Abstract

Work productivity is a measurable result, which can be achieved by someone in a real work environment in each unit of time. The results of a preliminary study of 10 workers, there are 7 workers who have poor work productivity. This study aims to determine the relationship between complaints of subjective fatigue, age and working period with work productivity of workers at PT. KHI Pipe Industries in 2019. The research design used was cross sectional. The study population was all workers at PT. KHI Pipe Industries, amounting to + 205 people. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. The research data found that 77.3% included in the category of moderate work productivity, 68% of respondents have complaints of mild fatigue, the age of the respondents included the old category (82.7%) and the work period included in the moderate category (50.7%). The analysis test shows that there is no relationship between subjective fatigue complaints (Pv = 0.499) on work productivity, there is a relationship between age (Pv = 0,000) and work period (Pv = 0,000) on work productivity.

Abstract

Indonesia was ranked second out of the 10 most earthquake-prone countries in the world. The impact of the earthquake was not only felt by the general public, but also affects learning activities in schools from elementary to high school levels. The purpose of this study was to determine students' preparedness in facing earthquake and tsunami disasters. The samples of this study consisted of 143 respondents who were students in grades VII, VIII and IX at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3. Determining the number of samples in each class used purposive sampling with the type of observational research. The collected data was analyzed descriptively using frequency tabulation. The preparedness was measured based on four indicators, namely level of knowledge, emergency response plan, early warning system and resource mobilization. The findings showed that the level of preparedness and level of knowledge of students was in the medium category. Emergency response plans, early warning systems and resource mobilization were in the high category. The level of students' knowledge of disaster preparedness must be increased, especially in terms of knowledge of the differences in emergency response sirens. The findings in the field indicated the need to update the evacuation route map and put-up preparedness posters in each class. Mobile phones can be utilized as a medium of education and promotion regarding earthquake and tsunami disasters and evacuation mechanisms for natural disasters.

Abstract

Kecelakaan di lingkungan sekolah, khususnya di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), menjadi perhatian serius karena tingginya risiko yang dihadapi siswa saat menjalankan kegiatan praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kecelakaan pada siswa SMKN 1 Ciruas tahun 2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel sebanyak 296 responden dipilih dari total 824 siswa menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis secara bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan siswa (p=0,023) dan paparan informasi K3 (p=0,002) dengan kejadian kecelakaan di sekolah. Faktor lain seperti ketersediaan prosedur keselamatan dan safety sign tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pengetahuan serta penyebaran informasi K3 yang efektif dapat berkontribusi dalam menurunkan angka kecelakaan siswa. Oleh karena itu, pihak sekolah disarankan untuk meningkatkan sarana-prasarana yang mendukung keselamatan kerja, Selain itu, pelibatan siswa sebagai agen informasi K3, seperti melalui siaran keselamatan saat istirahat atau video edukatif di media sosial sekolah, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran secara lebih menyeluruh dan mudah diterima antar sesama siswa.

Abstract

Traditional golok manufacturing in Ciomas exposes workers to thermal, mechanical, chemical, and ergonomic hazards. This study identified hazards, assessed risk levels, and implemented the web-based RISKA3 System for digital HIRADC documentation. A descriptive observational study was conducted at the Ciomas production center, Serang, Banten, from November 2025 to March 2026. Twenty-five work activities were assessed using likelihood and severity scores. RISKA3 was developed with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, and Google Sheets. Two activities (8%) were low risk, 16 (64%) medium risk, and seven (28%) high risk. Handling hot metal had the highest score (16), followed by furnace ignition, furnace loading, holding hot metal, grinding, blade sharpening, and quenching. RISKA3 enabled structured data entry, automatic scoring, online storage, recapitulation, and graphical visualization. The system supports efficient risk documentation and prioritization of controls. Further testing should evaluate usability and effectiveness.
