Abstract

ABSTRAKSaat ini e-Learning sudah banyak diterima oleh masyarakat dunia, terbukti dengan maraknya implementasi e-Learning di lembaga pendidikan maupun industri. E-Learning merupakan suatu jenis sistem pembelajaran yang memungkinkan sampainya bahan ajar ke siswa dengan menggunakan media internet, atau media jaringan komputer lain. Tes adaptif merupakan sistem ujian otomatis yang dilakukan secara adaptif, menyesuaikan tingkat kesulitan soal dengan kemampuan masing-masing peserta ujian. Soal yang diberikan tergantung dari jawaban soal sebelumnya: benar atau salah. Dan hasilnya adalah level atau tingkat kemampuan peserta ujian. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam tes adaptif yaitu model Fuzzy Item Response Theory (FIRT) yang diimplementasikan dalam pembuatan aplikasi tes adaptif untuk lingkungan pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil eksperimen, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Adaptive Test yang dikembangkan dengan menerapkan Fuzzy Item Response Theory mampu menempatkan siswa pada tingkat kemampuan yang sesuai dengan kemampuannya, nilai siswa lebih meningkat dengan menggunakan Adaptive Test dibandingkan dengan Konvensional Test hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan uji coba yang telah dilakukan dengan melihat hasil dari rata-rata nilai tiap siswa. Nilai siswa yang menggunakan Adaptive Test hasilnya lebih meningkat dibandingkan dengan nilai siswa yang menggunakan Konvensional Test. Dari rata-rata nilai siswa yang menggunakan Adaptive Test yakni 80, sedangkan rata-rata nilai siswa yang menggunakan Konvensional Test yakni 60.882353.Kata Kunci : E-Learning, Fuzzy Item Response Theory (FIRT), Adaptive Test, Konvensional Test.ABSTRACTNowadays e-learning has been widely accepted by the world society, it proved by the widespread implementation of e-Learning in the education institution and industry. E-Learning is one of the educational system that enables the students to get the teaching materials by use internet, computer networks, or the medias. Adaptive test is an automatic test system that adaptively did by adapting the difficulty level of the questions with each test participator’s abilities. The given questions are dependent by previuous answer : true or false. And the result is the level of the test participator ability. One of the used method in adaptive test is fuzzy item response theory (FIRT) model that implemented in adaptive test application production for educational environment. Based on the experimental result, can be concluded that, by appliying fuzzy item response theory , it can put the student to their ability level. The student’s score are increase by using adaptive test if it compared with conventional test. It proved with an experiment by look the average result from every student. Student’s scores who is using adaptive test is increaser than using the conventional test score. By the average score of students who use adaptive test are 80, while the average score of students who use the conventional test are 60.882353.Keywords: E-Learning, Fuzzy Item Response Theory (FIRT), Adaptive Test, Conventional Test

Abstract

ABSTRAKPada lembaga pendidikan khususnya Universitas banyak sekali menawarkan beasiswa kepada mahasiswa, terutama bagi mahasiswa yang sedang aktif kuliah, beasiswa yang ditawarkan diantaranya beasiswa PPA dan BBM. Untuk memilih penerima yang benar-benar layak mendapatkan beasiswa maka terdapat beberapa kriteria untuk proses seleksi yang akan dibobotkan menggunakan metode FAHP yaitu Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif, jumlah semester, penghasilan orang tua per bulan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, daya listrik rumah, dan pekerjaan orang tua. Sedangkan untuk proses perangkingan data pendaftar beasiswa digunakan metode Oreste. Metode fuzzy AHP digunakan karena dapat menyederhanakan kompleksitas dan mengakomodir pendapat dan subjektifitas dari penilaian yang berbeda dan menerjemahkan pendapat Manusia yang memiliki ketidakpastian dalam melakukan pembobotan nilai(Chang, 1996). Sedangkan Oreste digunakan untuk kondisi dimana sekumpulan alternatif akan diurutkan berdasarkan kriteria sesuai dengan tingkat kepentingannya. Kemudian data Hasil seleksi penerima beasiswa yang dilakukan oleh sistem dibandingkan dengan data penerima asli/riil dengan cara mencari total data penerima yang sama pada data penerima beasiswa riil dan data penerima pada masing-masing fakultas yangterdapat di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura yaitu Fakultas Teknik, Fakultas Ekonomi, Fakultas Pertanian dan Fakultas Hukum. Secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil akurasi menggunakan sistem penyeleksian beasiswa menggunakan metode FAHP dan Oreste sebesar 74.9%.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Beasiswa, FAHP, Oreste. ABSTRACTIn educational institutions, especially the University of innumerable offer scholarships to students, especially for students who are active in college, scholarships offered them scholarships PPA and BBM. To select recipients who really deserve a scholarship then there are some criteria for the selection process will be weighted using FAHP method is GPA, number of semesters, parents income per month, number of dependents, power house, and the work of parents. As for the process of ranking the registrant data is also used method of Oreste. Fuzzy AHP method is used because it can simplify the complexity and subjectivity of opinion and accommodate different assessments and translate human opinion that has uncertainty in doing weighting value (Chang, 1996). While Oreste used to the conditions in which a set of alternatives will be sorted based on the criteria according to their importance. Then the data results grantee selection performed by the system as compared to the original recipient data / real by looking for the same total data receiver to the data of real scholarship recipient and recipient data on each faculty contained inTrunojoyo University the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Economics , Faculty of Agriculture and Faculty of Law. Overall it can be said that the accuracy of the results of the screening system using scholarships using FAHP method and Oreste at 74.9%.Keywords: Decision Support Systems, Scholarship, FAHP, Oreste.

Abstract

The information technology development in current digital era, brings changes and fast and accurate access to information in all aspects of human life, including tourism news as one example. In deciding to go on vacation to a place, tourists need references to tourist attractions, one of which is through online articles. This makes it easier for tourists to find references through tourism news portals using search engines. Spelling correction is the most common way to identify and provide suggestions or ideas for misspelled words in a text. Spelling correction can be used to correct spelling errors from Indonesian queries entered into tourism articles. The Levenshtein Distance method is one method that can be used to correct spelling errors caused by typing errors so that the results given do not match the existing query (keywords). This method works by creating a matrix to measure the amount of difference between two string s. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Levenshtein Distance method in correcting word spelling is very good with a precision value of 1.0 and a recall of 0.89.Keywords: Indonesian language, Spelling Correction, Levenshtein Distance
