Abstract

Penelitian ini merespons fenomena abrasi nilai dalam kemitraan wali santri-pesantren di era kontemporer yang ditandai menurunnya keterlibatan orang tua. Mengangkat pemikiran Syekh Al-Jarnuzi tentang pendidikan integratif sebagai solusi inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperkuat landasan teoritis strategis kemitraan berbasis warisan intelektual Islam klasik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka, data primer diambil dari karya Al-Jarnuzi dan data sekunder dari literatur tentang pesantren. Analisis dilakukan melalui: (1) identifikasi pemikiran, (2) interpretasi kontekstual, (3) sintesis dengan manajemen strategis, dan (4) verifikasi melalui triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan empat strategi utama kemitraan, yaitu peningkatan komunikasi digital/tatap muka; pembagian peran jelas (orangtua-nilai keluarga, pesantren-akademik); program keterlibatan orang tua (terbatas dana dan waktu); dan pendidikan holistik yang berpotensi membebani. Manfaat penelitian secara teoritis memperkaya literatur manajemen pendidikan Islam melalui integrasi pemikiran klasik-modern. Secara praktis, strategi utama kemitraan ini dapat diadopsi pesantren dengan penyesuaian. Keterbatasan meliputi: (1) temuan berbasis teks belum diuji empiris, (2) analisis terbatas pada peran digital, dan (3) faktor ekonomi-budaya lokal yang belum terakomodasi penuh. Direkomendasikan penelitian lanjutan untuk uji lapangan dan pengembangan model adaptif teknologi.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to improve the quality management system at SDN Pontang, Serang Regency through training on a cloud-based real-time quality monitoring system integrated with SPMI big data visualization. The activity was conducted in December 2025 using participatory methods consisting of observation, training, mentoring, implementation, and evaluation stages. Participants included school principals, teachers, school operators, and internal quality assurance teams. The training materials covered cloud computing, educational big data management, dashboard utilization, and real-time quality monitoring. The results showed significant improvements in participants’ digital competencies, especially in operating cloud-based quality dashboards, managing school quality data, and conducting data-driven evaluations. The implementation of the system also increased the effectiveness of quality monitoring, accelerated access to accreditation documents, and strengthened a sustainable data-based quality culture in schools. Furthermore, the cloud-based monitoring system enabled schools to identify declining quality indicators early and implement mitigation strategies systematically. This activity demonstrates that integrating cloud technology and SPMI big data visualization can serve as an innovative strategy to support accreditation readiness and improve educational quality management in elementary schools during the digital transformation era.
