Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of years of service and work environment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable for employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya Metro. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample of this research are employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya Metro with 67 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire. Each question is measured using a Likert scale with 5 options. The data analysis method used is path analysis (path analysis) so that the direction and magnitude of the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables can be clearly described. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a direct effect of years of service on the work motivation of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 2) There is a direct influence of the work environment on the work motivation of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 3) There is a direct effect of tenure on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 4) There is a direct influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya; 5) There is a direct effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya. Working period has a direct influence on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya of 0.009. The work environment has a direct influence on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya of 0.002. Working period has a direct influence on the work motivation of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya of 0.036. The work environment has a direct influence on the work motivation of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya of 0.008. Work motivation has a direct influence on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya of 0.009.

Abstract

The development of business ventures in the current era of globalization is increasingly rapid, marked by an increasingly high and tight level of competition between companies. This situation causes companies in general to try to maintain survival, develop the company, obtain optimal profits and try to strengthen the company's position in facing competing companies. Primamedia Metro is a company that provides printing services to consumers from various circles. Based on the results of interviews conducted with owners regarding financial data, it shows that since the onset of COVID-19, it has resulted in losses, due to not being able to carry out normal business activities. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) Is there an influence of company image on consumer behavior at Primamedia Metro? 2) Is there an influence of perceived value on consumer behavior at Primamedia Metro? 3) Is there an influence of company image and perceived value together on consumer behavior at Primamedia Metro? This research was carried out at Primamedia Metro using non-random sampling, namely purposive sampling of 90 respondents, namely Primamedia Metro consumers. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS application. From the research results it can be concluded that company image has a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior, perceived added value has a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior, and company image and perceived added value together have a positive and significant influence on consumer behavior.

Abstract

Service is the most important thing to prioritize in the service sector. Service that is well received by consumers means that the service is right on target. Apart from that, this will be a consumer assessment of the airline's employees and company which can provide a positive image. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) Does empowerment have an effect on employee commitment? 2) Does internal service quality influence employee commitment? 3) Do empowerment and internal service quality together influence employee commitment? The research sample was Lion Group employees at Radin Inten II International Airport. This research has a population of 18 people < 30 people, so this research will use the entire population without drawing a research sample as a unit of observation which is called a census technique. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS application. From the research results it can be concluded that empowerment has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. Internal service quality has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. Empowerment and internal service quality together have a positive and significant influence on employee commitment.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of work morale and work environment on employee performance with leadership style as a moderating variable on CV. Maju Prosperous Inti Mojopahit. The role of employees is very important to the success or failure of the company. Problems related to performance are also a tragic issue for companies that program human resource problems. Success in performance depends on work morale, work environment, and leadership style. With less than optimal performance caused by a lack of work enthusiasm among employees and a poor work environment, as well as the implementation of a leadership style that is not wise enough, the results obtained are less than optimal. This research uses quantitative research; the sample in this research is 40 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, with data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, MRA Interaction Test, R Determination Test, and Statistical Hypothesis Test. By using data processing program SPSS version 22, The research results show that work enthusiasm influences employee performance, the work environment influences employee performance, and leadership style as a moderation variable is able to strengthen work enthusiasm for employee performance at CV. Maju Sejahtera Inti Mojopahit and leadership style as a moderation variable are able to strengthen the work environment and employee performance at CV. Maju Prosperous Inti Mojopahit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of work experience and work discipline on employee performance, with work spirit as a moderating variable at Margorejo Metro Selatan Health Center. This study used quantitative research, and the number of samples used was 40 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, with data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, MRA Interaction Test, R Determination Test, and Statistical Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that (1) work experience has an influence and is significant on employee performance. (2) Work discipline has an influence and is significant on employee performance. (3) Work spirit, as a moderation variable, is able to moderate or strengthen work experience and employee performance. (4) Work spirit as a moderation variable is able to moderate or strengthen work discipline and employee performance.
