Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi digital serta efektivitas komunikasi dan informasi bagi anggota Komite RA Al Fariq melalui pemanfaatan media sosial. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya pemahaman anggota komite dalam menggunakan media sosial secara tepat, kurangnya tata kelola komunikasi digital, serta keterlambatan penyebaran informasi. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, tim pelaksana mengadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan media sosial, meliputi literasi digital dasar, manajemen grup komunikasi, etika berinteraksi, serta penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pemanfaatan media sosial di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 20 peserta yang terdiri dari guru dan perwakilan komite. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran digital, yang dibuktikan dengan kenaikan rata-rata skor post-test lebih dari 50% dibandingkan pre-test. Selain itu, komunikasi internal komite menjadi lebih terstruktur dengan terbentuknya grup WhatsApp resmi sebagai saluran utama koordinasi. Peserta juga mulai memanfaatkan platform lain seperti Facebook dan Instagram untuk memperluas jangkauan informasi sekolah. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berhasil memperkuat peran media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi dan informasi, tetapi juga membentuk budaya digital yang lebih bijak, produktif, dan beretika di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di sekolah RA Al-Fariq Desa Sei Silau Timur Kecamatan Buntu Pane Kabupaten Asahan bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru PAUD dalam menyediakan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan efektif. Melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi Canva, para guru dilatih untuk menggunakan fitur-fitur desain dalam menciptakan materi pembelajaran yang menarik yang ada pada aplikasi Canva tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru tidak hanya memperoleh keterampilan baru, tetapi juga termotivasi untuk mengembangkan kreativitas mereka, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi proses belajar anak-anak. Rekomendasi untuk pelatihan lanjutan termasuk pengembangan pemahaman mendalam tentang Canva dan penggunaan aplikasi lain yang mendukung pembelajaran.

Abstract

The development of digitalization encourages MSMEs to optimize their sales and customer relationship management systems in an integrated manner. Susi Bucket and Decoration still faces obstacles in order management, customer data recording, and market reach limitations due to manual processes. This study aims to design and implement an Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM)-based Online Store system to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality. The methods used are a descriptive qualitative approach with a Waterfall system development model and testing using the black box method. The results show that the system is capable of centrally integrating transaction and customer data, accelerating the order recording process by an average of ±3 minutes compared to the manual method, and improving customer response effectiveness through chat and structured review features. Additionally, period-based sales reports help business owners systematically evaluate sales trends. The scientific contribution of this research lies in the development of an integrated E-CRM implementation model for creative SMEs that combines digital transactions, customer satisfaction monitoring, and sales analytics in a single integrated platform.

Abstract

Choosing a college major is an important decision for high school students because it affects their future academic success and career. However, 12th-grade students at Kisaran Regional High School still struggle to determine a major that aligns with their interests and abilities. This study employs a quantitative approach using data mining methods via the K-Means Clustering algorithm to categorize students’ readiness levels in selecting a college major. Research data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 71 students based on five assessment aspects: interest in the major, alignment with academic performance, career information, environmental support, and personal maturity. The research instrument used a 1–5 Likert scale and was tested for reliability using Cronbach’s Alpha, which yielded a value of 0.87, indicating a good level of consistency. The research stages included data selection, transformation of qualitative data into numerical form, determination of the number of clusters (k=3), random initialization of the initial centroids, and calculation of distances using Euclidean Distance, performed iteratively until convergence was achieved. The results of the study indicate that out of 71 students, 23 students (32.39%) fall into the “very ready” category, 28 students (39.44%) into the “fairly ready” category, and 20 students (28.17%) into the “not yet ready” category regarding college major selection.

Abstract

This study aims to cluster villages in Rahuning Subdistrict, Asahan Regency, based on socioeconomic indicators to support targeted development planning. The data used covers ten villages with four main criteria that have been normalized into numerical values. The method used is K-Means Clustering with three clusters (K=3). The analysis process includes determining the initial centroids, calculating distances using Euclidean Distance, and iterating until convergence is achieved. The results of the study show the formation of three groups: the high cluster, consisting of Rahuning Village, Rahuning III Village, Perbaungan Village, and Aek Songsongan Village; the medium cluster, consisting of Rahuning I Village, Batu Anam Village, Gunung Melayu Village, and Sei Piring Village; and the low cluster, consisting of Rahuning II Village and Air Batu Village. An evaluation using the Silhouette Score method yielded a value of 0.57, indicating that the quality of the clustering falls into the “fairly good” category with relatively clear separation between clusters. This study contributes a data-driven approach to identifying socioeconomic disparities among village areas, thereby serving as a foundation for local governments to formulate more effective, targeted, and equitable development policies.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is motivated by the underutilization of transaction data at Toko F3I Kisaran in supporting decision-making related to inventory and pricing strategies. Currently, decisions are made conventionally based on experience, which may lead to overstock or stockout conditions. This research aims to develop a sales prediction model by applying Data Mining techniques using the Multiple Linear Regression method to analyze the influence of stock and price variables on sales. The research methodology includes historical data collection, regression analysis, web-based system design using PHP and MySQL, and system testing through the Black Box method. The results indicate that the developed model is capable of generating measurable and systematic sales estimations based on stock and price variables. The implementation of this system can assist store management in planning inventory levels and pricing strategies more efficiently, thereby improving operational effectiveness and business competitiveness. Keywords: data mining; multiple linear regression; PHP; sales prediction; web-based system Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya pemanfaatan data transaksi penjualan pada Toko F3I Kisaran dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait persediaan dan penetapan harga. Selama ini, keputusan masih dilakukan secara konvensional berdasarkan pengalaman, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan overstock maupun stockout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model prediksi penjualan dengan menerapkan teknik Data Mining menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda guna menganalisis pengaruh variabel stok dan harga terhadap penjualan. Metodologi penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data historis, analisis perhitungan regresi, perancangan sistem berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian sistem dengan metode Black Box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibangun mampu menghasilkan estimasi penjualan berdasarkan variabel stok dan harga secara lebih terukur dan sistematis. Implementasi sistem ini dapat membantu manajemen toko dalam merencanakan jumlah persediaan dan strategi harga secara lebih efisien, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan bisnis dan daya saing perusahaan.
