Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh modal sosial, akses terhadap bantuan bisnis, dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja startup tahap awal di Indonesia. Menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 175 pendiri startup melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang diukur menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja startup, menyoroti pentingnya jaringan, kepercayaan, dan hubungan relasional dalam mendukung pengembangan bisnis tahap awal. Akses terhadap bantuan bisnis, termasuk mentoring, pelatihan, dan dukungan institusional, juga secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja startup dengan meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial dan mengurangi ketidakpastian. Orientasi kewirausahaan—yang diwakili oleh inovasi, proaktif, dan pengambilan risiko—muncul sebagai prediktor terkuat kinerja startup. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja startup pada tahap awal dibentuk oleh interaksi antara kemampuan kewirausahaan internal dan sumber daya relasional dan institusional eksternal. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur kewirausahaan dengan menyediakan bukti empiris dari konteks ekonomi emerging dan menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi pendiri startup, pembuat kebijakan, dan pemangku kepentingan ekosistem dalam memperkuat kinerja dan keberlanjutan startup pada tahap awal di Indonesia.

Abstract

At the Korwil Office for Education and Culture in Leihitu District, the destruction of archives was not carried out according to the correct procedures. Archive destruction is carried out by burning, while the appropriate archive destruction procedure must go through the process of forming a committee, selecting archives, making a list of proposed archives for destruction, assessing archives, stages of requesting approval, stages of determining archives destroyed, and stages of implementing archive destruction accompanied by an official report. To find out how to implement effective archive destruction at the Regional Coordinating Office of the Leihitu District. This research is qualitative in nature where the author provides an overview of the destruction of archives at the Regional Coordinating Office of the Leihitu District. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Archive destruction at the Korwil Office is carried out by burning and only through the stages of requesting approval from the Head of Korwil and carrying out the destruction, this is not in accordance with ANRI Regulations where archive destruction should be carried out in 7 stages. The conclusion from this writing is that the destruction of archives at the Korwil office has not been carried out properly and does not follow clear guidelines/references, the destruction of archives should be carried out according to procedures consisting of 7 stages namely forming a committee, selecting archives, making a list of proposed archives for destruction, evaluating archives, application for approval, and finally the implementation of archive destruction. The importance of conducting Archiving socialization/training to archive managers, this aims to increase awareness of the importance of managing records properly.

Abstract

Indonesia have different area characteristic belonging area of nature resources,human resources,social condition and culture,with conduct area because the area characteristic have strong effect of formed development economic,so that’s not astonishing,when the pattern of economic development in Indonesia area,is not control and wiil be effect to the ability to grow and wiil be caused to several area can grow quickly but the other area grow slowly.But the way,the ability for growing is different and wiil be caused disparity of development conduct area.Disparity of development will go on and formed the aspect and dimension.Based on the condition the purpose of this research to analized the disparity of development which become conduct the province in east Indonesia area.The kinds of data which used in this research is data secunder. Data which need is data Gross National Product of province,based on constsnt price.Based on the achivment research,showed that value index disparity of conduct province in east Indonesia area is differentin high level. Abstract

Archive systems were developed with the aim of making it easier to store and retrieve information that is considered important for an organization. The archival process uses a certain system in the preparation and maintenance of archives so that they can be found quickly and precisely and easily destroyed archives based on certain criteria. Archives have an important role in various agencies but this has not received attention in the Wayame village office where the archives in the office are arranged irregularly and only arranged in several folders which are divided into incoming mail folders and outgoing mail folders left piled up on the table. and placed in a filing cabinet. This means that letters that are not archived properly are easily scattered and lost. The aim of this writing is to ensure that all activities for arranging the archives are good and in accordance with archival rules and provide input regarding procedures. good arrangement of archives at the Wayame Village office. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative analysis, namely an analytical technique that describes problems based on theory and expert opinion. The results of this research show that the archives at the Wayame Village office are not in accordance with existing procedures, because the archives in the office are arranged irregularly, and only arranged in several folders divided into incoming mail folders and outgoing mail folders and left to pile up on the table and placed in a filing cabinet The conclusion of this writing is that the archive management system at the Wayame Village office is not good because it does not comply with existing procedures and the archive storage facilities are also inadequate because they only use one cupboard and folder for storage and some are placed on the employee's desk. The employee who handles the archive should take part in archival training so that they better understand good archival management. Keywords: Archive Arrangement

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to be able to find out how the adequate physical work environment in "Madrasah Aliyah Al-Muslim Ambon".This research is qualitative in which the author describes the physical work environment at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Muslim Ambon. The data analysis technique used in this writing is with a qualitative analysis technique, namely using a theoretical approach according to experts related to this writing. The results of this study show that the physical environment in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Muslim Ambon is not yet feasible.The conclusion that can be drawn from this writing is that the physical condition that occurs at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Muslim Ambon is seen from the color of the paint on the walls that have begun to fade and be damaged due to the condition of the building, poor lighting due to the absence of window installation so that the sun's rays reflect the light directly, the air in the room due to the absence of ceiling installation in each room which can cause the air temperature to increase further and leakage on zinc roofs, the humidity on the walls is the same as the color of the paint that has faded and is damaged due to the condition of the building that has been damp, and the cleanliness of the room has not been properly maintained due to the floor that has been damaged because it is still using basic cement. Abstract

Digitalization has become a major driving force in the transformation of the global economy, bringing new opportunities as well as complex challenges. This article examines the economic challenges in the era of digitalization, including the digital divide, cybersecurity, and changes in the labor market. The digital divide, encompassing access, usage, and impact of information and communication technology (ICT), can exacerbate economic inequality and hinder growth. Additionally, the increasing threat of cybersecurity demands organizations to invest in technology and training to protect sensitive data and information. Changes in the labor market due to automation and digitalization also require new skills, creating challenges for a workforce that is unprepared. To address these challenges, this article recommends a series of strategies, including investment in digital infrastructure, reform of education and training, digital inclusion policies, enhancement of cybersecurity, collaboration between the public and private sectors, and community engagement. With the right measures, it is hoped that the potential of the digital economy can be maximized and existing risks minimized, creating a more inclusive and sustainable economy. Abstract

The Jembatan Basah Administrative Village Office uses an alphabetical system for archiving, which the author observed was not yet effective. Although incoming and outgoing letters were recorded in an alphabetical order book, archive storage practices were not yet carried out neatly and orderly. The files are not labeled or alphabetically coded, making document searches inefficient, sometimes taking up to ten minutes, compared to the ideal time of less than one minute. Furthermore, storage facilities are very limited, as the files are placed in plain folders and stored in wooden cabinets that are also used for other items, creating a disorganized impression. This situation is exacerbated by the piles of mail scattered on the work desk, which impacts neatness and work effectiveness. Furthermore, The officers who handle archives still have limited competence because they only have a high school education background and have never received special training in the field of archives. The method used in this research was qualitative data analysis. Data were collected through direct observation at the research location and interviews with the village head and village officials involved in archives management. The data were then analyzed descriptively to illustrate the actual state of archives management at the Jembatan Basah Administrative Village Office and to identify the challenges encountered. The conclusion of this paper is that the archival management at the Jembatan Basah Administrative Village Office has not been implemented properly. The main problems identified include the absence of labels or alphabetical codes on archives, limited storage facilities, and a lack of competence among archivists. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the archive storage system, provide adequate facilities, and enhance the competence of human resources so that archive management can be more orderly, effective, and efficient.
