Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan sasaran tetap dan sasaran berubah arah terhadap ketepatan tendangan jarak jauh, untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil ketepatan tendangan jarak jauh bagi mereka yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan rendah, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap ketepatan tendangan jarak jauh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2, dengan menggunakan tes awal (pre-test) dan tes akhir (post-test). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 132 orang, sedangkan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis varian (anava) dua jalur pada α = 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan sasaran tetap dan sasaran berubah arah terhadap ketepatan tendangan jarak jauh, ada perbedaan hasil ketepatan tendangan jarak jauh bagi mereka yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan rendah, dan  ada pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap ketepatan tendangan jarak jauh.

Abstract

The internationalization of institutions proclaimed by Universitas Negeri Semarang has led to the emergence of bilingual class program in every study program. The challenge faced when there are bilingual classes is the ability of lecturers in several majors to provide courses in both English and Bahasa. This study aims at answering the challenges currently faced by UNNES when providing a bilingual class. Then, it is to illustrate and describe the implementation of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) on the tennis class at the Faculty of Sport Science. The result show that combination of CLIL and SFL was chosen because CLIL teaching method has two simultaneous focuses on content and language while SFL is a teaching method emphasizing the deconstruction of academic genres texts as well as explicit teaching on text features. It is expexted that the combination of the two can produce teaching methods that emphasize course material and mastery of English as a medium of instruction in a balance and easier to understand due to the explicit deconstruction of academic texts.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketepatan akurasi passing setelah diberikan treatment latihan passing bervariasi. Dalam penelitian yang sudahdilakukan diperoleh hasil yang menggambarkan bahwa kemampuan passing anak-anak SSB Persisac Usia 10-12 tahun ada peningkatan yang signifikan setelah diberikan treatment passing bervariasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif atau angka karena penelitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis penelitian eksperimen sehingga analisisnya berdasarkan angka dengan menggunakan analisis statistik, yaitu kegiatan penelitian yang di awali dengan tes awal lalu memberikan perlakuan dan diakhiri dengan tes untuk di uji kebenaranya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes ketrampilan bermain sepakbola yaitu gawang ukuran kecil berbentuk bidang dengan lebar 1,5 m dan panjang 0,5 m dengan jarak penendang 10 m dengan batas garis. Saran peneliti, Variasi latihan merupakan suatu cara yang baik untuk menanamkan kebiasaan-kebiasaan tertentu di dan bertujuan untuk memperoleh ketepatan passing yang akurat. Variasi latihan dilakukan secara berulang-ulang untuk suatu teknik yang sama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan serta akurasi untuk melakukan passing yang akurat. The effect of varying passing exercises on the passing accuracy of Persisac football school students aged 10-12 years Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of various passing exercises on the passing accuracy of Persisac Football School players aged 10-12 years. This type of research is quasi-experimental, using a quantitative approach. The design of this study was a Randomized Control Group Pretest-posttest Design. The sampling technique in this study was a total sampling of 20 people. The instrument used was a ball kick skill test, with the validity of the test being 0.812 and the reliability being 0.856. Data analysis in this study used parametric statistics with intergroup t-test analysis. The results showed that there was an increase in the positive and significant effect of various passing exercises on the accuracy of passing at the Persisac Football School in the 10-12 years age group indicated by the results of the t value < 0.05 and the results of the analysis of the effect which gave an increase of 15.57%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant increase in varying passing exercises on the accuracy of passing at the Persisac Soccer School in the 10-12 years age group. Suggestions for coaches and players in an effort to improve the results of good passing techniques can use a varied passing training program as one way to facilitate mastery of the techniques learned.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manakah latihan yang lebih efektif antara latihan dengan sasaran gawang besar-kecil dan latihan dengan sasaran ban terhadap tingkat akurasi shooting pada permainan sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yang berjumlah 21 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes akurasi shooting sepakbola. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor akurasi shooting kelompok kontrol pretest sebesar 33,57 dan posttest sebesar 34,29 dengan p=0,689. Rata-rata skor kelompok latihan sasaran gawang besar-kecil  pretest sebesar 34,29 dan posttest sebesar 37,86 dengan p=0,047. Rata-rata skor kelompok latihan sasaran ban pretest sebesar 33,57 dan posttest sebesar 42,14 dengan p=0,003. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah latihan sasaran ban lebih efektif dari pada latihan sasaran gawang besar kecil dalam hal meningkatkan akurasi shooting, hal ini bisa dilihat dari selisih rata-rata skor latihan sasaran ban (8,57) lebih besar dibanding latihan sasaran gawang besar-kecil (3,57).Copyright © The Author (s) 2021Journal of Sport Education (JOPE) is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui potensi dan pengembangan olahraga alam di Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif eksploratif pada wilayah objek pariwisata alam yang sudah ada maupun yang berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi olahraga alam berbasis konservasi. Teknik penelitian menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, survei lapangan dan dianalisis menggunakan metode triangulasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam waktu 6 bulan. Pemetaan daerah penelitian ini meliputi daerah dataran tinggi yaitu Kabupaten Wonosobo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Wonosobo memiliki potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan dengan pariwisata olahraga alam yaitu; Objek wisata Kalianget, Sungai Serayu, Gardu Pandang Tieng, Kawasan Telaga Warna, Telaga Menjer, Gelanggang Olahraga Mangli, Desa Sembungan, Waduk Wadaslintang dan Bukit Kekeb Desa Lengkong. Lokasi tersebut ada yang dikelola oleh DIPENDA maupun masyarakat. Simpulan penelitian yaitu potensi alam yang sudah dikelola, dimanfaatkan dan dikembangkan dengan baik yaitu: (a) Kawasan Bukit Sidengkeng dan Batu Pandang, di Kawasan Telaga Warna dan (b) Desa Sembungan. Daerah yang masih perlu dikelola dan dikembangkan dengan baik yaitu: (a) Objek Wisata Kalianget, (b) Sungai Serayu, (c) Gardu pandang Tieng, (d) Telaga menjer, (e) Gelanggang olahraga Mangli, (f) Waduk Wadaslintang, dan (g) Bukit Kekeb Desa Lengkong.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the strategy to improve Pencak Silat's achievement. This research used qualitative descriptive research involving four athletes, two coaches, and one administrator of the Indonesian Pencak Silat Association. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity was verified using data triangulation techniques and analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion techniques. The study's results revealed that the strategy for fostering Pencak Silat's achievement was through the formulation of a coaching program involving team formation, training programs, and funding arrangements. The achievement coaching system included three stages: massing, breeding, and achievement. Supporting factors for the coaching program included the athlete's good ability and motivation, experienced field coaches, needed facilities and infrastructure, management in carrying out duties, and sufficient funding for coaching activities. The inhibiting factors for coaching included poor scheduling of some athletes and the inability of the coach to control athletes who could not participate in combined training. This study concluded that the strategy of the Pencak Silat team in improving athlete performance was good. Based on the research results, this study suggests that the Indonesian Pencak Silat Association administrators monitor athletes and coaches directly during training. Furthermore, the coaches should monitor each athlete's physical, technical, and tactical development. Thus, athletes could improve discipline in training.

Abstract

Football is one of the sports with the highest risk of injury, with injuries to children around 3% per year with serious injuries occurring at only 0.69% per year. The objective of the study is to investigate the application of FIFA 11+ Kids in minimizing sports injuries in youth football through enhancement components of physical condition, namely, leg muscle power and muscle flexibility. This study is an quasi-experimental research by using a pre-test - post-test control group design. The sample in this study are 20 people, divided into control and treatment groups. In this study, the sample is determined using a purposive sampling technique, with the following inclusion criteria: 1) male, 2) 11-12 years old, 3) practicing football regularly, 3) willing to be a research sample. In contrast, the criteria exclusion is experienced injured and unwilling to be a research sample. The distribution of control and treatment groups using matching subject ABBA technique. Instruments used in this research are the standing broad jump test to measure leg muscle power and sit and reach test to measure muscle flexibility. The data analysis is a t-test regression analysis with a level of 5% significance. This study found that the application of FIFA 11+ Kids can be used as a method to minimize sports injuries in youth football. The limitation of this study is that the sample is limited to only 20 children. This research is important because it contributes to the science of football coaching in terms of preventing injuries to children. Future research is expected to thoroughly examine the components of other physical conditions related to injury prevention, and use a larger sample from various age groups of soccer school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik atlet softball putri kota Kudus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 atlet softball putri kota Kudus dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah 1) push up, sit up, grip strength dynamometer test, dan leg dynamometer test 2) two hand medicine ball put test dan vertical jump test, 3) sit and reach test, 4) lempar tangkap bola tenis, 5) sprint 30 meter, 6) boomerang run test, 7) Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Data diperoleh dari tes dan pengukuran pada atlet softball putri kota Kudus yang kemudian dianalisis dengan aplikasi IBM Statistic SPSS versi 25 dan microsoft excel 2010. Hasil tes pengukuran setiap komponen kondisi fisik bervariasi, hasil setiap komponen diubah menjadi t-score dan diperoleh rata-rata yang kemudian dapat dilakukan pengkategorian. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa kondisi fisik atlet softball putri kota Kudus masuk dalam kategori cukup. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena mampu memberikan kontribusi untuk meningkatkan prestasi atlet dengan meningkatkan kondisi fisik yang menunjang penguasaan teknik dasar permainan softball. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan yaitu tidak semua komponen kondisi fisik dilakukan penelitian. Diharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat membahas semua komponen kondisi fisik, sehingga akan diketahui secara keseluruhan kondisi fisik yang dibutuhkan atlet.
