Abstract

Penyakit kardiovaskular merupakan penyebab kematian nomor satu di dunia. Gaya hidup masyarakat terutama dalam mengkonsumsi diet yang tidak sehat dapat meningkatkan kadar LDL yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit kardiovaskular. Rumput laut merah (Kappaphycus alvarezii) yang banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia mengandung flavonoid dan triterpenoid yang diduga dapat menurunkan kadar LDL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak rumput laut merah (Kappaphycus alvarezii) terhadap kadar LDL pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan galur Wistar yang diberi diet tinggi lemak. 113 Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental murni laboratorik dengan rancangan penelitian Post Test Control Group Design. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 24 ekor tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan galur Wistar yang dibagi ke dalam tiga kelompok: kelompok yang diberi diet standar selama 28 hari (K1), kelompok yang diberi diet tinggi lemak selama 28 hari (K2), dan kelompok yang diberi diet tinggi lemak selama 28 hari dan pada hari ke-15 sampai hari ke-28 diberi ekstrak rumput laut merah (Kappaphycus alvarezii) dengan dosis 140mg/200grBB/hari (K3). Hasil analisis statistik One Way Anova menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kadar LDL yang signifikan antara ketiga kelompok pada penelitian ini (p<0,001). Kadar LDL pada K2 ( X =16,00±3,29) meningkat secara bermakna dibandingkan dengan K1 ( X =10,62±1,77). Sedangkan kadar LDL pada K3 ( X =6,88±2,42) menurun secara bermakna dibandingkan dengan K2. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak rumput laut merah (Kappaphycus alvarezii) berpengaruh terhadap kadar LDL darah pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan galur Wistar yang diberi diet tinggi lemak.

Abstract

Background : Coronavirus disease 19 is a disease caused by a corona virus which spreads through droplets. The rapid spread of the virus and the increasing incidence of covid-19 must be stopped immediately with specific prevention and handling. The community has a big role to play in preventing Covid-19. A good efforts of prevention really need the role of several factors such as knowledge and attitude. Objective : to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitude of the community with the effort from preventing coronavirus disease 19 in Cakranegara Selatan village, Mataram City. Method : analytical observation with cross sectional design. The population in this study were people aged 18-40 years who lived in Cakranegara Selatan village. The sampels in this study were 397 people and the sampel was taken using purposive sampling. The instruments used in this study are modified online questionare and already passed validity and reliability test. Bivariate analysis uses the Correlation Spearman’s test with SPSS application. Result : univariate analysis showed 87,4% majority of respondent have good knowledge, 53,4% of respondent have enough attitude and 55,3% of respondent have bad effort of preventing the coronavirus disease 19. The bivariate analysis using Correlation Spearman’s test result found there were a relationship between knowledge and effort of preventing covid-19 with p value=0,000 and a relationship between society attitude and effort of preventing covid-19 with p value=0,000. Conclusion : there is a relationship between knowledge and attitude of the community with the effort from preventing coronavirus disease 19 in Cakranegara Selatan village, Mataram City.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : The high number of patient visits to medical rehabilitation clinic, from January to June 2018 is 13.772 patients, the number of patients from July to December 2018 is 11.142 patients, and the number of patients from januari to july 2019 is 13.781 patients.Therefore it is important to know the continuity of service, as planned by medical rehabilitation specialist. Methode : Descriptive research with population was obtained in medical record for duration 1 December 2019 to 29 February 2020 in the medical rehabilitation clinic of Dr Ramelan Surabaya Result : Patient visits that dropped out in 3 months were 795 patients (less than 10 visit in 3 months ). Patient visits that did not drop out in 3 months were 194 patients more than or equal to 10 visits in 3 months Conclusion : The incidence of patient drop out for planned rehabilitation services is 80,3842%. So the incidence of patient drop-out for planned rehabilitation services is not meeting the standards
