Abstract

Electronic Medical Record is a computerized health information system that contains social data and patient medical data, and is equipped with a decision support system. The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibiting factors for not implementing electronic medical records in literacy clinics. This research is a qualitative research using triangulation technique using observation, interview and documentation methods. There are 4 informants in this research. The results of the study stated that there were several factors that had not been implemented in the Electronic Medical Record, including inadequate facilities and a network that was difficult to obtain, besides that it was known that there were no officers with a medical record graduate background at the Aksara Clinic. This causes the implementation of medical record tasks to be less than optimal. The method used is correct using the technical instructions for clinical services, but it has not been realized optimally because there are several obstacles. The conclusion of the study is that there are several factors that have not been implemented in the Electronic Medical Record, including man, money, material, machine and methods. The advice given is that medical record officers with medical record graduate backgrounds, increase the number of machines use the internet network at a higher speed, and should implement Electronic Medical Records at the Aksara Clinic in order to achieve better medical records. Abstrak Rekam Medis Elektronik merupakan sistem informasi kesehatan terkomputerisasi yang berisi data sosial dan data medis pasien, serta dilengkapi dengan sistem pendukung keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat belum diterapkannya rekam medis elektronik di klinik aksara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat beberapa faktor belum diterapkannya Rekam Medis Elektronik diantaranya fasilitas yang tidak memadai dan jaringan yang sulit didapat, selain itu diketahui bahwa tidak adanya petugas yang berlatar belakang lulusan rekam medis di Klinik Aksara. Hal ini menyebabkan pelaksanaan tugas rekam medis kurang maksimal. Metode yang digunakan sudah benar menggunakan petunjuk teknis pelayanan Klinik, namun belum terealisasikan secara maksimal dikarenakan terdapat beberapa kendala. Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat beberapa faktor belum diterapkannya Rekam Medis Elektronik diantaranya yaitu manusia, uang, bahan, mesin dan metode. Saran yang diberikan sebaiknya petugas rekam medis berlatar belakang lulusan rekam medis, penambahan jumlah mesin, menggunakan jaringan internet dengan kecepatan yang lebih tinggi, dan sebaiknya menerapkan Rekam Medis Elektronik di Klinik Aksara agar tercapainya rekam medis yang lebih baik.

Abstract

A level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares it with what he expects is patient satisfaction. To measure the quality of health services, the Serqual model or service quality is used as the basis for the research concept known as the Rater dimension. Where two of these dimensions are insurance and empathy in hospital health services. The purpose of this study was to be able to see the relationship between insurance and hospital empathy with satisfaction & interest in returning inpatients at Sundari Hospital. This study used a cross sectional approach with data collection using validated questionnaire data. The research sample was 68 people. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the insurance variable and satisfaction & interest in revisiting with the results of p-value 0.007 <0.05, this value indicates that there is a relationship between the assurance variable on satisfaction and interest in revisiting general outpatients in Sundari Hospital. Meanwhile, for empathy, there is a significant relationship between the empathy variable with satisfaction and interest in revisiting with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, this value indicates that there is a relationship between the empathy variable on satisfaction and interest in revisiting general outpatients at Sundari General Hospital. . Suggestions for hospitals to be able to conduct regular training related to communication management and education for all services.

Abstract

The hospital is one of the workplaces with various threats of danger that can have health impacts,One of the high-risk hospital workers is laundry workers because they are not equipped with special skills to become laundry and someof them do not use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect workers from various threats of danger. This study aimed to know how the compliance and monitoring of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Laundry Officers at Sultan Iskandar Muda Hospital, Nagan Raya Regency. Method: This is a qualitative descriptive research method which aims to describe, summarize various conditions, situations, or various phenomena of social reality that exist in the community. The research informants was 11 people. Data analysis was done by using data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Results: The results showed that there was a compliance and a monitoring. That influenced of using the Personal Protective Equipment For laundry workers. Conclusion: The conclusion of the study shows that there is an effect of compliance and supervision on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). It is suggested to the Hospital, to provide training on the use of PPE for laundry workers.

Abstract

Introduction: Workload is the volume of work that is imposed on a person both physically and mentally and is his responsibility. Job stress is a condition of physical and psychological imbalance, which affects one's emotions, thought processes. Based on the results of the initial survey, nurses said that the large number of patients was not matched by the number of nurses which caused workload, a full room also resulted in workload, work stress experienced, namely patient complaints, uncooperative patient families and lack of equipment. Objectives: To identify and identify the effect of workload on nurses' work stress in inpatient rooms at Mitra Medika Hospital. Methods: This type of research uses a quantitative cross-sectional approach . The population and sample in this study used the Accidental Sampling Technique with a sample of 68 inpatient nurses. Results: Chi square test there is a significant relationship between the internal performance load variable and the work stress of nurses in the inpatient room of Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital with a p-value of 0.00 0 <0.05 and there is a significant relationship between the external performance load variable and work stress of nurses in the inpatient room of Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital with a p-value of 0.00 0 <0.05. Conclusion: Based on data analysis, there is an influence of internal and external workload on work stress experienced by nurses in the inpatient room of Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital. The advice that can be given is that it is hoped that the hospital management will pay attention to the workload of nurses again, by increasing the number of nurses in the inpatient room and conducting routine nursing performance evaluations in order to improve the quality of nursing care .

Abstract

Introduction : Patient safety incidents are unintentional events and conditions that have the potential to result in preventable injury to patients so that patient safety incidents can affect the incident rate in hospitalization. Objective: To identify and analyze the incidence rate in the inpatient unit based on patient safety goals in the Hospital from 6 (six) patient safety goal elements. Method: The type of research used is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The population and sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique with a total of 80 respondents. Results: Research using the chi square test includes identifying patients correctly with a p-value of 0.002 <0.05, increasing effective communication with a p-value of 0.002 <0.05, increasing drug safety needs to be watched out for with a p-value of 0.046 <0 .05, ensuring the correct location and surgical procedure in the patient with a p-value of 0.444 > 0.05, reducing the risk of infection related to health services has a p-value of 0.166 > 0.05, reducing the risk of injury to patients due to falls with a p-value of 0.016 < 0.05, against the incidence rate in hospitalization. Conclusion: There is an influence between the variables identifying the patient correctly, increasing effective communication, increasing drug safety needs to be watched out for, and reducing the risk of patient injury due to falls on the incidence rate in hospitalization and there is no influence between ensuring the location and surgical procedure in the correct patient, Reducing the risk of health care-associated infection to the incidence rate in hospitalization. Suggestions that can be given are SPO socialization and training for nurses in inpatients related to patient safety goals and communication and collaboration between teams are always improved in service.

Abstract

During a pandemic, BPJS Health increased digital-based innovation to make it easier to provide services to participants. One of them is an online queue system that is integrated into the Mobile-JKN application, making it easy for participants to access services at health facilities. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between patient satisfaction with BPJS Kesehatan participants and online registration for the use of the Mobile-JKN application at Pratama Salma in November–December 2022. This research is analytic in nature, using primary and secondary data with a total sample of 30 BPJS participant patients' health at Pratama Salma Clinic in March–October 2022. From the results of the study it can be seen that 12 respondents 40.0% percent of BPJS Health Participating Patients are dissatisfied, most of the use of the Mobile application registration - Easy JKN is 12 respondents 40.0 percent while BPJS Health Participant Patients satisfied as many as 18 respondents 60.0 percent the majority use the Mobile application registration - JKN is easy as many as 10 respondents 33.3 percent, and the minority uses the Mobile application registration - JKN is not easy as many as 8 respondents 26.7 percent. The conclusion is expected: health workers will further improve communication and outreach in providing information, especially the advantages and disadvantages of using the mobile application for online registration (JKN). Abstract

Latar belakang: Manajemen risiko merupakan upaya preventif bagi suatu perusahaan khususnya yang bergerak di bidang jasa yang sangat rawan terhadap kesalahan dan keluhan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pemetaan risiko yang terjadi sesuai dengan unit kerja di dalamnya yang diharapkan dapat meminimalisir angka kecelakaan atau kesalahan baik pada pasien, pengunjung maupun karyawan di rumah sakit tersebut. Pada data laporan insiden keselamatan pasien tahun 2020-2021 di Rumah khusus mata medan baru ditemukan adanya insiden yang meliputi near miss 70%, tidak cedera 20%, kejadian tak terduga 10% dan Sentinel 0%. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi penerapan manajemen risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di Rumah Sakit khusus mata medan baru. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara lengkap penerapan manajemen risiko K3 di RS khusus mata medan baru berdasarkan data observasi, survey dan dokumentasi pada 4 unit dan tempat kerja rumah sakit dengan melakukan identifikasi risiko, menganalisis dan menemukan tindakan pengendalian risiko. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen risiko K3 di Rumah Sakit khusus mata medan baru berdasarkan hasil identifikasi risiko diperoleh sebanyak 15 risiko yang dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan menemukan 10 risiko sedang dan 5 risiko tinggi. Yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memperbaiki infrastruktur yang rusak dan meningkatkan sistem keamanan yang ada di Rumah Sakit khusus mata medan baru. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan manajemen risiko K3 di Rumah Sakit Islam khusus mata medan baru berdasarkan proses identifikasi risiko dan analisis risiko, terdapat 15 potensi risiko yang terdiri dari 10 risiko sedang dan 5 risiko tinggi. Berpotensi menyebabkan kecelakaan bagi karyawan, pengunjung dan pasien. Dalam hal ini dilakukan upaya pengendalian untuk meminimalisir jumlah insiden dan kecelakaan.
