Pariwisata merupakan salah satu potensi sumber daya yang dapat dikembangkan oleh setiap daerah. Sebagai salah satu sumber daya yang menghasilkan devisa bagi negara, hal ini membutuhkan pengoptimalan dalam penyediaan jasa untuk lebih menunjang potensi kawasan wisata yang akan dikunjungi. Saat penelitian ini dilakukan, Dinas Budaya dan Pariwisata Provinsi Jawa Barat telah menggunakan media internet dalam promosi. Akan tetapi sistem yang digunakan masih belum sempurna. Masalah ini berasal dari manajemen data pariwisata yang kurang baik dan masih belum maksimalnya beberapa fasilitas di sistem yang berjalan. Dengan beberapa masalah tersebut, sudah saatnya sistem yang lama di perbaiki. Tidak hanya sekedar memperbaiki saja, penulis menyarankan untuk diciptakannya beberapa fitur baru seperti fitur simulasi dan fitur pendukung keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan action research, sedangkan pendekatan sistem yang digunakan adalah terstruktur dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall. Alat bantu yang digunakan adalah Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Kamus Data, dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Alat bantu perancangan basis data dalam pengembangan sistem informasi ini adalah Normalisasi dan Tabel Relasi. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP, dengan tools Adobe Dreamwaver CS5. Untuk database, sistem informasi ini menggunakan MySQL dan untuk pengambilan keputusan, sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) Dengan pembuatan sistem informasi ini, penulis berharap sistem informasi yang penulis buat kedepan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan untuk para wisatawan dan dapat membantu top manajamen pariwisata yang ada di provinsi jawa barat untuk membuat keputusan dengan fitur-fitur baru yang dimilikinya.

Anak Down Syndrome ditakdirkan untuk memiliki berbagai kelemahan fisik (otot lemah), kesehatan (cacat dan mudah terserang penyakit), dan IQ rendah. Adanya berbagai kelemahan dengan resiko tinggi maka kemampuan yang dibutuhkan oleh orang tua yaitu kemampuan mendeteksi dan membuat program pengembangan tumbuh kembang anak. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan orang tua tentang cara mendeteksi tumbuh kembang anak dan orang tua dapat menggunakan aplikasi untuk mencatat setiap rencana dan pelaksanaan program tumbuh kembang anaknya. Berdasarkan evaluasi bahwa setelah mengikuti pelatihan, para orang tua menyatakan memperoleh pengetahuan baru tentang deteksi tumbuh kembang anak, materi pelatihan mudah dipahami dan mudah dipraktekkan serta sesuai harapan peserta pelatihan.

The performance of the managers of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises in East Priangan faces various problems due to the external and internal demands of the organization. Several factors include information technology, absorptive capacity and the competitive advantage of SMEs. The goals of this study are to analyze the effects of the function of information technology and absorptive capacity on competitive advantage and its impact on the performance of MSME managers in the East Priangan area of West Java. This study employs a quantitative approach and survey method with the structural equation modeling as the analysis procedure. Based on the Slovin formula, 218 managers are selected as respondents from 505 MSME managers, originating from two clusters of proportional random sampling and purposive sampling techniques. In this research, it is obtained that the function of information technology, absorptive capacity, competitive advantage and performance are in a moderate category. Furthermore, it is found that competitive advantage is affected by the function of information technology and absorptive capacity both simultaneously and partially. Moreover, the performance of MSME managers is directly affected by the competitive advantage and indirectly is affected by the function of information technology and absorptive capacity through the competitive advantage.Kinerja para pengusaha Usaha Mikro dan Kecil menengah di Priangan Timur menghadapi berbagai permasalahan akibat tuntutan eksternal dan internal organisasi. Beberapa factor diantaranya adalah teknologi informasi, kapasitas penyerapan pengetahuan (absorptive capacity) dan keunggulan bersaing yang dimiliki UMKM. Tujuan kajian ini ialah untuk menganalisis pengaruh fungsi teknologi informasi dan absorptive capacity terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja para pengusaha UMKM di wilayah Priangan Timur Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei dengan structural equation modelling sebagai analisisnya. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin 218 pengusaha terpilih sebagai responden yang berasal dari 505 pengusaha UMKM, dengan two cluster proporsional random sampling dan purposive sampling. Dalam riset ini ditemukan bahwa fungsi teknologi informasi, absorptive capacity, keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja dalam kategori cukup baik. Lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa keunggulan bersaing dipengaruhi oleh fungsi teknologi informasi dan absorptive capacity baik secara simultan dan parsial. Selanjutnya kinerja pengusaha UMKM secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh keunggulan bersaing dan secara tidak langsung dipengaruhi oleh fungsi teknologi informasi dan absorptive capacity melalui keunggulan bersaing.

The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of HR competence and quality of logistics services on customer satisfaction which has an impact on employee performance at PT. Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang. In this study, a quantitative research type was used with a survey approach. The method used was simple random sampling, with a sample of 99 customers from PT. Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang. The data analysis technique of this study used PLS software version 3.0 (Partial Least Square) with the results obtained that (1) HR competence has no effect on customer satisfaction with at statistical value of 1.904 < t table of 1.984 and P-value 0.058 > 0.05.

This research aims to see the influence of education and knowledge management on stunting prevention and its impact on educational and economic factors in West Java. In conducting research, the author used a quantitative approach, descriptive verification design and survey methods. A total of 100 activist mothers were used as respondents for this study. Path Analysis is used to analyze the data. The following are the results of the research: First, education and knowledge management have a significant influence on stunting prevention simultaneously. Second, education has a significant influence on partial prevention of stunting. Third, Knowledge Management has a significant influence on partial stunting prevention. Fourth, Stunting Prevention has a significant effect on Education and Economic Factors. Fifth, Education and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Economic Factors through the mediation of Stunting Prevention. In general, it can be concluded that the role of education and knowledge management is useful in reducing the problem of stunting.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Kompetensi dan Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sebanyak 20 supermarket terkemuka di Bandung diteliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) Pengembangan sumber daya manusia, kompetensi dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai secara simultan; 2) Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai secara parsial; 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai secara parsial; 4) Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai secara parsial; 5) Pembangunan sumber daya manusia masuk dalam kategori baik; 6) Kompetensi masuk dalam kategori sedang; 7) Pelatihan kerja masuk dalam kategori baik; 8) Kinerja pegawai masuk dalam kategori baik. Oleh karena itu peran pengembangan sumber daya manusia, kompetensi dan pelatihan kerja sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam organisasi bisnis.

This Community Service aims to digitize women's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sekoper Cinta (Sekolah Perempuan Capai Impian dan Cita-Cita) West Java. Sekoper Cinta is a non-formal school that exists to carry out special empowerment for women, one of which is through a vocational training program in e-commerce. However, only a small proportion of them can obtain it, while the participants in the Sekoper Cinta program in West Java totaled 34,900 women. Therefore, through this Community Service program, we aim to empower women. The stages of Community Service are preparation, initial evaluation, vocational training in e-commerce, mentoring, and final evaluation. The result achieved from this Community Service is an increase in the skills of participants in selling in online stores and on social media.

Academic Information Systems Prodi UNIKOM Information System is the primary system used in the Information Systems Prodi process data and information about lectures and students. But in this system still found a lack of control of physical and logical security. To find out how your system security in organizations, information systems need security audit to determine whether security information is in accordance with the security procedures of management. Standardization used here is ISO 27001, this standards have been an international standards organization that is structured on the management of information security systems. Implementation of academic information system security audit is done by using the Audit Checklist ISO 27001: 2005. Audit results found security controls are still less well as the roles and responsibilities of employee safety, physical protection from disasters and power failures, data validation, and data backup are less regular. So the academic information system security controls is still need to be repairs in accordance with the recommendation.

This research explores the intricate interplay between female leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation, and lecturer performance in private universities located in Tangerang City, aiming to shed light on their collective impact on education quality. Employing a quantitative survey approach with a sample of 382 lecturers chosen through simple random sampling, data analysis was executed using Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.0. The results unveiled a counterintuitive negative influence of female leadership style on lecturer performance, substantiated by a significant t-statistic value of 2.176 (p-value = 0.030 < 0.05). Conversely, organizational culture exhibited a potent positive effect, with a remarkable t-statistic value of 17.823 (p-value = 0), emphasizing its pivotal role in elevating lecturer performance. In conclusion, this study underscores the need for women in leadership to cultivate a supportive organizational culture to mitigate potential detrimental effects on lecturer performance, ultimately enhancing the overall educational quality of private universities in Tangerang City. These findings have broader implications for similar educational contexts and organizational leadership practices, highlighting the importance of fostering inclusive and conducive environments.
