Abstract

The analyze the influence of digital marketing and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Leapfrog Indonesia. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all customers who buy products PT. Leapfrog Indonesia, the sampling technique uses incidental sampling technique. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the digital marketing and price have a positive and significant on customer satisfaction at PT. Leapfrog Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Bekasi City Ridho Cell counter. The population of this research is Ridho Cell counter customers in Bekasi City. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Ridho Cell counter customers in Bekasi City. The data analysis method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneous and partially service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Bekasi City Ridho Cell counter.

Abstract

To determine the effect of compensation and work culture on employee performance at Burger King Store area BK 86. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents and all of them were employees at Burger King Store Pondok Bambu and Burger King Store Lagoon Avenue, the research method used multiple and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that compensation and work culture in multiple and simple ways had a positive effect on the performance of Burger King Store employees in the BK 86 area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Perum Pegadaian Timur Bekasi Branch. The study was conducted at Perum Pegadaian Timur Bekasi Branch. Sampling of research using probability sampling and simple random sampling methods. Data analysis uses path analysis. Based on data analysis, it is known that partially each of the independent variables is service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty at Perum Pegadaian, East Bekasi Branch. Then the results of the analysis of customer satisfaction variables as intervening variables can be proved perfectly that customer satisfaction variables indirectly influence the service quality variable on customer loyalty and brand image variables on customer loyalty. This statement can be proven by the magnitude of the indirect effect (service quality on customer loyalty and brand image on customer loyalty) through customer satisfaction identified as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising appeal and discounts on impulsive purchases at TikTok Shop at the Faculty of Economics, Krisnadwipayana University. This research is included in the category of associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study were users of Tiktok Shop, Faculty of Economics, Krisnadwipayana University. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the accidental sampling method. Analyzed using simultaneously and partially linear regression methods. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously and partially the appeal of advertising and discounts have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases of Tiktok Shop, Faculty of Economics, Krisnadwipayana University.
