Abstract

This study aims 1) to determine the implementation of promotions carried out by PT. Wahana Tata Insurance, 2) to determine the relationship between promotions and company sales, 30 to find out how much the contribution of promotional costs affects sales results, and 4) how big the role or influence caused by the implementation of promotions to increase sales volume. This study uses primary data from company reports and direct observations of the company's operational activities. The study used simple linear regression analysis and the regression coefficient significance test. The study results indicate that from the calculation of correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient is positive at 0.87, which means that the relationship between promotional costs and company sales results is very strong and positive. The calculation of the determinant coefficient analysis shows that promotional activities' contribution to the company's sales results is 75.69%, which means that the contribution of promotional costs is very significant to the company's sales results. From the correlation significance test, the t value is 3.057, greater than the t-table of 2.353, which means that the relationship between the promotion costs and sales results is strong and significant. And from the calculation of the simple linear regression analysis and the regression coefficient signification test, it is known that the t-count is 3.022, when compared to the t-table is 2.353. This is concluded that t-count is greater than t-table, which means that there is a strong and significant influence between promotion costs and sales results

Abstract

Even though the number of MSMEs in Indonesia continues to increase while bringing many positive effects in the form of employment which can reduce unemployment and others, problems with MSMEs or Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises do often occur. The problem that most often occurs lies in marketing, which turns out to be a lot of people who don't understand online marketing. Even though many MSME actors market their products through marketplace sites, social media accounts, and so on, they are not optimal and consistent in practice. Therefore, we introduce the concept of Marketing 4.0 which redefines marketing from Marketing 3.0, namely marketing must adapt to the changing nature of the customer path in the digital economy, where the role of marketers is to guide customers along their journey from awareness and finally to advocacy. It is the concept that we are trying to socialize to MSMEs in carrying out effective marketing techniques for their businesses, of course with the technopreneur concept which they have been used to doing so far. In this training, marketing strategies for MSME products, as well as MSME marketing strategies, are explained, from the marketing strategies commonly used in the form of; creating unique products, marketing products by becoming a networker, determining STP, and taking advantage of e-commerce. Next, we describe a marketing strategy that 1. embraces the shift to a more horizontal, inclusive, and social business landscape, 2. explains the changing landscape creates a series of paradoxes that marketers have to face, one of which is online versus offline interaction, 3. Understands that young people are sharing thoughts, women for market share, and netizens for sharing hearts, 5. Inviting MSME businesses to redefine marketing in the digital economy, as well as develop a new framework for marketing in the digital economy.

Abstract

In the Indonesian economy, UMKM is the business group with the largest number and proved to be able to withstand various types of economic crises. The number of UMKMs increases from year to year. The new development of the UMKM can only be seen from the number side. In general, especially in the financial aspect, only a few UMKMs have experienced development in terms of their financial performance. This is not apart from the unconsciousness of UMKM’s perpetrators about the importance of corporate finance management. Financial management becomes one of the important aspects of the company’s progress. Financial management can be done through accounting. Accounting is a systematic process for generating financial information that can be used for decision-making for its users. Method of implementation: 1. Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Determining Factors of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market, Bogor". The aim of the research is to determine the significant positive influence simultaneously and partially between the independent variables, namely service quality consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) towards the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y) at the Bojongkulur Village Market. The population in this study were consumers at the Bojongkulur Village Market. Furthermore, the sampling technique used in this research was "Simple Random Sampling" where respondents were shopping at the Bojongkulur Village Market. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique. The results of this research are; (1)Simultaneously, service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) has a positive, strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 63%. (2)Partially, physical evidence has a positive, quite strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 54%. (3)Partially, reliability has a positive, quite strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 58%. (4)Partially, responsiveness has a positive, relatively strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 60%. (5)Partially, guarantees have a positive, strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 62%. (6)Partially, empathy has a positive, quite strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 52%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Stress Kerja Terhadap Kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Provinsi Banten yang berjumlah 43 responden yang terdiri dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F menunjukan bahwa hal ini ditunjukan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis 2 (dua) dalam uji T, memperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 14,808 > ttabel 2,020 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < nilai probabilitas 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y) di Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Provinsi Banten. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis 3 (tiga) dalam uji T, diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 0,183 < ttabel 2,020 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,856 > nilai probabilitas 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel stres kerja (X2) tidak berpengruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y) di Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Provinsi Banten.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work performance and monkey loyalty on job promotion at the HR Directorate of PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera. The influence you want to know is partial and simultaneous (together). This type of research is a saturated sample that explains the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. This research used a sample of 50 respondents. The sample in this research was determined through Non Probability Sampling using the characteristics of respondents and employee performance at the company. The test tool used is SPSS version 27, including the tests analyzed, namely regression analysis, T test, F test. From the results of this test it can be concluded that the influence of work performance and loyalty has a partial and simultaneous (together) effect on employee promotion at HR Directorate of PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research object research at UPT Puskesmas Labuan with a population and sample of 75 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. Data in this study were taken using a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test using SPSS version 27 application. The results of the analysis concluded that the Physical Work Environment Variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Work Discipline Variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). The Physical Work Environment Variable (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of leverage (DER), liquidity (CR). and corporate size on profitability (ROA) of the study on chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period 2018-2022. This study uses the Agency Theory and the Pecking Order Theory. (Pecking Order Theory). This research is quantitative with secondary data. The research population is a chemical industry company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2018-2022, which comprises 20 companies. Sample selection through purposive sampling, with 10 companies meeting the criteria. The analysis is used to compare the independent variables (free variables) namely Leverage, Liquidity, and Size of the Company with the dependent variable (bound variable). namely Profitability, the study uses double linear regression analysis. In this study. the data was processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science or SPSS, version 27. The results of the study showed that, Leverage (DER) had no significant impact on profitability (ROA), Liquidity (CR) did not have a significant effect on profitability (ROA), Company size had no significance on profitableness (ROA). Simultaneously, the research shows that, leverage (DER), liquidity (CR), and Company size did not significantly affect profitability in chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the period 2018-2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Leverage (DER), Likuiditas (CR), dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) studi pada Perusahaan Industri Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018- 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Keagenan (Agency Theory) dan Teori Pecking Order (Pecking Order Theory). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor Industri Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018 2022 yang berjumlah 20 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel melalui metode purposive sampling, dengan 10 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Analisis digunakan untuk membandingkan variabel independen (variabel bebas) yaitu Leverage, Likuiditas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan dengan variabel dependen (variabel terikat) yaitu Profitabilitas, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dalam penelitian ini, data diproses menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Science atau SPSS, versi 27. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa, Leverage (DER) tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA), Likuiditas (CR) tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA), Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa, Leverage (DER), Likuiditas (CR), dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) studi pada Perusahaan Industri Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018- 2022.

Abstract

Penggunaan tenaga Listrik yang bersumber dari mesin diesel menjadi beban ekonomi tersendiri bagi nelayan tradisional. Mereka memerlukan solar dalam jumlah yang besar untuk mengerakkan mesin diesel agar nelayan mampu bertahan berhari-hari diatas laut sebelum pulang membawa hasil tangkapan. Penggunaan mesin diesel menghasilkan gas berbahaya yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan Kesehatan bagi nelayan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Mesin diesel juga menghasilkan suara bising yang dapat menganggu pendengaran dan dalam kurun waktu lama menyebabkan penurunan pendengaran.Penerapan energi terbarukan, seperti panel surya untuk sumber daya listrik di kapal nelayan, dapat membantu mengurangi ketergantungan pada bahan bakar fosil dan mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Pendekatan Kesehatan Masyarakat diharapkan dapat membantu nelayan dalam peningkatan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta membantu nelayan dalam peningkatan kesehatan lingkungan di dalam kapal. Pendekatan manajemen membantu nelayan dalam mengelola aspek-aspek bisnis seperti perencanaan perjalanan, manajemen keuangan, dan pemeliharaan peralatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan merupakan salah satu tempat yang potensial terjadinya kecelakaan. Hal ini disebabkan karena aktivitas pembelajaran, kegiatan praktikum serta penggunaan peralatan, bahan dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya yang menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan. Faktor lain yang juga menjadi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan di SMK adalah perilaku siswa yang mengabaikan prosedur, menyepelekan aturan serta kurangnya pengetahuan tentang keselamatan di sekolah. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan PkM ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa di SMKN 1 Ciruas mengenai pentingnya penerapan K3 di lingkungan sekolah. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI dari semua jurusan yang terdapat di SMKN 1 Ciruas sebanyak 110 siswa. Metode penyelesaian masalah dengan upaya edukasi tentang pentingnya penerapan K3 sekolah dengan pendekatan pre-postest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan edukasi sebanyak 40,9% siswa memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik. Setelah diberikan edukasi terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan siswa. Nilai mean perbedaan antara sesudah dan sebelum 2,536 dengan standar deviasi 2,866. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,001 maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi. Saran dari kegiatan ini bahwa sekolah dapat mengadakan kegiatan edukasi/sosialisasi tentang K3 secara berkesinambungan sehingga pemahaman K3 pada siswa dapat ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan sebagai bekal pembentukan budaya keselamatan di tempat kerja pada saat siswa lulus sekolah.
