Abstract

This research is to analyze the use of digital marketing strategies implemented at BUMDes Lestari Jaya and analyze the factors that hinder the development of BUMDes Lestari Jaya online stores and analyze the proposed appropriate marketing strategies to optimize the reach of BUMDes Lastari Jaya Digital Marketing. This analysis process is carried out on Digital Marketing activities that have been carried out by BUMDes Lestari jaya using SWOT Analysis. Data This research was obtained from the results of several previous studies, interview results and questionnaire results distributed to 60 respondents consisting of Consumers and Social Media Folowers of BUMdes Lestari Jaya as a source of information for improving the digital Marketing Strategy of BUMDes Lestari Jaya. From the results of the SWOT analysis obtained : Strenght : a. It has abundant raw materials, b. The quality of the poduk is quite good, c. There are several variants of palm sugar products as an option for consumers, d.Dapay receives orders in large quantities, e.The potential of partners as reselers is very large. Weakness: a. Digital Marketing Strategy is not yet on Target, b. In managing the Digital Marketing Strategy has not been professional and consistent, c. Opportunities for resellers have not been opened, d. Limited human resources in managing social media as promotional advice. Opportunity: a.The scope of the Digital Market is very wide, b.The opportunity for cooperation with resellers is still very wide open, c.The need for brown sugar is very much. Threts : a.Fierce competition with similar products, b.Price competition with products from other regions

Abstract

The Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction which is located in Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency is very likely to be developed with adequate resources, but this tourist attraction is not widely known to the outside community and is still lacking in terms of existing facilities. Therefore, the author takes the title "Strategy for the Development of the Tirta Plamboyan Swimming Pool Tourism Object, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency" the aim is to be able to find out what kind of development strategy is suitable for the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing a tourism object for the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency with SWOT analysis. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analytical method used is SWOT, namely Strengths , Weaknesses , Opportunities and Threats . The results of this study indicate that the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourism object, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency is in quadrant II position. This shows that the strategy used is a diversification strategy . In addition, the results of the SWOT diagram using the ST strategy explain that the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction is can maintain a cheap swimming pool ticket price from others, keep the swimming pool clean and create comfort in the swimming pool area, and approach the public not to think badly about the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool.

Abstract

Employee performance is the quality and number of individual consequences or combinations in exclusive actions caused by the characteristic capacity obtained from learning interactions and to perform better. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Office of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD), to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Office of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD). This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Office of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD). The sample in this study was 44 employees, data collection using questionnaires and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression, determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results for the multiple regression equation show a positive regression direction with the equation Y = 9,747 + 0,897 (X1) + 0,832 (X2) + e, which means that if there is an increase in work discipline and work motivation, the performance of employees in the community and village empowerment office (DPMD) Bengkulu Province will also increase. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance in the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) because the value of ttable (2,954 < 1.677) and a significance value of 0.004 < from 0.050. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) because the value of ttable (2,525 <1,677) and a significance value of 0.014 < from 0.050. The test results conclude that there is a significant influence between work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) together because the F arithmetic value > F table (154.995 > 3.133) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that give the biggest influence on employee job satisfaction at PT.Indomarco Adi Prima  in Bengkulu City. It is used a rating scale as the analytical method. The result showed that most of the respondent's answers with total 321 choose an agree criteria for four factors that influencing employee job satisfication such as ; mentally challenging work, appropriate reward factors,supportive work and supportive colleague factors. Those factors are found to be significant in influencing the employee job satisfaction of PT.Indomarco Adi Prima  in Bengkulu city. The highest factor that gave the biggest influence on employee job satisfaction in PT.Indomarco Adi Prima  Bengkulu is a work factor that is mentally challenging, with an average score of answers of 329 with agreed criteria. Meanwhile, the lowest factor influencing employee job satisfaction in carrying out work at PT.Indomarco Adi Prima  Bengkulu is the award that corresponds to the average answer score of 300 from the perceptions of respondents with agreed criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the effect of communication, work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT. Indoposs Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used census techniques as many as 24 respondents. The research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.Results of analysis There is a positive and significant influence between communication on employee performance at PT. Indoposs Indonesia because tcount is greater than ttable (2.103 > 1.717). then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on employee performance at PT. Indoposs Indonesia because the ttable value is 1.717. Then tcount is greater than ttable (2.878 > 1.717). then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, there is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee performance at PT. Indoposs Indonesia because the ttable value is 1.717. So tcount is greater than ttable (2.998 > 1.717), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between communication, work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT. Indoposs Indonesia because Fcount > Ftable (52.968 > 3.47) with a significant value of 0.000. shows that together X1 (Communication), X2 (Discipline) and X3 (Compensation) have a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT. Indoposs Indonesia. The results of multiple regression have the equation Y = 11.021 + 0.303 (X1) + 0.380 (X2) + 0.508 (X3) ) + e , because the direction of the regression is positive it can be interpreted that if communication, work discipline and compensation increase, the performance of employees at PT Indoposs Indonesia will also increase

Abstract

The success of the marketing strategy is influenced by several factors, namely market research and analysis, decisions about products, pricing, promotion and distribution (marketing mix). The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of the marketing mix (marketing mix) in an effort to increase sales of coffee products and able to apply the marketing mix process to businesses that are run based on the needs and desires of consumers. This community service activity (PKM) is in collaboration with the people of Blitar Seberang Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, who chose the coffee business to become partners. Lack of understanding in pricing, how to market products, and provide promos needs to be prepared. With these problems, the solutions offered are conducting outreach and training in pricing how to market products, and providing promos. The method in this PkM activity begins with the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the reporting stage which are planned within 1 month to complete. The results and outcomes of this PkM activity are that partners have understood pricing on how to market products and provide promos, as well as training on pricing on how to market products and provide promos can operate and be utilized in their marketing activities

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine factors such as motivation and work discipline that affect work productivity of employees at Sukaraja Sub-district Head Office of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study was 29 employees at Sukaraja Sub-district Head Office of Seluma Regency. The data Collection technique used is a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression equation are Y = 10,107 + 0,417X1 + 0,361X2+ which means that motivation and work discipline have a positive influence on employee productivity at Sukaraja Sub-district Head Office of Seluma Regency. This illustrates that if the motivation and work discipline variables increase, the employee's work productivity will also increase. The result of the determination test is 0.567 or (56.7%). This shows that motivation and work discipline affect work productivity of employees at Sukaraja Sub-district Head Office of Seluma Regency by 56.7%, while the rest (100 - 56.7% = 43.3%) are explained or influenced by other variables not examined. Motivation and work discipline together have an influence on the work productivity of the employees at Sukaraja Sub-district Head Office of Seluma Regency, with a significant value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, because the significant value of 0.015 is smaller than 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, with a significant value of 0.028, which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine factors such as comfort, service quality and price influencing the decision of tourists to visit the Laguna Beach tourist attraction, Kaur Regency. The sample from this study was taken 50 people on Saturday and Sunday, so the number of samples in this study were 100 tourists who visited the Laguna Beach Tourism Object, Kaur Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire. In proving and analyzing the data used validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test and f test and t test. The regression results show that there is a positive influence between comfort, service quality and price on the decision to visit the Laguna Beach tourist attraction, Kaur Regency because the regression direction has a positive direction, namely Y = 16,288 + 0,252X1 + 0,317X2 + 0,244X3 + e. Comfort has a significant effect on the decision to visit the Laguna Beach tourist attraction, Kaur Regency, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the better the comfort at the Laguna Beach tourist attraction, Kaur Regency, the decision to visit tourists will also increase. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Laguna Beach tourist attraction, Kaur Regency, because the significant value of 0.005 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the better the quality of service at the Laguna Beach tourist attraction, Kaur Regency, the better the decision to visit tourists. Price has a significant influence on the decision to visit the Laguna Beach tourist attraction, Kaur Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that as the price increases, the decision to visit tourists will increase. Convenience, service quality and price jointly have a significant effect on the decision to visit the Laguna Beach tourist attraction, Kaur Regency, thus the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha accepted). The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.374. This means that comfort, service quality and price affect the decision to visit by 37.4% while the rest (100-37.4% = 62.6%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.
