Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, work experience, and wages on employee productivity. The sample of this study was 75 employees of UMKM Convection in the Tegal Regency with a purposive sampling technique. This research uses descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that job training partially had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work experience partially had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, wages partially had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and training, work experience, and wages simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on work productivity of the Convection UMKM employees in Tegal Regency. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, pengalaman kerja dan upah terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 75 karyawan UMKM Konveksi di Kabupaten Tegal dengan teknik pengambilan sampel bersyarat (purposive sampling). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, pengalaman kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, upah secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produkvitas kerja, dan pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, dan upah secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan UMKM Konveksi di Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the organizational commitment of junior and senior high school teachers in the Labschool environment both located in Rawamangun and Kebayoran. The research method used in this research is descriptive and explanatory research. The population of this study were all 240 teachers of the Labschool environment with a sample taken as many as 186 people. The data that has been obtained will be processed and analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) and LISREL software. The results found that Organizational Support and Resilience directly have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. In addition, Organizational Support, Resilience, and Job satisfaction directly have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Finally, Organizational Support and Resilience indirectly have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction.
