Abstract

Abstract A clean environment is not only beneficial for health, but also reflects a family's adequate and sustainable access to income and resources to meet its basic needs, such as food, clean water, public services, education, housing, community participation, and social integrity. This healthy environment awareness activity is very important in fostering motivation within the community, especially within families. Therefore, more intensive and relatively long-term guidance is needed to ensure the assistance is more effective. The community service students (KKN) have taken steps to address this issue. Their efforts include organizing awareness campaigns on healthy environments and waste management, encouraging the community to maintain cleanliness by conducting regular "Clean Friday" activities, and installing trash bins in areas frequently visited by many residents. Keywords: Enhancing Public Awareness, Environment Cleanliness, Kenjo Abstrak Lingkungan yang bersih tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi kesehatan, tetapi juga mencerminkan akses keluarga yang memadai dan berkelanjutan terhadap pendapatan dan sumber daya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya, seperti makanan, air bersih, layanan publik, pendidikan, perumahan, partisipasi dalam masyarakat, dan integritas sosial. Kegiatan penyadaran akan pentingnya lingkungan yang sehat ini sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan motivasi di dalam masyarakat, terutama dalam lingkup keluarga. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembinaan yang lebih intensif dan relatif jangka panjang agar pendampingan dapat berjalan lebih efektif. Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) telah mengambil langkah-langkah untuk menangani permasalahan ini. Upaya mereka meliputi penyelenggaraan kampanye penyadaran akan pentingnya lingkungan sehat dan pengelolaan sampah, mendorong masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan melalui kegiatan rutin “Jumat Bersih”, serta pemasangan tempat sampah di area yang sering dikunjungi oleh banyak warga. Kata kunci: Meningkatkan Kesadaran Masyarakat, Kebersihan Lingkungan, Kenjo.

Abstract

The purpose of this subserving is provide an introduction and understanding of menstruation period to students of MI Ihsan, especially who are already in high class (IV, V, & VI). After the socialization activities, it is hoped that they will no longer be confused about prohabition and imperative during menstruation, besides that, students are also expected to be able to do the correct menstrual period in accordance with Islamic law. Before doing socialization activities, the team conducted interviews and observations to determine the conditions in the field. Socialization activities are devided in 4 sesons, that is opening, giving material, question and answer, and closing.

Abstract

Community service activities ran smoothly and were welcomed by the school and students alike. This service activity was attended by 22 participants consisting of all class VII students of Al Falah Middle School in the Buluagung Village Hall Environment. Based on the analysis of the pre-test and post-test results, this service activity has been able to increase youth's knowledge and understanding of electric cigarettes and vaping and their dangers. This is important because by increasing their understanding and perception it is hoped that it will prevent youth from becoming new smokers or wanting to quit for those who are currently doing it. To prevent teenagers from spreading vaping and e-cigarettes, they need to be given correct information about e-cigarettes and their dangers. After the community service activities were carried out, teenagers at the Al Falah junior high school, showed a significant increase in knowledge after a post-test was carried out about the dangers of electric cigarettes and vaping. This is expected to prevent teenagers in the Tohpati banjar environment from being trapped in wrong perceptions about electric cigarettes and vaping and not becoming novice smokers or deciding to quit for those who are currently smoking or using e-cigarettes and vaping.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pemahaman agama islam siklus kedewasaan manusia ini dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu sebelum aqil baligh dan sesudah aqil baligh. baligh dapat didefinisikan apabila seseorang dikatakan dewasa jika sudah berada pada usia tertentu serta memiliki perubahan pada tubuh mereka secara biologis. Perubahan tubuh secara biologis pada anak-anak menginjak usia remaja seringkali juga disebut sebagai masa pubertas. Kegiatan edukasi masa puber sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan, mengingat pada zaman sekarang siswa SD kelas tinggi sudah mulai memasuki masa pubertas. Selain itu, penting pula bagi orang tua untuk mendampingi anak dalam arti memberikan perhatian, pengetahuan, dan pengawasan agar anak lebih siap dalam menghadapi perubahan baik fisik dan emosionalnya selama masa pubertas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan kepada siswa akan pentingnya mempersiapkan masa pubertas dengan baik, agar siswa siap menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi baik secara fisik, maupun emosional. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk sosialisasi pada siswa kelas VI SDN 1 Genteng yang berjumlah 126 siswa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat memahami materi sosialisasi yang sudah disampaikan, hal tersebut dapat tercermin dari hasil survey dan wawancara yang dilakukan setelah kegiatan pengabdian. Berdasarkan pengamatan juga ditemukan bahwa siswa lebih siap menghadapi masa pubertas, termasuk menghadapi perubahan fisik dan emosionalnya.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes between using the Montessori method and using the conventional method;(2) determine the differences in students' mathematics learning motivationbetween using the Montessori method and the conventional method. This study is a quantitative experimental study, with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were students of class III MI Al-Ikhsan, with a total of 46students. Meanwhile, the determination of the sample in this study used a saturated sample, which means that the samples used in the study were all members of the population. The study was conducted in April-May 2024. The data collection processin this study used tests and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were normality tests, homogeneity tests, and independent sample t-tests using SPSS. The results of this study are: (1) based on the results of the Independent Sample t-testof learning outcomes, the Sig. (2-tailed) value is (0.001 <0.05), this means that there are differences in the mathematics learning outcomes of students of class III MI AlIkhsan who use the Montessori method and students who use the conventional method; (2) Based on the results of the independent sample t-test for learning motivation, the Sig.(2-tailed) value is (0.000<0.05), this means that there is a difference in the motivation to learn mathematics between class III students at MI Al-Ikhsan who use the Montessori method and students who use the conventional method.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the moral values in the film "Chalk N Duster" by Jayant Gilatar and to examine its relevance for teaching argumentation to students. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a focus on library studies. The data analysis method is based on content analysis techniques integrated with semiotic theory. The semiotic analysis procedure specifically emphasizes two stages: the denotative and connotative meanings that emerge in the film's dialogues. The results of this study indicate that there are four forms of moral values: the moral value of courage, the moral value of generosity, the moral value of honesty, and the moral value of loyalty to the family. The moral values in the film "Chalk N Duster" can be used as a discussion material to train students in developing argumentation skills. By discussing the moral values in the film, students can learn to express opinions, defend positions, and understand other people's perspectives. This will enhance critical thinking and foster empathy and collaboration among peers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan Budi Pekerti dalam membentuk karakter siswa, khususnya karakter religius, di SMP Al-Qodiriyah Srono Banyuwangi pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya peran guru sebagai agen pembentuk moral dan spiritual siswa melalui keteladanan, pembimbingan, dan pembiasaan nilai-nilai Islami dalam keseharian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru PAI, kepala sekolah, dan siswa SMP Al- Qodiriyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memainkan peran penting sebagai pendidik, teladan, motivator, dan pembimbing dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa melalui kegiatan seperti shalat berjamaah, tadarus, doa bersama, serta pembinaan nilai-nilai akhlak dalam interaksi sosial. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat seperti keterbatasan waktu, perbedaan latar belakang siswa, serta pengaruh lingkungan luar sekolah. Di sisi lain, dukungan lingkungan sekolah yang religius, program keagamaan yang terstruktur, dan keteladanan guru menjadi faktor pendukung yang signifikan.Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam perlu diintegrasikan secara konsisten dalam proses pembelajaran dan kehidupan sekolah untuk membentuk generasi yang berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

The digital literacy education described in this paper is in line with the concept developed by UNESCO. Digital literacy education is related to the process of strengthening skills (life skills) which does not only involve the ability to use technology, information and communication devices. But also the ability to socialize, the ability to learn, think critically, creatively, and inspire as a form of digital competence. Digital literacy education is an important foundation in understanding technology, information and communication tools. Digital literacy education can be built and strengthened by accessing various information and communication in various forms in digital media, especially through google play books. It is through this media that digital literacy education can be developed according to its objectives, namely to understand, create, and collaborate on technology effectively. Digital literacy education must always develop in line with the changing era, especially in the 21st era which demands comprehensive digital literacy skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of nailed board media (Geoboard) on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade III students at SD Negeri 1 Sumberbulu and to explain the use of nailed board media (Geoboard) on efforts to improve mathematics learning outcomes of grade III students at SD Negeri 1 Sumberbulu. This type of research is Quantitative with Pre-Experimental Design in the form of one group pretest-posttest. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and tests in the form of achievement tests that aim to measure the achievement of someone who has learned something. The test instruments given have passed the validity test, reliability test, difficulty level and differentiability. Data analysis techniques in this study include prerequisite tests containing normality tests and homogeneity tests as well as Paired sample tests as hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that the use of nailed board media can improve student learning outcomes. This improvement can be seen from the results obtained in pretest and posttest testing. In the implementation of the pretest, the average score of 50 rose to 70 during the posttest, and in the results of the paired samples test, the sig value of 0.000 was less than 0.05, then Ha was accepted which means that the board media has a real effect on the learning outcomes of mathematics subjects of grade III students at SDN 1 Sumberbulu. The success of the process is shown by the increased enthusiasm of students when taking mathematics lessons. In addition, the use of nailed board media can help teachers in delivering the material and make the classroom atmosphere more lively because students are directly involved in learning by freeing students to form flat buildings according to their wishes. This is felt to be quite satisfactory for teachers and researchers. From the results of this research and discussion, it is known that flat building learning using nailed board media can improve mathematics learning outcomes for grade III students of SDN 1 Sumberbulu. Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out how the application of guided inquiry models to learning in elementary schools, (2) find out whether there are differences in students' science process skills before and after learning through guided inquiry models, and (3) knowing how the development of students' science process skills through guided inquiry models. This type of research uses mixed methods embedded experimental design, using interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests as data collection methods. The research subjects consisted of 24 elementary school students. The results of the study show that: (1) the application of a guided inquiry model is carried out by the stages of expressing problems, preparing experiments or investigations, conducting experiments or investigations in groups, compiling reports on the results of experiments or investigations, and presenting the results; (2) there are differences in students' science process skills before and after learning through guided inquiry models; (3) students' science process skills through guided inquiry models experience fluctuating developments.
