Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan materi ajar teks eksposisi berbasis video menggunakan aplikasi CapCut sebagai inovasi media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa kelas XII. Latar belakang penelitian bermula dari kebutuhan untuk menghadirkan bahan ajar yang mampu mendukung pemahaman siswa, mengingat pembelajaran sebelumnya masih bersifat konvensional dan kurang melibatkan media visual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) melalui tahapan pengumpulan data awal, perancangan produk, pengembangan video pembelajaran, serta validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa materi ajar memperoleh persentase 95% dari ahli materi dan 91,6% dari ahli media, sehingga dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan. Penilaian tersebut menegaskan bahwa materi ajar yang dikembangkan telah sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran, akurat, relevan, serta memiliki kualitas tampilan yang mendukung penyampaian materi secara efektif. Dengan demikian, video pembelajaran berbasis CapCut dinilai efektif sebagai media ajar karena memenuhi standar kelayakan dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran teks eksposisi di kelas XII.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the theme of existentialism contained in Chairil Anwar’s poem “Aku” using a structuralist approach as the basis for analysis. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method using the read-and-note technique. The analysis focuses on four main structural elements: diction, imagery, rhyme and rhythm, and typography. The results of the study indicate that these four structural elements work synergistically to construct the theme of existentialism. The harsh and expressive diction reflects the lyrical persona’s rejection of collective norms. Strong physical imagery represents the inner suffering that does not halt the lyrical persona’s progress. Free rhyme reflects existential freedom, while dense and concise typography underscores the steadfastness of the stance of resistance. The theme of existentialism in this poem is not imposed from outside the text but arises from the interaction of structural elements that mutually reinforce one another. Thus, the poem “I” is a manifestation of existentialism that affirms that life is meaningful when humans dare to be themselves.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find and categorize errors in the written proposal for the "Language Month Celebration" event on Heroes' Day 2023 compiled by the Indonesian Language and Literature Student Association at Medan State University, in accordance with the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI). This study used a qualitative descriptive method with the "Listen and Note" technique (seeing and noting). The data analysis process was carried out in four stages: identification, grouping, explanation, and correction. The findings of this study showed that there were 16 errors detected, consisting of 4 errors in the use of capital letters, 5 spelling errors, 4 errors in the use of punctuation, and 3 errors in writing loan words. Spelling errors were the most common. These findings indicate that the application of PUEBI in official documents created by student organizations needs to be further improved and enhanced Kata Kunci: analisis kesalahan berbahasa, bahasa tulis, proposal kegiatan,PUEBI.
