Abstract

Infertility affects millions of couples worldwide, often leading to significant emotional distress. Despite advancements in medical treatments such as IVF, the psychological challenges associated with infertility remain under-addressed. This study introduces a multi-modal AI system that integrates natural language processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, and voice interaction to provide personalized psychological support for individuals and couples experiencing infertility. A Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) was conducted with 200 participants, comparing the AI intervention group to a control group receiving standard care. The AI system demonstrated significant reductions in anxiety and depression levels (GAD-7 and PHQ-9), as well as improvements in emotional well-being (PANAS). The intervention group reported higher user satisfaction (85%) and engagement, with participants using the system an average of four times per week. The AI system ability to offer empathetic, real time emotional support was highly rated by users. However, challenges such as cultural sensitivity and voice interaction accuracy were noted. This study highlights the potential of AI in mental health, particularly in addressing the often overlooked psychological needs of individuals facing infertility. The findings suggest that AI-driven solutions can bridge gaps in psychological care by providing scalable, cost-effective, and accessible support. Further research is needed to refine the system capabilities and explore its long-term impact on emotional well-being.

Abstract

Outcome Based Education (OBE) is an educational approach that emphasizes the achievement of clear and measurable learning outcomes to ensure graduates possess competencies relevant to industry needs and global challenges. This study aims to analyze the impact of OBE implementation on graduate readiness to compete in the global arena through an international benchmarking study. The research method employed is a comparative study, examining OBE implementation in several countries, such as Australia, Singapore, and Finland, and comparing it with the current situation in Indonesia. Data were collected through literature reviews, education policy reports, and interviews with academics and industry professionals. The findings indicate that countries with well-established OBE practices tend to produce graduates who are more competitive in the global job market. Key factors contributing to the success of OBE include curriculum flexibility based on industry demands, competency-based assessments and strong collaboration between higher education institutions and the workforce. In contrast, Indonesia faces several challenges in implementing OBE, such as limited infrastructure, lack of training for educators, and a gap between higher education and industry requirements. Therefore, a more structured strategy is needed, including curriculum reform, improved teaching quality and strengthened partnerships with industry sectors. This study offers insights for policymakers and educational institutions to optimize OBE practices in order to enhance graduate competitiveness in the era of globalization.

Abstract

In the fashion industry, particularly within the anime clothing brand sector, building consumer loyalty has become a crucial challenge for ensuring long- term growth while supporting sustainability principles aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDGs 8 and SDGs 12. This study aims to analyze various digital marketing approaches that can enhance consumer loyalty toward anime clothing brands by examining how digital interactions, visual identity, and community engagement contribute to sustained brand consumer relationships. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach supported by observational data from social media analytics, documentation of digital campaign activities, and the interpretation of consumer engagement patterns across multiple digital platforms. The findings indicate that digital strategies such as leveraging social media to strengthen brand presence, collaborating with anime influencers, utilizing community based content, and implementing personalization through email marketing and loyalty programs effectively increase consumer emotional attachment and behavioral loyalty. Brands that successfully create emotionally engaging digital experiences and interact authentically with their audiences demonstrate a stronger potential to build sustainable loyalty. Furthermore, maintaining consistent brand com- munication, ensuring continuity in marketing campaigns, and integrating SDGs oriented values are identified as essential components for sustaining long-term relationships with consumers. The study concludes that digital marketing not only strengthens brand visibility but also plays a strategic role in shaping responsible consumer behavior, fostering loyalty within niche fashion communities, and supporting broader sustainability goals in the anime fashion industry.

Abstract

In this study, we investigated the complex relationship between social media and children's learning processes during childhood. Although research on student responses to e-learning platforms in pediatric contexts continues to grow, there remains significant confusion regarding the factors that shape acceptance of e-learning conducted via social media applications. To fill this gap, our study analyzes the influence of social media practices, especially in the context of knowledge sharing, features, motivation, and social media use, on how children respond to e-learning systems. In this effort, we expanded the existing Technology Acceptance Model (MPT) to accommodate these factors. We also conducted a comprehensive survey involving 100 children and their parents as research participants. They participate by answering questionnaires, which provide valuable empirical data. Using the powerful SMART-PLS analysis technique, we perform a careful analysis of the extended model. The results of our empirical data analysis confirm that social media practices have a significant positive impact on Perceived Effectiveness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) in the context of children's learning mechanisms. Our main findings emphasize the central role of PU and PEOU in influencing how children receive e-learning systems. In other words, this paper highlights the potential changes that social media practices can bring about in shaping the acceptance of e-learning systems, while contributing to our understanding of the interactions between social media, MPT factors, and e-learning acceptance in the context of educational programs children.

Abstract

The increasing competition among scientific journals requires effective digital branding strategies to enhance publication dissemination and journal visibility. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of digital branding in the ADIMAS Journal using the Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) framework. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through website observation, social media analysis, documentation, and evaluation based on five e-WOM indicators article sharing, user generated content, author testimonials, academic community, and research collaboration. The findings indicate that ADIMAS (ADI Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Jurnal) has established a strong digital presence through Open Journal Systems (OJS), website optimization, and metadata management. However, user engagement, social media interaction, and collaborative promotion remain limited, reducing the effectiveness of publication dissemination. The evaluation demonstrates that integrating e-WOM practices with digital branding can strengthen journal credibility, improve online visibility, and expand the dissemination of scientific publications. This study contributes by providing an integrated evaluation framework that combines digital branding and e-WOM to support sustainable journal development and broader academic communication.
