Abstract

The exponential growth of the Web of Things (IoT) is transforming businesses, connecting billions of devices that generate massive amounts of data. However, preparing this data at scale in real time poses significant challenges, including inactivity, transmission capacity constraints, and data blocking in centralized cloud systems. Edge computing has become an urgent solution. It allows data preparation to occur closer to the source, thereby improving operational productivity, reducing idle time, and optimizing transmission capacity. This shift toward local availability reduces the burden on centralized cloud systems, making IoT systems more responsive and robust. This article examines the integration of edge computing with IoT. It highlights the fundamental advances that have made this connection possible. Key applications, such as real-time analytics, vision support, and edge AI, describe how edge computing improves data processing and enhances independent decision-making at the device level. Additionally, we discuss how advances in hardware, orchestration techniques, and machine learning drive the development of edge-enabled IoT environments. By analyzing these current uses, we identify emerging trends that will shape future IoT systems, making them more adaptive, efficient, and resilient to changing data demands. This survey highlights the potential of edge computing to power next-generation IoT systems, providing important insights for businesses looking to support complete control of the devices involved.

Abstract

Short video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts have become strategic media in digital marketing, particularly for skincare products that are highly popular among millennials. This trend highlights that marketing is no longer limited to information delivery but also involves building emotional connections, consumer trust, and digital literacy. This study aims to analyze the influence of short video marketing on skincare purchase decisions using the Orange Technology approach, which emphasizes empathy, transparency, and consumer well-being. The method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review and thematic analysis to examine the roles of visual, narrative, and interactivity elements within short video content. The findings indicate that short video marketing is effective in enhancing brand awareness, reinforcing product recall, and fostering emotional and social engagement with consumers. However, risks such as misinformation, visual manipulation, and low digital literacy require the implementation of ethical principles and consumer education. In conclusion, when designed ethically, empathetically, and transparently, short video marketing is not merely a promotional tool but also a practical application of Orange Technology that supports innovation, humanistic values, and consumer well-being. Therefore, this strategy contributes both to strengthening purchase decisions and maintaining consumer trust.

Abstract

In the fashion industry, particularly within the anime clothing brand sector, building consumer loyalty has become a crucial challenge for ensuring long- term growth while supporting sustainability principles aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDGs 8 and SDGs 12. This study aims to analyze various digital marketing approaches that can enhance consumer loyalty toward anime clothing brands by examining how digital interactions, visual identity, and community engagement contribute to sustained brand consumer relationships. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach supported by observational data from social media analytics, documentation of digital campaign activities, and the interpretation of consumer engagement patterns across multiple digital platforms. The findings indicate that digital strategies such as leveraging social media to strengthen brand presence, collaborating with anime influencers, utilizing community based content, and implementing personalization through email marketing and loyalty programs effectively increase consumer emotional attachment and behavioral loyalty. Brands that successfully create emotionally engaging digital experiences and interact authentically with their audiences demonstrate a stronger potential to build sustainable loyalty. Furthermore, maintaining consistent brand com- munication, ensuring continuity in marketing campaigns, and integrating SDGs oriented values are identified as essential components for sustaining long-term relationships with consumers. The study concludes that digital marketing not only strengthens brand visibility but also plays a strategic role in shaping responsible consumer behavior, fostering loyalty within niche fashion communities, and supporting broader sustainability goals in the anime fashion industry.
