the α α function of the set of vertices V to the set of numbers 0.1,2, .... ???? which induces the α 's bijtive function of the set of arc E to the set number 1,2, .... ???? where each arc uv ∈ E with node u, v ∈ V apply α '(uv) = α (????) - α (????). The graceful grid labeling is a modification of graceful labeling ie the injection function μ from the set of vertices V to the set of numbers 1,2, .... ???? yang induces the μj 's bijtive function of the arc set E to the set of numbers 1,2, .... ???? where each arc uv ∈ E with node u, v ∈ V apply μ '(uv) = μ (????) - μ (????). Labeling ρ is another modification of graceful labeling that is the γ injection function of the set of vertices V to the set of numbers 0.1, 2, .... ???? + 1 which induces the function bitif γ 'from the set of arc E to set of numbers 1,2, .... ???? where each arc uv ∈ E with node u, v ∈ V apply γ '(uv) = γ (????) - γ (????). The H-star chart is formed of the letter H and all its leaves are given a star graph ????????. A-star chart formed from letter A and all its leaves are given a star graph ????????. In this paper is given graceful label construction, graceful scheme and labeling ρ for H-star graphs A-star.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of mathematical expression ability of Level VII SMP Pembangunan Perbaungan students to solve problems related to typesetting materials through the Realistic Education Method (PMR). Mathematical representational competence is a student's ability to communicate ideas that arise from the student's way of thinking and are used to facilitate problem solving. This study focuses on the ability of visual representations, representations of mathematical equations or expressions, and representations of written or written text in solving problems related to specific materials.

Abstract

Research is research involving one class as an experimental class. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using a discovery learning model to apply mathematical learning with Pythagorean material. It is related to the metacognitive abilities of eighth-grade middle school students. This study is a quasi-experimental study. The population in this study were all grade VIII students of SMP Negeri Lasten Kab, Gayo Lues for the academic year 2020/2021, which amounted to 9 classes. The sample was drawn using cluster random sampling so that a sample of Class VIII-1 students was obtained from 17 female students and 15 male students. men, as the experimental class without a control class group. The research test instrument used was an initial mathematical ability test and a student's metacognitive ability test by learning the Discovery Learning model. Analysis, descriptive analysis and inferential analysis of the data used. From the research conducted, findings (1) indicate that students' initial math skills remain low prior to applying the discovery learning model for learning. (2) The metacognitive ability scores of the learning models were found to be in the good category. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be said that learning using the discovery learning model effectively improves the metacognitive abilities of the class VIII SMP Negeri Lasten Kab, Gayo Lues.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu produk yaitu media yang mendukung proses pembelajaran yang berbentuk flip book. Hasil ulasan kevalidan pakar materi menyiratkan bahwa media memenuhi taraf sangat valid pada rerata skor 3,2, kevalidan pakar  media menunjukkan bahwasannya media memenuhi taraf valid dengan rerata skor 3, dan kevalidan pakar bahasa menunjukkan bahwa bahasa yang digunakan memenuhi taraf valid dengan rerata skor 3,6. Adapun hasil analisa kelayakan media yang diujikan ke lima orang siswa memenuhi taraf sangat layak dengan perolehan skor rerata 3,25 dan penyebaran media yang dilakukan ke 29 orang siswa mencapai taraf sangat layak dengan  rerata skor 3,1. Untuk tingkat keefektifan dengan menganalisa respon siswa, diperoleh kategori sangat baik dengan perolehan rerata skor 3,2 dalam  uji coba 5 orang dan pada penyebaran media ke 29 orang siswa mendapati rerata skor 3,1 dengan taraf sangat baik.  Kata kunci:    Pengembangan, Media pembelajaran interaktif, Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, Self-efficacy siswa   Abstract This study produces a product, namely media that support the learning process in the form of a flipbook. The results of the review of the validity of the material experts imply that the media meets the very valid level with an average score of 3.2, the validity of the media experts indicates that the media meets the valid with an average score of 3, and the validity of the linguists shows that the language used meets valid category with an average score of 3.6. The results of the media feasibility analysis tested on five students met the very worth with an average score of 3.25 and the distribution of media carried out to 29 students reached the very worth with an average score of 3.1. For the level of effectiveness by analyzing student responses, obtained a very good level with an average score of 3.  Keywords:     Development, interactive learning media, mathematical problem-solving skills, student self-efficacy.

Abstract

Bahan ajar matematika berbasis Flip PDF Professional merupakan bahan ajar alternatif yang diberikan oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengembangan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar matematika berbasis e-modul menggunakan Flip PDF Professional agar tepat guna dan efektif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development di SMP Jambi Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar matematika berbasis e-modul menggunakan Flip PDF Professional yang dikembangkan adalah valid, praktis dan efektif digunakan untuk siswa kelas IX. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan pengembangan model ADDIE yaitu peneliti merancang suatu bahan ajar matematika menggunakan Flip PDF Professional pada materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung. Kelayakan media di lihat oleh 3 aspek yaitu aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Pada validasi siklus 1 hasil yang didapatkan adalah 75%, pada validasi siklus 2 didapatkan hasil 85% dan pada siklus 3 didapatkan hasil 90% dengan kategori “ Sangat Valid”.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengembangan buku saku digital berbasis STEM pada materi Perbandingan Siswa/i SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran prosedur pengembangan buku saku digital berbasis STEM pada materi perbandingan serta mengetahui hasil pengembangan buku saku digital berbasis STEM memenuhi kriteria valid. Jenis penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D). Untuk menghasilkan produk buku saku digital berbasis STEM, peneliti menggunakan model ADDIE dengan singkatan lima tahap pengembangan yaitu: (1) Tahap analisis (analyze), (2) Tahap perencanaan (design), (3) Tahap pengembangan (development), (4) Tahap implementasi (implementation), (5) Tahap evaluasi (evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VII. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk, peneliti menyebar angket kepada tiga validator yang terdiri dari Satu dosen matematika Politehnik Tanjungbalai dan satu Dosen Matematika UMSU dan satu guru mata pelajaran matematika di SMP Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai yang dimana inti dari angket validasi tersebut berisi tentang penilaian isi/materi, media dan desain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku saku digital berbasis STEM pada materi perbandingan memenuhi kriteria valid untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika, dilihat dari hasil penilaian tiga validator ahli isi/ materi (90%) dengan kategori sangat valid dan ahli media dan design (91%) dengan kategori sangat valid.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: How is the LKPD Development using a problem-based learning learning model on the Algebraic Computing Operation material? How is the validity of the Student Worksheet with the problem-based learning model developed as a learning medium for students? How are students' responses to the Worksheet Students by using a problem-based learning model? This study aims to produce a Student Worksheet product using a Problem Based Learning model on valid and feasible algebraic arithmetic operations. This research is a type of development research and uses 4-D (four-D) research procedures which are modified into 3-D (three-D), namely the definition stage, the design stage, and the development stage. The results of this study: 1) Researchers have produced Student Worksheets using the Problem Based Learning model on algebraic arithmetic operations on the subject of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in algebraic form. 2) the results of the assessment of the Student Worksheets from material experts are 94.3% with a very valid validity level and the assessment of the Student Worksheets from media experts is 81.6% with a fairly valid validity level. 3) obtaining the results of the assessment through a student questionnaire with an average percentage of 88.25% with a very positive category. From the results of the assessment of material experts, media experts, and student responses, the developed Student Worksheets are valid and suitable to be used as learning media by students.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi di kelas ialah siswa merasa kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan masalah, merumuskan kesimpulan, serta kurang percaya diri dalam menguraikan hasil jawaban. Hal ini menjadi pemicu rendahnya kemampuan  berpikir kritis dan  kolaborasi siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut untuk meningkatkan kemampuan  berpikir kritis dan  kolaborasi siswa.  Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan ialah mengimplementasikan  model free discovery learning  serta collaborative learning. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian quasi eksperimen dimana kelas eksperimen 1 ialah kelas XI TKJ 1 yang menerapkan   model free discovery learning  serta kelas eksperimen 2 ialah kelas XI TKJ 2 yang menerapkan model collaborative learning. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui: (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara model free discovery learning serta collaborative inquiry terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara model free discovery learning serta collaborative inquiry terhadap kemampuan kolaborasi siswa, (3) interaksi antara kemampuan awal matematika serta model pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, (4) interaksi antara kemampuan awal matematika serta model pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan kolaborasi siswa. Lebih lanjut, data yang diperoleh  dianalisis menggunakan analisis kovarian dengan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara model free discovery learning dengan collaborative inquiry terhadap kemampuan  berpikir kritis siswa, (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara model free discovery learning dan collaborative inquiry terhadap kemampuan  kolaborasi siswa, (3) ada interaksi antara kemampuan awal matematika serta model pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan  berpikir kritis siswa, serta (4) ada interaksi antara kemampuan awal matematika serta model pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan  kolaborasi siswa

Abstract

This paper we propose graceful labeling and  labeling on a graph then referred to as 8-Bintang graph, the basic idea of formulation graceful labeling and  labeling on an alfabet bintang graphs wih the question a stars graph . Then we constructing graceful labeling and  labeling on the 8-Bintang graph with circle graph  for  odd.  The results obtained are illustrated in the theorem that the 8-Bintang graph with  for  odd has the following graceful labeling with the proof.
