The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadership strategy of the State University Public Service Agency in improving the performance of institutions in Indonesia. The study was conducted at three State University Public Service Agency in Indonesia on regional considerations and ranking of State University Public Service Agency institutions version of The Ministry of Research, Technology and State University (MoRHE) for 2015-2017, namely the University of Lampung (West Region), Sebeles Maret University (Central Region) and Gorontalo State University (Eastern Region). Leadership strategy as an effort to improve the performance of institutions of State University Public Service Agency involves twelve experts, namely the highest leader (Rector), Vice Rector, Dean and Chair of the Institute for at least one period (four years). Development of strategies using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Leadership strategy of State University Public Service Agency can be implemented by integrating the leader selection system, leadership development and leadership performance evaluation. The performance measures include graduate quality, publication quality, innovation quality, student quality and service quality.

Masih banyaknya perempuan yang tidak bekerja membuat perempuan hanya mengandalkan pendapatan dari suami sebagai kepala keluarga. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan perempuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga melalui pelatihan pembuatan dan pemasaran produk rajutan. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan dan pemasaran produk rajutan adalah meningkatkan pendapatan ibu rumah tangga dengan cara membuat dan memasarkan produk rajutan yang telah dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan demonstrasi membuat produk rajutan dan memasarkan produk melalui media sosial Instagram, (2) pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran produk rajutan melalui Instagram, yang bertujuan membantu mitra yang memiliki masalah dalam memasarkan produk rajutan melalui media sosial Instagram. Hasil kegiatan adalah dihasilkannya produk rajutan dalam berbagai bentuk dan ukuran serta mulai dipasarkannya produk rajutan melalui media sosial Instagram.

Kelompok sadar wisata Desa Sungai Langka telah terbentuk, namun perannya belum optimal dalam menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat desa sehingga manfaat ekonomi yang diperoleh masyarakat dari destinasi wisata belum optimal. Kegiatan ini bertjuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya peran kelompok sadar wisata dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di sekitar destinasi wisata di Desa Sungai Langka. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan anggota kelompok sadar wisata tentang pentingnya peran kelompok sadar wisata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitar destinasi wisata di Sungai Langka dan berhasil mengidentifikasi masalah untuk meningkatkan peran kelompok sadar wisata. Untuk mengoptimalkan peran pokdarwis dibutuhkan pendampingan berkelanjutan pada kelompok sadar wisata agar dapat memaksimalkan potensi wisata di desa dan dibutuhkan pula upaya lanjutan untuk memasarkan berbagai destinasi di Desa Sungai Langka secara terintegrasi dengan melibatkan berbagai aktor dan sumber daya agar wisata yang ada di Desa Sungai Langka dapat lebih dikenal dan berkembang

The prime objective of this study is to examine the psychological effect of competition among banks on employee retention with the moderating effect of supply chain management. The population of the study was based on Indonesian banks. All the employee; managerial and non-managerial were selected as the respondents of the current study. Two hundred eight questionnaires were used to conduct a survey among Indonesian banks. Data were analyzed through structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a statistical tool. It is found that bank competition has a significant psychological effect on employee retention through employee satisfaction and employee stress. Increase in bank competition increases the level of employee's stress and decreases employee performance. Moreover, a decrease in employee stress and bank competition has the potential to increase employee satisfaction which causes to increase employee retention. Therefore, the current study has significant implications for literature and banking industry.

Educational staff is one of the main elements that determine the success of higher education. One of the factors that affect the performance of educational staff is a performance reward in the form of remuneration. The purpose of this study is to build a performance management model for educational staff at the State University Public Service Agency (SUPSA). The approach used Soft System Methodology and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The samples in this study were educational staff at the State University Public Service Agency in Lampung Province. Based on the results of the SSM, it shows that many parties have an interest in the performance of education personnel, namely lecturers, students, unit leaders, the Chancellor, as well as the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Finance. The AHP results indicate that the priority of the education staff performance strategy is based on competence and performance measurement. The limitation of this research is that the SSM stage is carried out only in the sixth stage of the seven stages. It is also necessary to conduct a study on activity mapping and business process preparation as part of the development of a performance management application system for education personnel.

The decrease in performance in this study is caused by employee work stress which is influenced directly or indirectly. In the second and fourth hypotheses, we can see the influence of quality of work-life and work stress on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervention. This research aims to find out what causes employee performance to decrease. Variable the case study is the employees of PT. Bank West Java and Banten Tbk in Sumatra branches covering Lampung, South Sumatra, Medan and Batam. This research uses quantitative research. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly via google form at Bank Jawa Barat and Banten. The data obtained were then processed using the Smart PLS analysis tool. The population in this study were Bank Jawa Barat and Banten employees totaling 189 people. The sampling technique is a saturated sample or total sampling of 119 respondents. The results of this study are that quality of life has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work stress has a significant negative impact then, the quality of work-life through organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervention variable.

The trend of increasing educated unemployed people is an indication of low entrepreneurial interest. From the demand, the unemployment rate is related to the number of job opportunities available in the global era. Meanwhile, from the supply, the unemployment rate is a number of qualified workers in Indonesia. Responding today and future business world competition which relies more on knowledge and intellectual capital, in order to become the nation's competitiveness, development of young entrepreneurs needs to be directed at a group of educated (intellectual) people, namely students. Entrepreneurship education has been developed in almost all universities in Indonesia with very varied process at creating entrepreneurship. This study took a population of all students at the Unila with sample of 154 respondents. This research is included the research design of a causal study that proves a causal or relationship's influenced and affects between entrepreneurial learning, career planning and entrepreneurial interests. results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship learning methods that are applied effectively in the university environment can affect students' interest in entrepreneurship. This study also shows the existence of good career planning can affect student interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, good entrepreneurship learning and career planning are needed to entrepreneurial intentions.

Purpose: This activity aims to increase public understanding and knowledge about community empowerment through fostering creative economic potential by utilizing existing  institutions in the village. Methods: The methods used in this community service activity are training, mentoring and consultation, also monitoring and evaluating. Results: The activity can increase participants' knowledge about the creative economy potential that can be utilized by the community, increase public awareness to play an active role through empowerment and optimal utilization of the village institutions to improve the economy and achieve the citizens' welfare of Penengahan Village, Way Khilau, Pesawaran. The training activities carried out succeeded in increasing public understanding of the creative economy potential through village institutions. Mentoring activities are needed to continue motivating the trainees and providing alternatives and solutions for the community to face their problems. Contribution: This activity helps to strengthen the capacity of the village institutions and the dynamic interaction between the managers of the village institutions and the village community

Purpose: The purpose of this activity is to empower women farmer groups to be independent of by increasing their knowledge of and skills in using social media to market their products. Methodology/approach: Community service activities are carried out for women farmer groups in Sungai Langka Village, Pesawaran using several methods, including lectures and discussions; training in the form of practicing Instagram account creation; mentoring; and evaluation. Results/findings: The activities carried out by the service team were able to provide benefits for the participants. This can be seen from the testimonies given by the participants. The activity also succeeded in making farmer groups create Instagram accounts for business activities that were separated from personal Instagram accounts to make it easier to manage. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out for participants who encounter obstacles in making and marketing their products through Instagram. Conclusion: This activity is expected to be sustainable in order to increase the independence and welfare of women farmers in the Sungai Langka village of Pesawaran, so that they are financially independent and not dependent on others.
