Thematic learning can be strengthened by research based learning such as inquiry, so that collaboration can contribute to one another in building active and student-centered learning, and can have a positive influence on students' social attitudes. Based on the description, a study was conducted with the aim of: (1) knowing the implementation of thematic learning with the guided inquiry model; and (2) knowing students' social attitudes on thematic learning with the guided inquiry model. This study uses a qualitative approach, with field research designs. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and field notes. The results showed that: (1) teachers and students could carry out the thematic learning stages with guided inquiry models in learning 1 to 6 very effectively; and (2) students' attitudes towards thematic learning with guided inquiry models experience positive development. In learning 1, students' social attitudes are still dominant. While in learning 2, social attitude began to develop. Continued in learning 3 and 4, most of the social students begin to develop and culture, and in learning 5 and 6 the majority of students have a social attitude.

This study aims to examine learning to write issues and opinions on discussion texts for junior high school students based on the modified TSTS model. A quasi-experimental research design is used with an unequal control group design (Sugiono, 2012). This research method is carried out by looking at the pretest (pretest) and posttest (posttest) scores on writing issues and opinions on discussion texts. The research findings, namely (1) there is a significant effect of the modified TSTS learning model on learning to write discussion text issues and (2) there is a significant effect of the TSTS modified learning model on learning to write discussion text opinions. The results of the findings of this study are suggested to be used to support the practice of learning to write discussion texts in schools.

This article aims to explain the problematic of the assessment of speaking skills. Many teachers find it difficult to do the assessment. In this study used observational studies and interviews of teachers to find out the real situation regarding the use of speaking assessment. It turns out that many problems are found in the use of speaking skill assessment in detail in this research. Through this study also offered peer group appraisal as an alternative solution for conducting speaking assessment.

The process of analysis used in this short story is to reveal the theme carried Sapardi Djoko Damomo in his work entitled “Pengarang Telah Mati” through pragmatic approach. This is because the theme is not within the realm of explicit that can be known directly by the reader, but the theme of short story “Pengarang Telah Mati” are in semantic areas described in each problematic in the story. Authors who have discretion in creating an autonomous world of authorship will be trying to hide something that will be delivering a message from a short story. This will provide the knowledge, experience, entertainment and benefit to the reader. Based on data analysts that have been done with a pragmatic approach, it can be concluded that theme “Pengarang Telah Mati” about accountability. A firmness to someone to be responsible for the actions he has dared to do and not leave him.

The aim of the government in organizing education is to educate the life of the nation. Intelligence is needed by everyone to face the times that have entered the era of globalization.Education in the global era can be interpreted as the integration of national education into world education. In the era of globalization, the progress of the nation is largely determined by the use of science and technology. Technology that is developing now has entered the digital era, where all fields have utilized technology to facilitate work, including in the field of education. Educational technology is a system that is used to support learning so that desired results are achieved. The role of technology in education is implemented in the use of learning media,administrative tools, and lerning resources. The positive impact of technology implementation in education is more efficient in terms of time, cost, logistics and other institutional problems, while the negative impact is that technology can change social life.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of nailed board media (Geoboard) on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade III students at SD Negeri 1 Sumberbulu and to explain the use of nailed board media (Geoboard) on efforts to improve mathematics learning outcomes of grade III students at SD Negeri 1 Sumberbulu. This type of research is Quantitative with Pre-Experimental Design in the form of one group pretest-posttest. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and tests in the form of achievement tests that aim to measure the achievement of someone who has learned something. The test instruments given have passed the validity test, reliability test, difficulty level and differentiability. Data analysis techniques in this study include prerequisite tests containing normality tests and homogeneity tests as well as Paired sample tests as hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that the use of nailed board media can improve student learning outcomes. This improvement can be seen from the results obtained in pretest and posttest testing. In the implementation of the pretest, the average score of 50 rose to 70 during the posttest, and in the results of the paired samples test, the sig value of 0.000 was less than 0.05, then Ha was accepted which means that the board media has a real effect on the learning outcomes of mathematics subjects of grade III students at SDN 1 Sumberbulu. The success of the process is shown by the increased enthusiasm of students when taking mathematics lessons. In addition, the use of nailed board media can help teachers in delivering the material and make the classroom atmosphere more lively because students are directly involved in learning by freeing students to form flat buildings according to their wishes. This is felt to be quite satisfactory for teachers and researchers. From the results of this research and discussion, it is known that flat building learning using nailed board media can improve mathematics learning outcomes for grade III students of SDN 1 Sumberbulu. Standards of educators and education personnel are one of the eight national standards of education. Standards of educators and educational personnel are the standards governing the qualifications that must be possessed by educators and education personnel, both academic and non academic qualifications. SDN 3 Tamanagung is one of the primary schools in Kabupaten Banyuwangi which has educators and education personnel 8 people. This study aims to analyze the implementation of standard educators and education personnel at SDN 3 Tamanagung Banyuwangi. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive research type. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Testing the validity of data is done by using triangulation. The result of the research found that the head of SDN 3 Tamanagung has fulfilled the general qualification and special qualification. For educators, there is one teacher SDN 3 Tamanagung who do not meet the minimum qualifications, which is still educated diploma. In non academic qualification, all educators and education personnel at SDN 3 Tamanagung have fulfilled various competency fields, which are pedagogic, personality, social, and professional competence.

This research aims to describe outdoor learning for expository text writing skills in fifth grade elementary school students. The research uses a qualitative approach. Primary data was obtained from observations and interviews with 23 students and an Indonesian language subject teacher for class V, while secondary data was obtained from documentation of teaching modules, supporting books and curriculum tools used. The research results show that outdoor learning for expository text writing skills is carried out through three main stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. In the preparation stage, the teacher prepares teaching modules and analyzes a series of risks that can arise when implementing outdoor learning. At the implementation stage, learning activities are divided into two meetings, first to deliver material related to exposition texts, and second to implement outdoor learning and student activities to produce exposition texts. At the evaluation stage, there are three things that are the focus of activities. First, evaluate the implementation of learning. Second, evaluate student responses and feedback. Third, evaluation of the results of expository text writing skills obtained through outdoor learning.

This study aims to (1) find out how the application of guided inquiry models to learning in elementary schools, (2) find out whether there are differences in students' science process skills before and after learning through guided inquiry models, and (3) knowing how the development of students' science process skills through guided inquiry models. This type of research uses mixed methods embedded experimental design, using interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests as data collection methods. The research subjects consisted of 24 elementary school students. The results of the study show that: (1) the application of a guided inquiry model is carried out by the stages of expressing problems, preparing experiments or investigations, conducting experiments or investigations in groups, compiling reports on the results of experiments or investigations, and presenting the results; (2) there are differences in students' science process skills before and after learning through guided inquiry models; (3) students' science process skills through guided inquiry models experience fluctuating developments.

The objective of this research is to analyze the moral values in the film "Chalk N Duster" by Jayant Gilatar and to examine its relevance for teaching argumentation to students. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a focus on library studies. The data analysis method is based on content analysis techniques integrated with semiotic theory. The semiotic analysis procedure specifically emphasizes two stages: the denotative and connotative meanings that emerge in the film's dialogues. The results of this study indicate that there are four forms of moral values: the moral value of courage, the moral value of generosity, the moral value of honesty, and the moral value of loyalty to the family. The moral values in the film "Chalk N Duster" can be used as a discussion material to train students in developing argumentation skills. By discussing the moral values in the film, students can learn to express opinions, defend positions, and understand other people's perspectives. This will enhance critical thinking and foster empathy and collaboration among peers.
