Abstract

Managerial tool called human resource management. Employees are important assets of the company, the main driving force in carrying out company operations so that they should be developed, motivated to be more creative and independent in carrying out company activities. Work motivation is important for employees to improve and develop employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT Cahaya Bintang Manise, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population of this research is 30 employees of PT. Cahaya Bintang Manise and all of them are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with SPSS software. From the results of calculations using the SPSS 24 program, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.868. The influence of motivation on the performance of PT. Cahaya Bintang Manise employees is 86.8% while the remaining 13.2% is influenced by factors or variables. others that were not investigated in this study. The results of this study prove that motivation has an effect on employee performance. Employees who have high motivation will have high performance at PT Cahaya Bintang Manise, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how work discipline affects employee performance at Satpol PP of Maluku Province. This research is based on the importance of discipline as a key factor in improving work effectiveness, since good discipline creates order, responsibility, and compliance with regulations, which in turn impacts employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this study consists of all employees of the Satpol PP of Maluku Province, with the sampling technique carried out using purposive sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique applies simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance atSatpol PP of Maluku Province. The higher the level of discipline possessed by employees, the better their performance will be. Work discipline contributes 69.5% to the improvement of employee performance, thus it can be concluded that discipline is an important factor in enhancing work effectiveness. Abstract

The current era of economic globalization entailing the enterprising competitiveness prompts every company to rapidly innovate in achieving company goals that might result in an overwhelming pressure upon its workers. In most cases, the employees have undergone the stress at work regardless of their job description that could be perceived as a detrimental element since the performance of an employee would determine the progress of the company per se. Hence, this study is aimed to gauge the effect of stress on employee's performance at PT Federal International Finance Group Ambon Branch. This research is a quantitative research. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population of this research is the employees of PT Federal International Finance Group Ambon Branch, consisting 46 workers as the sample. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used for this study is simple linear regression accommodated by SPSS software. The results of this study prove that stress indeed affects employee's working capacity. Employees with high level of stress at work tend to possess a low efficacy level of working performance at PT Federal International Finance Group Ambon Branch. Abstract

Education and training are important things to increase the knowledge and skills of employees and have an impact on one's performance at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education and training on the performance of employees of the Maluku Province Human Resources Development Agency.This research is a quantitative research, with a sample of 40 respondents. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The analysis tool used is simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 software.Based on the results of data analysis, education and training have a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Maluku Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. This is evidenced by the results of the t test having a t-count value of 3.026 > t-table 2.012 and a significant value of 0.004 <0.05.Keywords : Education and training, performance

Abstract

The quality of public services is all forms of activity carried out by the government in order to meet the expectations of the community. Community satisfaction is the community's response to the evaluation of the perceived discrepancy between expectations and the results obtained. Many factors result in community satisfaction not being met, one of which is the service provided is not of good quality such as employees not treating the community well, available infrastructure is inadequate, there is no certainty of time and cost in the service process, still discriminating between communities in providing services, and employees are unethical polite and friendly in providing services. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of public service quality on community satisfaction at the Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. 64 respondents were taken as a sample with the requirements of having used the services of the Suli Village Office more than twice and being at least 17 years old. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis, t tests and coefficient determinant tests. Based on the results of the t test and determination coefficient value. it shows that the quality of public services has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. From the findings of this study, it shows that the Suli Village Office must continue to improve the quality of public services, this is done in order to maximize community satisfaction because the quality of public services affects community satisfaction.Keywords: quality of public services, community satisfaction

Abstract

The XX Region Cultural Preservation Center is the technical implementation unit of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the field of preserving cultural values and is under and responsible for the Director General of Culture. Based on the observations, problems are still found regarding work motivation and performance. This research aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the XX Region Cultural Conservation Center.The method used in this research was the descriptive method. The population in this study were employees of the XX Region Cultural Preservation Center office, with a population of 31 people and a sample of 30 people. The data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression.The test results showed that work motivation influences employee performance. Employees who receive good non-financial compensation, who always receive direction at work, have good relationships at work, and receive awards as well as recognition at work have high performance too. Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by and enhanced by work discipline. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how PT. Tri Samudra Ambon employees perform in relation to work discipline.Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 90 respondents was selected. Simple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis using SPSS software were the analytical techniques employed in this study. The derived regression is Y = 4.630 + 0.784. Descriptive analysis indicates that employee performance at PT. Tri Samudra Ambon has an average score of 3.34, which is regarded as good, and work discipline has an average score of 3.27, which is quite good.These findings support the notion that PT. Tri Samudra staff performance is positively impacted by discipline. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Nengmeypratama Malut Maluku Kota Ambon. Adapun permasalahan yang menjadi fenomena yaitu faktor motivasi yang kurang. Hal ini dikarenakan atasan kurang memberikan apresiasi dan penghargaan kepada karyawan serta kurang menciptakan suasana kerja yang nyaman, serta atasan kurang memberikan arahan kepada karyawan dalam bekerja.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris, dengan populasi adalah keseluruhan karyawan PT. Nengmeypratama Malut Maluku Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan menggunakan rumus slovin dan besarnya sampel adalah 38 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, dimana uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t-statistik untuk menguji koofisien regresi parsial dengan derajat signifikansi yang digunakan adalah 0,05 atau 5%.Hasil pengujian terhadap tanggapan 38 responden memberi kesimpulan penelitian yaitu, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Nengmeypratama Malut Maluku Kota Ambon. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil ujit-statistik yang menunjukkan nilai koofisien sebesar (0,673) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 di bawah tingkat signifikan 0,05.Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, loyalitas karyawan, PT. Nengmeypratama Malut Maluku Kota Ambon
