Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan memamfaatkan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP) sebagai proses dalam seleksi penerimaan siswa baru. Dalam proses seleksi ini digunakan beberapa kriteria untuk menentukan calon siswa baru yang mana yang akan diterima. SPK ini membantu sekolah dalam memutuskan siswa mana yang akan diterima. Penelitian skripsi ini lebih menitik beratkan kepada bagaimana merancang dan mengimplementasikan program serta dimaksudkan agar memudahkan dalam hal perhitungan. AHP digunakan sebagai metode dalam perhitungan dalam seleksi penerimaan siswa baru ini. Keyword : sistem pendukung keputusan, SDLC,AHP

Abstract

Abstract

Sistem informasi pencetakan berbasis web pada percetakan Ade Printing Tembilahan merupakan sistem informasi yang memungkinkan pelanggan percetakan Ade Printing untuk bisa mencetak suatu produk percetakan secara online sehingga bisa memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan yang memiliki kesibukan yang padat atau berdomisili jauh dari percetakan. Tentu saja hal tersebut diaharapkan secara tidak langsung bisa untuk menghemat budget pelanggan. Dalam mengembangkan sistem ini penulis menggunakan metode waterfall yakni dengan tahapan Software Engineering, Analisa, Perancangan,Implementasi, Pengujian dan Pemeliharaan Sistem.Sedangkan untuk metode pengumpulan datanya penulis menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Sistem informasi pencetakan berbasis web ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis web, bukan hanya pencetakannya saja yang menjadi lebih mudah akan tetapi juga informasi yang didapatkanpun menjadi lebih banyak.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Pencetakan, Berbasis web, Waterfall, PHP

Abstract

Shrimp is one of the seafood which is nutrient-rich needed by the body. However, due to the frequent case of the infected Tenggek-shrimp appeared, it makes people beware to consume it. The classification of Tenggek-shrimp by using image processing of the computer be able to classify the types of shrimp whether poisonous or not. The data mining techniques can be used to classify shrimp based on RGB colors (red, green, blue) and texture (energy, contrast, correlation, homogeneity). The class of Tenggek-shrimp is divided into two, The fresh Tenggek-shrimps that are caught naturally (Class A) and the poisoned Tenggek-shrimps that are caught by using the poison (Class B). The method used in this study is K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN). This classification system is expected to help the people in selecting good and safe Tenggek-shrimp for consumption. Based on the evaluation results using the holdout method, obtained an average accuracy of 63% with an accuracy of identification of toxic tenggek shrimp of 71.66%, and the accuracy of identification of natural fresh shrimp is about 60%.

Abstract

The immunization is not a new thing in the world of health in Indonesia, but to this day, many parents who are still hesitant in deciding whether their child will be immunized. This is quite reasonable, due to lack of information and knowledge of parents about the benefits and importance of immunization for children. Some controversy is circulating about the immunization effect that makes children allergic, autism to seizures due to immunization. However, all the risks that can be avoided if parents know important information before immunization. Immunization now can be obtained anywhere, giving the immunization was done in place of health services, such as hospital, Maternity Clinic, Puskesmas, Posyandu, and private doctors’ clinic.

Abstract

With the development of science and technology, this pest and rice disease information can not only be obtained through consultation with experts, but also can be known through an expert system. This will help the consumer to facilitate in consultation on diseases and pests of rice plants. The results obtained from this study are: This system can help facilitate the community in detecting damage to his crops caused by pests and diseases. Able to provide diagnostic results based on the symptoms found. Implementation of forward chaining method is able to answer the problem of society in analyzing the type of disease or pest causing damage to rice plant based on the collected knowledge

Abstract

The problem that is often encountered in the reporting progress system is that village employees still often use consultant services to prepare DMIJ project reports, so they require additional costs for consulting services, not to mention the time required to complete so many DMIJ project reports. So that with the progress reporting information system and applications that will be designed, it can help the work process of village employees so that they no longer need consultant services in order to save budget costs and time. Then, the solution that expected for the web-based DMIJ physical work activity information system uses the Development Life System (SDLC) method, could help the employees in order to prepare the project report progress more quickly and precisely.

Abstract

Abstract A village is a legal community unit that has territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and administer government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives, rights of origin, and / or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in the government system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Village Government is the Village chief or what is referred to by any other name assisted by the Village apparatus as an element of Village Government administrators. To choose a candidate for village chief in accordance with the stipulated provisions that will be made as a candidate for village chief who will be elected, it must be adjusted to the feasibility of the village chief candidate's selection, so that the implementation of the village chief candidate selection can be aligned with the recipient's needs and avoid imbalances in selection and the selection process later. To assist in solving this problem, it is necessary to have a Decision Making System (SPK) so that any work related to decision making in the selection of prospective village chiefs can be helped in making a good decision according to the eligibility level of the participants to become candidate village chiefs. In the decision support system for selecting candidates for village chief, so that decision support is met, a decision support method for decision support systems is used, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the calculation showed that the main priority to become a participant in the Pilkades was Hendri as the first rank with a value of 0.395 or 39.5%. The indicators used in this comparison are: can recite the Koran, can give speeches, interview tests, and written tests. Abstrak Desa adalah kesatuan masyarakat hukum yang memiliki batas wilayah yang berwenang untuk mengatur dan mengurus urusan pemerintahan, kepentingan masyarakat setempat berdasarkan prakarsa masyarakat, hak asal usul, dan/atau hak tradisional yang diakui dan dihormati dalam sistem pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Pemerintah Desa adalah Kepala Desa atau yang disebut dengan nama lain dibantu perangkat Desa sebagai unsur penyelenggara Pemerintahan Desa. Untuk memilih calon kepala desa yang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan yang akan di jadikan sebagai calon kepala desa yang akan terpilih nantinya haruslah disesuaikan dengan kelayakan hasil seleksi calon kepala desa tersebut, agar pelaksanaan seleksi calon kepala desa dapat diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan penerima dan menghindari ketimpangan dalam seleksi serta proses pemilihan nantinya. Untuk membantu dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut perlu adanya suatu Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) agar setiap pekerjaan yang menyangkut pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi calon kepala desa dapat terbantu dalam mengambil suatu keputusan yang baik yang sesuai dengan tingkat kelayakan peserta untuk dijadikan calon kepala desa. Pada sistem pendukung keputusan seleksi calon kepala desa ini agar pendukung keputusannya terpenuhi maka digunakan sebuah metode penunjang keputusan untuk sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil perhitungan yang didapat bahwa yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk dijadikan sebagai peserta pada pilkades yaitu Hendri sebagai peringkat pertama dengan nilai 0.395 atau 39,5%. Indikator yang digunakan dalam perbandingan ini yaitu: bisa mengaji, bisa berpidato, tes wawancara, dan tes tertulis.

Abstract

The coconut industry in Indragiri Hilir is a regional characteristic. In addition, the coconut industry is also one of the main livelihoods for the people of Indragiri Hilir. This industry has various potentials in Indragiri Hilir. The Inhil Government must identify and understand its potential so that it can be maximized. In an effort to maximize the existing potential, the Government must understand the challenges or obstacles so that it is easier to solve the problems that occur. Understanding the potential and challenges will facilitate the Government in efforts to improve the quality of the management of the coconut industry. In addition, the Government must also be able to develop strategies that can be implemented or implemented in order to carry out good governance. Both in terms of policies, analysis, and direct actions such as counseling or training to farmers.This journal will present the potential, challenges, and strategic recommendations to advance the coconut industry in Inhil. Identify several potentials that must be maximized as well as challenges or obstacles that must be considered in the future. And it has been described in this journal the strategic recommendations that can be applied by the Indragiri Hilir Government. Industri kelapa di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir merupakan sebuah ciri khas daerah. Selain itu industri kelapa juga menjadi salah satu mata pencaharian utama masyarakat Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Berbagai potensi dimiliki oleh industri ini di Kabupaten Inhil. Pemerintah Kabupaten Inhil harus mengidentifikasi dan memahami potensi yang dimiliki agar dapat dimaksimalkan. Dalam usaha memaksimalkan potensi yang ada, Pemerintah harus memahami tantangan atau kendala agar lebih mudah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi.memahami potensi dan tantangan akan memudahkan Pemerintah dalam usaha meningjatkan kualitas pengelolaan industri kelapa. Selain itu Pemerintah juga harus dapat menyusun strategi-strategi yang dapat diterapkan atau diimplementasikan guna menjalankan tata kelola yang baik. Baik dari segi kebijakan, analisa, maupun tindakan langsung seperti penyuluhan atau pelatihan kepada para petani. Jurnal ini akan menyajikan potensi, tantangan, dan rekomendasi startegi guna memajukan industri kelapa di Kabupaten Inhil. Teridentifikasi beberapa potensi yang harus dimaksimalkan serta tantangan atau kendala yang harus diperhatikan di masa yang akan datang. Serta telah dijelaskan dalam jurnal ini rekomendasi-rekomendasi strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.

Abstract

Developments in science and technology very quickly and rapidly, especially information systems that can provide ease of information. This study gives an overview inheritance information using an expert system which is a branch of artificial intelligence that is able to mimic the way of thinking an expert in solving problems and taking a decision. Limitations of space and time by the speaker and the lack of understanding of ordinary people in terms of inheritance should be a concern, it is necessary to build an application in the form of web-based expert system. This application is built using Artificial Intelligence techniques applied in the form of a Web-based Expert System with forward chaining reasoning methods to solve the problem, despite the absence of an expert / specialist. This web-based implementation using PHP programming language as a tool of expert system builders and MySQL as the database. In this application people can calculate the division of inheritance by looking directly argument. besides that people can also calculate the part of the property division performed. The processes above is done according to the rules (rule) that is based on the Qur'an, hadith and ijma 'ulama which is the basis of Islamic law. Expert System is expected to facilitate the public in making the division of inheritance according to Islamic Shariah. Because of the division of inheritance is one of the laws that are clear in the Qur'an. Keywords: inheritance, MySQL, information systems, expert systems
