Abstract

Good leadership is one of the virtues that need to exist in an organization. In carrying out the roles, duties, and responsibilities, every leader has their leadership style. This study aims to investigate the effect of visionary leadership style on organizational commitment. The study used quantitative methods with ex post facto research. The investigation begins after the facts have already occurred, and the researchers do not control nor manipulate the variables studied. The population in this study consisted of 294 lecturers, with a sample size of 169 people. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The data analysis utilized was simple linear regression analysis processed by the SPSS. Findings show that the variable visionary leadership style (X) positively influences the variable organizational commitment of private university lecturers in Banda Aceh City. The results obtained are tcount ttable or 8.741 1.974. In addition, there is a strong relationship or correlation between variables X and Y of 56% and the coefficient of determination (RSquare) of .314, indicating that there is an influence of the independent variable (visionary leadership style) on the dependent variable (organizational commitment) of 31.4%.

Abstract

Guru profesional dituntut memiliki seperangkat kemampuan kompetensi guru. Dalam Undang-Undang Guru dan Dosen No. 14 Tahun 2005 dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 19 Tahun 2005 dinyatakan bahwa kompetensi guru meliputi kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi sosial. Berlakunya undang-undang dan peraturan tersebut menuntut para guru untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme. Kinerja guru dapat dilihat dari rasa tanggung jawab menjalankan tugas profesinya akan memegang tanggung jawab moral. Semua Ini akan terlihat dalam kepatuhan dan loyalitas dalam menjalankan tugas kependidikannya di kelas dan di luar kelas. Tiga komponen untuk penilaian kinerja guru secara teknis, yaitu (1) mengamati kelas (observasi Kelas), (2) memeriksa program kerja, khususnya RPP, dan (3) melakukan validasi data melalui triangulasi. Kinerja profesional juga dapat dilihat dari aspek peningkatan kualitas (1) belajar dengan memberdayakan berbagai aspek; (2) penguasaan, aplikasi, dan produk Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, seperti menulis buku, karya ilmiah, penelitian, membuat alat peraga, penerapan teknologi; (3) kontribusi guru dalam pekerjaan; (4) pelaksanaan strategi atau teknologi baru dalam belajar seperti e-learning, lesson study, pembelajaran kuantum, konstruktivisme; (5) memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana pembelajaran seperti internet; dan (6) motivasi terus berkembang untuk kemajuan dan kualitas pembelajaran, administrasi, pengembangan diri, yang menyebabkan perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Kata kunci: evaluasi dan profesionalisme guru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership on motivation, (2) the influence of leadership on teacher commitment, (3) the effect of motivation on teacher commitment. Influence The study population was all public high school teachers in Banda Aceh City with a total sample of 252 people taken by proportional random sampling, and the data were analyzed using path analysis after calculating the correlation of all research variables in the form of a matrix. The research findings show that the commitment of public high school teachers in Banda Aceh City is directly influenced by the principal's leadership and teacher work motivation. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded: (1) there is a direct influence of leadership on teacher commitment, (2) there is a direct influence of principal's leadership on teacher commitment, (3) there is a direct influence of work motivation on teacher commitment. Suggestions that can be concluded in this study are: (1) the provincial government of Aceh is authorized to produce policies in accordance with the findings in this study (2) for the head of the Aceh education office to improve the quality of policy professionalism directed at the quality of school principals and teacher commitment (3) for school principals to be able to take into account in forming teacher organizational commitment to their schools (4) for teachers to be able to make reference in carrying out their duties as teachers.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to develop school supervisory capability, especially the head of the junior high school which is influenced by internal factors including: the level of readiness of supervisors, principals, curriculum tools, administration and management, and readiness of external factors including: lack of facilities; lack of discipline field in accordance with the situation in the field as an effort to support the achievement of the implementation of education and pengajarang better. The method used is descriptive analysis means to describe the factors that affect the ability of school supervisors competence Principal in Pidie District. The result of the research shows that the internal factors that influence the supervisor's ability, the competence of the principal, among others, the level of education, experience and working period, because this is what affects the readiness level of school supervisors and principals in carrying out activities. External factors that can affect the ability of school supervisors, principal competencies are complete facilities and infrastructure and adequate level of welfare today. Abstrak tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kemampuan pengawas sekolah terutama kepala yang berada pada jenjang SMP yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal meliputi: tingkat kesiapan pengawas, kepala sekolah, perangkat kurikulum, administrasi dan manajemen, kemudian kesiapan faktor eksternal yang meliputi: kurangnya tersedia fasilitas; kurangnya bidang disiplin ilmu sesuai dengan situasi dilapangan sebagai upaya menunjang tercapainya pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pengajarang yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif artinya untuk menggambarkan tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan pengawas sekolah kompetensi Kepala Sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Pidie. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kemampuan pengawas, kompetensi kepala sekolah antara lain, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman maupun masa kerjanya, oleh karena, hal inilah yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesiapan pengawas sekolah dan kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan aktiitasnya. Faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan pengawas sekolah, kompetensi kepala sekolah yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap serta tingkat kesejahteraan yang memadai sekarang ini. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tingkat keefektifan teori prodigy melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis manajemen kelas untuk meningkatkan potensi diri siswa dalam pembelajaran, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif berupa eksperimen dengan Non-Equivalent Group Pretest-Postest Control Group desain penelitian. Dengan jumlah subjek penelitian, 48 siswa dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil uji Paired Samples T-test menunjukkan bahwa nilai pretest dan posttest kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan taraf signifikansi p<0,01, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sedangkan hasil uji satu arah Uji ANOVA menunjukkan nilai F=5033,639; dengan tingkat signifikansi p<0,01. Sedangkan hasil post hoc test menjelaskan bahwa kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol memiliki perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,647>0,50, menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teori prodigy melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis manajemen kelas efektif dalam meningkatkan potensi diri siswa dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan agar dapat dilaksanakan dan dilanjutkan dalam lingkup yang lebih luas. Abstract This study aims to test the level of effectiveness of prodigy theory through a classroom management-based learning approach to increase students' self-potential in learning, using descriptive quantitative research methods in the form of experiments with Non-Equivalent Group Pretest-Postest Control Group research designs. With the number of research subjects, 48 students were divided into experimental and control groups. The results of the Paired Samples T-test showed that the pretest and posttest scores of the experimental group and the control group with a significance level of p<0.01, then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, while the results of the one-way ANOVA test showed a value of F=5033,639; with a significance level of p<0.01. While the results of the post hoc test explained that the experimental group and the control group had a significant average difference with a significance level of 0.647>0.50, indicating a significant increase in the average between the experimental group and the control group. So it can be concluded that the application of prodigy theory through a classroom management-based learning approach is effective in increasing students' self-potential in learning. The results of this study are expected to be a reference so that it can be carried out and continued in a wider scope.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the emergence of students who have learning difficulties, by showing behavioral symptoms when studying, for example students find it difficult to absorb lessons, do not concentrate when studying, go in and out when studying and so on. Problems with student learning difficulties at school require content mastery services that allow students to understand and develop good study attitudes and habits, learning skills and materials that match their learning speed and difficulty, as well as the demands of abilities that are useful in everyday life. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of content mastery services in overcoming the learning difficulties of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sakti. Research includes experimental research. The main subjects in this study were 60 people, namely 60 students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Sakti who participated in content mastery services in overcoming learning difficulties. The instrument used is a Likert scale model. Hypothesis testing using t-test. Based on the results of statistical analysis using the t-test, it can be seen that the value of tcount shows a significant difference (where tcount ttable) which is 2.01 1.67, so from the test criteria Ha is accepted, meaning that Content Mastery Services are effective in overcoming students' learning difficulties. class X SMA Negeri 1 Sakti.Keywords: Content Mastery Services, Learning Difficulties

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with learning motivation in students and counseling Jabal Ghafur University. This research uses Pearson product Moment analysis technique with sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The subjects of the study were counseling students of Jabal Ghafur University with a sample of 79 students. Based on the results of data analysis shows there is a very significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence with learning motivation, where rxy = 0.555; p = 0,000 (p [0.050). The result of the research shows that the prospect of counseling of Jabal Ghafur University has high emotional intelligence, because the empirical average value is 97,354 difference with the average hypothetical value of 77,5 over SD or SB number of 8, 184, while the students' learning motivation is high because empirical 135, 658 in the presence of a hypothetical average value of 110 to the number of SD or SB amounted to 11, 613. Abstract

The implementation of islamic school cultural policies in accordance with Qanun Aceh Number 11 of 2014 is still not fully implemented optimally. The school residents have not been able to understand and translate the school culture according to Qanun and only describe according to their perspective; lack of socialization regarding the implementation of Qanun education in Aceh; and school culture is limited to the use of Islamic symbols in the school environment. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the potential implementation of Islamic school cultural policies in accordance with the Qanun Aceh level. The research method uses qualitative with a case study design. The results showed that the embodiment of Islamic school culture can be seen from the value of excellence, namely the superior program of Tahfizh Al Qur'an and the teacher capacity building program. The value of responsibility by practicing the principles of Islamic teachings, cooperating in terms of kindness, commitment, integrity, tolerance, and realizing rights and obligations.

Online marketing, or what is known as marketplaces, has opened a new paradigm for marketing and launching products quickly and efficiently compared to the traditional method of selling through stores or point of sale. The key to online marketing success lies in the ability to first look at what and how your competitors operate and attract buyers with products and promotions that are different from other businesses his players. This is because the creative artisanal marketing strategies of various Aceh souvenirs, on average, are waiting for orders from merchants and buyers with traditional patterns. The purpose of this service activity is to advocate, advise and socialize the use of marketplaces in Aceh, especially in Sigli City, Pidie District, Aceh State, by creating a web marketplace for creative crafts sector. is to empower the craftsman and his MSMEs. The method of carrying out activities consists of three phases. Seminars, workshops, monitoring and evaluation. As a result of this activity, a web marketplace digi-expo.mwebs.id for online marketing through internet for creative craft industry in Aceh was implemented to increase the revenue from online sales of products.
