Abstract

The research aims at finding out the effect of likuidity, net profit margin, and sales growth on stock prices. Data  analysis is the annual report and financial statements of Property & Real Estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. While the sample was determined by the purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 28 companies. Type the data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The method of analysis used multiple regression analysis.Based on the results of multiplie regression analysis with the a significance level of 5% the result of the research concluded: (1) Likuidity has  effect on stock prices on companies property & real estate listed on the IDX with significace value 0,020 < 0,05. (2) net profit margin has  effect on stock prices on companies property & real estate listed on the IDX with significace value 0,000 < 0,05. (3) sales growth has  effect on stock prices on companies property & real estate listed on the IDX with significace value 0,005 > 0,05. Keywords: Likuidity, Net Profit Margin, Sales Growth, Stock Prices

Abstract

This study aims to identify (1) the effect of self efficacy, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship motivation towards student’s entrepreneurship interest (2) the influence of self efficacy towards student’s entrepreneurship interest (3) the impact of entrepreneurship education to student’s entrepreneurship interest (4) the effect of entrepreneurship motivation against student’s entrepreneurship interest. This study was conducted on students of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were 452 students of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang. Accidental Sampling technique was used in collecting the sample with 104 students. The data was primary data which collected using questionnaire. This study was used validity and reliability in data testing. In analyzing data, this study was used descriptive analysis, prerequisite test, multiple regression, simultaneous significance test (F Test), and determinant coefficient (R2) and T test. The analysis of data in this study was used SPSS version 16. The result showed (1) self efficacy, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship motivation have significant effect on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (2) self efficacy has significant influence on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, it can be observed from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (3) entrepreneurship education has significant impact on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (4) entrepreneurship motivation has significant effect on students entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05.Keywords : self efficacy, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low of study result of Economic Education Student in Business English course. but there are several factors that influence learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the influence of Learning Interests, How to Learn, and Use of Web E-Learning in Economic Education Students Faculty of Economics UNP.The type of research used is descriptive and quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 90 people. While the number of research samples determined based on Slovin formula as many as 73 people and selected by using proportional random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, determination, F test and t test.The result of research shows 1) interest in learning, way of learning, and the use of E-Learning have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students majoring in economics education in Business English courses 2) interest in learning have a significant effect on the students' learning achievement majoring in economic education in Business English, 3) how learning has a significant effect on the students 'learning achievement in the field of economics education in Business English, 4) the use of E-Learning has a significant effect on the students' achievement in economics education at the Business English course. Keyword: Interest learning, How to Learn, and Use of UNP E-Learning Web

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of introduction of accounting skills, learning motivation, and students perceptions of teacher teaching methods on the learning outcomes of marchandise accounting practicum. This research is a descriptive and associative. This research implemented on student class XI Accounting at SMK N 2 Padang. The Sample used in this study is 107 students using simple random sampling technique form 146 population. Data collected with test and questionnaires and analysis of data using multiple regresion analysis. The results show that 1)introduction of accounting skills, learning motivation, and students perceptions of teacher teaching methods have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of marchandise accounting practicum 2)introduction of accounting skills have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of marchandise accounting practicum 3)learning motivation have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of marchandise accounting practicum and 4)students perceptions of teacher teaching methods have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of marchandise accounting practicum with a coefficient determination (R2) of 50,4 Keywords : introduction of accounting skills, learning motivation, and students perceptions of teacher teaching methods

Abstract

This article to inform: difference learning outcomes using  cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Divisions with conventional at class XI  SMA Negeri 1 Pariaman. The research used quasi ekseperimental design, technique is purpossive sampling, the instrument trials, gain score,validity, reliability, different test problem, and difficulty levels. Data collection by documentation and test result of learning outcome. The population in this study is XI SMA Negeri 1 Pariaman and sample is XI IPS 1 for class eksperiment and XI IPS 2 for class control. The analytical method used paired sample t-test and independent samplet-test analysis. The result is : there are differences in student learning outcomes using cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Divisions and conventional  economic subjects in class XI  SMA Negeri 1 Pariaman based on calculation  with Sig. value of 0,000. Keyword: model student teams achievement divisions, konvensional, learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the lesson plans that have been prepared by teacher of economics. The type of this study is descriptive. The population in this study are the lesson plans that have been prepared by teachers of senior high school in Padang city that have nine lesson plans. The sample is selected by using purposive sampling technique, it is schools that have different accreditation values that location in Koto Tangah and Padang Utara. The data collected are lesson plans for 10th grade in second semester. The lesson plans analyzed by using instrument assessment of lesson plan based on the regulation of ministry education Number 22 A Year 2016. The result showed that the completeness of lesson plans that have been categorized very good. Most of lesson plans curiculum 2013 that prepared by teachers based on the regulation of ministry education Number 103 Tahun 2014 and not based on the regulation of ministry education Number 22 A Year 2016. The contents of lesson plans showed that the learning objectives, indicators, learning methods, learning media, learning resources, and learning steps have “very good” category. Learning materials and assessment have “very good” category. This showed that the contents of lesson plans that prepared by economics teachers are comformity with curriculum 2013.Keyword : Lesson Plan, Implementation of Curriculum 2013

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) Influence Supervision of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance,(2) Supervision of Leadership on Employee Performance (3) Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of Education Office of West Sumatera Province. The type of this research was descriptive associative. The population in this study amounted to 276 people. The sampling technique used was Propotional Random Sampling. Data of this research was primary data with research instrument in the form of questionnaire which have been tested for validity and reliability. Further data analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with SPSS. Based on the results of the study, it was advisable Provincial Education Office of West Sumatra to be better again in improving the performance of employees, especially in terms of commitment in the employee to be more improved so that it can be have an impact on the improving employee performance. It then increases Leadership Supervision in comparing employee job results to predefined standards for feedback on the work they undertake. Employee Discipline to be more improved especially in the case of compliance with work standards that is by taking into account the standards and time set by the Education Office of the Province of West Sumatra for work done in line with organizational goals and can be completed in a timely manner. Abstract

The main purpose from this study is to investigates (1) the effect of cooperative education and the quality of cooperative services on member involvement. (2) to ascertain the influence of cooperative education. (3) to ascertain the influence of cooperative service quality on KSP membership at KPN Depdikbudcam South Padang. This is known as ex-post facto research. The population of this study were all 39 members. The sampling technique employed in this study was census sampling or total sampling, which meant that the complete population was used as the research sample, resulting in a total sample size of 39 persons. Techniques for data collecting include questionnaires and documentation. (1) Cooperative education is critical for member engagement in KSP at KPN Depdikbudcam South Padang, according to the findings of this study. (2) concurrently, the cooperative service quality influences member involvement, and partially (t-test), the cooperative service quality does not affect member participation significantly. (3) member involvement in KSP at KPN Depdikbudcam Padang Selatan is significantly influenced by cooperative education and service quality  Keywords : cooperative education, service quality, member participation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in students' online learning motivation for science and social studies in economics learning at SMA N 1 Akabiluru Lima Puluh Kota Sumatra Barat. This type of research is quantitative with a comparative method. The population in this study amounted to 166 students and the number of samples using the Slovin formula was 138. The data used were primary data types obtained through distributing questionnaires to grade 12 students of SMA N.1 Kec.Akabiluru. The analytical method used is a different test. The results showed that the results of the Independent sample T-Test obtained results of 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in online learning motivation between XII IPA and XII IPS students at SMA N 1 Akabiluru. These differences are influenced by (1) diligently working on assignments, (2) tenacity in facing difficulties, (3) showing interest in various problems, (4) preferring to work independently, (5) getting bored quickly in doing. Task. routine tasks, (6) Can defend opinions, (7) not easy to let go of things that are believed, (8) Likes to find and solve problems. Keywords : learning motivation, online learning, economics

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To compare student learning outcomes in economics subjects in class XI SMA N 1 Kecamatan Guguak Lima Puluh Kota using the talking chips cooperative learning model versus the conventional model, 2) To compare the learning outcomes of students who are more active in economics subjects with students who are less active in class XI SMA N 1 Kecamatan Guguak Lima Puluh Kota, 3) To investigate the interaction of the talking chip cooperative learning model and traditional learning with activity in class XI economics subjects at SMA N 1 Kecamatan Guguak Lima Puluh Kota. This is a quasi-experimental study. Purposive sampling is a technique used in sampling. Through "two way ANOVA" analysis, both data sets were analyzed descriptively and inductively. The study's findings are as follows: 1) There are differences in student learning outcomes when using the talking chips cooperative learning model versus conventional learning models. 2) There is no difference in learning outcomes between students who are more active and students who are less active. 3) There is interaction between talking chips and traditional cooperative learning models with student activity, but it is not significant.
