Abstract

The Loan Origination System (LOS) has become a key infrastructure in Indonesia’s digital mortgage lending ecosystem, where technological innovation increasingly intersects with regulatory governance. This study examines LOS through an integrated perspective that bridges information systems architecture and legal-regulatory frameworks. Using a qualitative normative-analytical approach grounded in systematic document analysis (2021–2026) and thematic synthesis, the research identifies a triple-layer compliance gap: a regulatory gap in technical specification, an implementation gap between regulatory intent and system design, and a legal defensibility gap concerning evidentiary robustness. The study proposes a conceptual legal-by-design framework integrating technical security, regulatory alignment, and evidentiary considerations within a unified architectural model. Rather than offering a validated industry standard, the framework serves as an analytical proposal to inform future empirical research and institutional system development.

Abstract

This paper presents the first benchmarking of you only look once version 11 (YOLO11) on the Rockchip RK3566 neural processing unit (NPU) within the Orange Pi 3B platform. Performance was compared between the quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 CPU and the integrated NPU using the COCO2017 dataset, evaluating latency, energy, and accuracy. NPU acceleration achieved >80% latency reduction and ≈ 94% lower per-inference energy consumption, with speedup of up to 16.7× while maintaining accuracy within 0.03 mean average precision (mAP) of the baseline. Average power remained nearly constant (3.60 W central processing unit (CPU) vs. 3.59 W NPU), indicating that the efficiency gains stem from reduced inference time rather than lower wattage. Limitations included unstable INT8 quantization due to unsupported operators and calibration-range mismatch, as well as minor CPU-side overhead in preprocessing and non-maximum suppression. The findings confirm that the RK3566 NPU delivers substantial efficiency gains without accuracy loss, enabling compact and low-cost platforms to sustain modern object-detection workloads. This demonstrates that affordable NPUs can provide reliable, real time artificial intelligence (AI) inference for embedded vision, internet of things (IoT), and robotics applications.

Abstract

This research develops an artificial intelligence-based strategic decision support system for optimizing hotel revenue management, integrating K-Means Clustering and GPT-4.1. The novelty of this study lies in the combination of daily performance analysis using K-Means for segmentation and narrative-based recommendations generated by GPT-4.1, a novel approach not widely applied in hospitality contexts. This approach not only utilizes data segmentation techniques but also transforms the segmentation results into strategic recommendations that are practical and easily understood by hotel management. The theoretical contribution of this research is the development of an integration method between clustering algorithms and large language models, while its practical contribution is the improvement of operational decision-making efficiency based on data, which can enhance hotel performance and daily revenue. Thus, this research contributes to the development of AI-based systems that can be adapted to other service sectors with similar operational patterns.

Abstract

This study compares the performance of Web Real-Time Communication (WebRTC) and WebSocket for bidirectional voice interaction with the ChatGPT API on an Orange Pi 3B edge device over a 50 Mbps Ethernet connection. The objective is to determine the most efficient and reliable protocol for real-time interaction on resource-constrained devices. The study evaluates latency, bandwidth, CPU utilization, and jitter metrics automatically collected to assess the efficiency and stability of both protocols. Results show that WebRTC achieves approximately 150 ms latency with lower network and CPU consumption and near-zero jitter, while WebSocket exhibits around 200 ms latency with higher bandwidth usage and CPU load. Practically, WebRTC is more efficient and stable for client-side production due to its resource-efficient and responsive characteristics, whereas WebSocket is better suited for custom data streaming or high-throughput server-to-server communication. These findings provide a quantitative foundation for developers in selecting the optimal protocol for real-time voice applications in edge environments.

Abstract

Inaccurate production planning can cause losses in food businesses due to overproduction or stock shortages. This study develops a production prediction model for the Moshi Mochi business by combining the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method and Simple Linear Regression. SES is used to forecast sales for the next period, while the resulting prediction is used as an input variable in the regression model to estimate production quantity. Model performance is evaluated using RMSE and MAPE. The results show that an alpha value of 0.4 produces an RMSE of 13.31 and a MAPE of 26.24%, which falls into the fairly good category. The predicted sales value of 39 mochi units is then used in the regression model, resulting in a production prediction of 39 units with RMSE and MAPE values of 0%. This zero error indicates that the combined SES and Simple Linear Regression model achieves 100% accuracy and falls into the very good category for historical data with low variation. The model can be effectively implemented in a web-based cashier application. Keywords: Production Prediction; Simple Linear Regression; Single Exponential Smoothing; Moshi Mochi.
