Abstract

Currently the use of yards is an alternative for the community to meet the needs of the family. Because the yard has the potential to provide food for the family, the narrow plot of land can be modified into a yard that produces usability such as growing vegetables, empon-empon and fruits. Modification of narrow land can use several planting techniques, namely plants using pots (polybags) and hydroponics. The activity was carried out at the Pematang Indah Estate Housing Complex, Pematang Village, the Governor of Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City. The method of this activity is carried out by way of socialization through lectures and question and answer discussions with housewives who are formed in arisan groups. It is hoped that with this socialization there will be a maximum change in the function of the yard, the community already understands the importance of diversifying food and the health of the food consumed, and understands the management of family income by selling vegetable crops.

The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that, partially, accountability has a positive and significant effect on community participation, with a t-value of 8.400 > 1.997 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, transparency also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 3.732 > 2.447 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on community participation, as indicated by an F-value of 145.896 > 3.10 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.770, meaning that 77% of the variation in community participation is explained by accountability and transparency. Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one of the pillars of community welfare, utilizing local wisdom to turn the potential in each village into a source of income for the village community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development strategy of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) that are still categorized as Pioneer level (A). This research uses qualitative descriptive methods and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to identify issues in the village. The data analysis method employs SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The results of this study indicate that the main internal strength factor in the development strategy of BUMDes in North Bengkulu is clear regulations that support the implementation system of BUMDes. The main weakness is that it has not contributed to the village's original income (PAD). From the external factors, the main opportunity is the potential for local village development and market potential/opportunity. The main threat factor is competition with private entities with similar business units. The priority strategy with the highest TAS score is the development of local wisdom-based business units with support from the government and private sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse inclusive growth in Indonesia using an environmental sustainability approach. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used a literature study. The data used is secondary data sourced from books, journals, reports and official information from BPS-Statistics Indonesia. Poverty-Equivalent Growth Rate (PEGR) is a method developed to measure the inclusive growth coefficient in Indonesia. The measurement of inclusive growth has mostly been done using poverty, income distribution inequality and employment approaches. This study introduces a new concept in measuring the inclusiveness of economic growth using the environmental sustainability approach. The results showed that during the period 2001-2022 Indonesia's economic growth has not been inclusive. The inclusive growth coefficient (IGen) is smaller than the economic growth coefficient (Ĝg). This phenomenon occurred in most provinces and islands during the observation period. High economic growth has not been accompanied by environmental sustainability. Increased population growth and high economic activity contribute to environmental degradation. Government strategies and policies are needed as well as the commitment of various parties for sustainable development.

The research approach used was quantitative with multiple linear regression. The study population included all employees at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD Secretariat, with a sample size of 74 respondents obtained through saturated sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, while data analysis was performed using SPSS. The results showed that political leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the more effective the political leadership, the higher the employee performance. Meanwhile, work culture had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, thus concluding that work culture values have not been fully and consistently implemented by all employees. Simultaneously, political leadership and work culture had a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.150, indicating that these two variables explain 15% of the variation in employee performance, with the remainder influenced by factors outside this study.
